V Bratislav\u011b mus\u00edte pracovat na ten stejn\u00fd byt 23,8 roku. Ob\u011b m\u011bsta jsou v Evrop\u011b absolutn\u011b nejhor\u0161<\/a>\u00ed. V portugalsk\u00e9m Lisabonu u\u017e na tento byt mus\u00edte letos pracovat jen 14,7 roku. A chceme tak\u00e9 umo\u017enit obc\u00edm regulovat kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed v bytech, jako je Airbnb!\u00a0<\/em>Sliby, chyby! Premi\u00e9r Costa p\u0159itom zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee tyto miliardy jsou pouze ur\u010deny na v\u00fdstavbu a v\u00fdkup byt\u016f, a \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed des\u00edtky miliard Portugalsko v\u011bnuje na byty, kter\u00e9 budou muset nucen\u011b jejich vlastn\u00edci r\u016fzn\u00ed spekulanti, (Airbnb!), pronajmout za st\u00e1tem regulovanou cenu mlad\u00fdm a chud\u00fdm lidem na smlouvy o minim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lce 5 let! V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by tito nov\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edci nemohli z jak\u00e9hokoli d\u016fvodu n\u00e1jem uhradit, Portugalsko to u\u010din\u00ed za n\u011b, a bude od nich v soci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e, pomoc\u00ed spl\u00e1tek, vyb\u00edrat n\u00e1jem zp\u011btn\u011b! Toto pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 nucen\u00e9 pronaj\u00edman\u00ed spekulativn\u00edch byt\u016f je v Portugalsku mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00edky rozhodnut\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho soudu, kter\u00fd rozhodl, \u017ee pr\u00e1vo majitele na vlastnictv\u00ed bytu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu s pr\u00e1vem jedince na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je \u00fastavn\u00edm pr\u00e1vem! V \u010cesku je tomu tradi\u010dn\u011b opa\u010dn\u011b!
