Tak\u017ee u\u017e nejenom \u0161pejle na antigenn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou kontaminov\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo z v\u00fdroby \u010dern\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny, dokonce i vakc\u00edny obsahuj\u00ed biologick\u00fd kontaminant a dokonce lidsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu!<\/h4>\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00e1 region\u00e1ln\u00ed stanice S\u00fcdwestrundfunk (SWR) p\u0159inesla [<a href=\"https:\/\/href.li\/?https:\/\/www.swr.de\/swraktuell\/baden-wuerttemberg\/ulm\/stoffe-in-astrazeneca-impfstoff-gefunden-100.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">1<\/a>] minul\u00fd t\u00fdden \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale pro n\u00e1s na alternativ\u011b ne p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159ekvapivou zpr\u00e1vu.\u00a0<strong>Skupina n\u011bmeck\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f z univerzity v Ulmu zah\u00e1jila na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst laboratorn\u00ed rozbor a zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika \u0161ar\u017e\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti Covid-19 od britsk\u00e9 farmaceutick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca<\/strong>, jej\u00ed\u017e o\u010dkovac\u00ed l\u00e1tky jsou v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b spojov\u00e1ny s vysok\u00fdm po\u010dtem \u00famrt\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00fdch senior\u016f v domovech d\u016fchodc\u016f a v pe\u010dovatelsk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed senior\u016f byl objeven spole\u010dn\u00fd vzorec pr\u016fb\u011bhu.<\/p>\n<p>Senior po obdr\u017een\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed obvykle do 72 hodin za\u010dne vykazovat zhor\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu a dojde u n\u011bho k propuknut\u00ed jeho dlouhodob\u00e9 diagn\u00f3ze odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed chronick\u00e9 nemoci s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm pr\u016fb\u011bhem. Jedn\u00e1 se pouze o prudkou autoimunitn\u00ed reakci organismu na chronicky nemocn\u00fd org\u00e1n v t\u011ble. Tyto p\u0159\u00edpady \u00famrt\u00ed senior\u016f v N\u011bmecku ji\u017e nejde bagatelizovat, a proto se objevila prvn\u00ed studie n\u011bmeck\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed podle v\u0161eho pr\u00e1v\u011b objevili p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu a d\u016fvod t\u011bchto projev\u016f.\u00a0<strong>Vakc\u00edny AstraZeneca jsou toti\u017e podle laboratorn\u00edch test\u016f neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem kontaminov\u00e1ny lidsk\u00fdmi proteiny teplotn\u00edho \u0161oku, tzv. Heat Shock Proteins (HSP), kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed v lidsk\u00e9m organismu v d\u016fsledku vystaven\u00ed organismu vysok\u00e9 teplot\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proteiny vznikaj\u00ed v m\u00edstech pop\u00e1len\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee, kdy HSP proteiny maj\u00ed za \u00fakol napadat a likvidovat cizorod\u00e9 organismy, mrtv\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b a rekultivovat tk\u00e1\u0148 tzv. na\u010disto, kdy b\u011bhem k\u00f3dov\u00e1n\u00ed protein\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed k likvidaci konkuren\u010dn\u00edch protein\u016f, po\u0161kozen\u00fdch protein\u016f atd. Tento proces vzniku HSP protein\u016f je tak d\u00e1v\u00e1n do \u00fazk\u00e9 souvislosti s projevem vypuknut\u00ed autoimunitn\u00ed reakce v t\u011ble, kdy imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m za\u010dne napadat vlastn\u00ed a relativn\u011b zdrav\u00e9 org\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ve vakc\u00edn\u011b AstraZeneca jsou lidsk\u00e9 proteiny HSP vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i pop\u00e1lenin\u00e1ch. Kontaminace anebo \u00famysl, jak zv\u00fd\u0161it odezvu imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu na vakc\u00ednu?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Autoimunitn\u00ed reakce je d\u00e1v\u00e1na do souvislosti pr\u00e1v\u011b s proteiny HSP, kter\u00e9 startuj\u00ed v organismu rekonstrukci tk\u00e1n\u00ed metodou\u00a0<em>sp\u00e1len\u00e9 zem\u011b<\/em>, kdy v\u0161echno, co stoj\u00ed v cest\u011b obnovy tk\u00e1n\u011b, je napadeno a zni\u010deno. Ka\u017ed\u00fd biolog zn\u00e1 onu zn\u00e1mou pou\u010dku, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk ve skute\u010dnosti nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b zdrav\u00fd, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd org\u00e1n v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble nen\u00ed stoprocentn\u011b bez chyb.\u00a0<strong>Jen\u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b autoimunitn\u00ed reakce v souvislosti s proteiny HSP se zd\u00e1, \u017ee imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b autoimunitn\u00ed reakce nebere ohledy na drobn\u00e9 nedostatky a nemoci org\u00e1n\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou zanedbateln\u00e9, a sna\u017e\u00ed se je napadnout jako po\u0161kozen\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A tady p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku, co proboha tyto lidsk\u00e9 proteiny d\u011blaj\u00ed ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch AstraZeneca. Jakmile senior dostane vakc\u00ednu obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 HSP proteiny, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m si v\u016fbec oslaben\u00e9ho koronaviru ve vakc\u00edn\u011b nev\u0161imne, vyka\u0161le se na vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed imunity proti oslaben\u00e9mu viru, proto\u017ee imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m vyhodnot\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hrozbou pro organismus seniora je p\u0159\u00edtomnost HSP protein\u016f v organismu ne\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd oslaben\u00fd koronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee<strong>\u00a0imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m spust\u00ed alarm, \u017ee z\u0159ejm\u011b n\u011bkde v t\u011ble seniora do\u0161lo k pop\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee a dojde ke spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed autoimunitn\u00ed reakce. A je vymalov\u00e1no.<\/strong>\u00a0Imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m nev\u00ed, jestli do\u0161lo nebo nedo\u0161lo k pop\u00e1len\u00ed doopravdy, rozhoduje se v\u00fdhradn\u011b podle p\u0159\u00edtomnosti popla\u0161n\u00fdch protein\u016f HSP, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i tepeln\u00e9m \u0161oku. Pane\u010dku, a je to venku. A to se dozv\u00edd\u00e1me teprve a\u017e te\u010f. Pod\u00edvejme se, co objevili n\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci a co sd\u011blili\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00e9 stanici.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Kontaminace vakc\u00edn AstraZeneca proteiny lidsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bdci pod veden\u00edm profesora Stefana Kochaneka, vedouc\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed genov\u00e9 terapie v Univerzitn\u00ed nemocnici v Ulmu, zkoumali t\u0159i \u0161ar\u017ee vakc\u00edny AstraZeneca pomoc\u00ed biochemick\u00fdch metod.\u00a0<strong>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee vakc\u00edna obsahovala b\u00edlkoviny, kter\u00e9 nebyly podle dokumentace v\u00fdrobce jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina z nich byla lidsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.<\/strong>\u00a0Kochanek v rozhovoru pro SWR vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o zbytky z v\u00fdroby vakc\u00edny spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca. Tyto b\u00edlkoviny by m\u011bly b\u00fdt po v\u00fdrob\u011b odstran\u011bny. Kochanek p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee ne\u010distoty lze ur\u010dit\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b a douf\u00e1, \u017ee spole\u010dnost AstraZeneca na tom ur\u010dit\u011b pracuje, ale s jistotou to \u0159\u00edct nem\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezi t\u011bmito proteiny byla zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b patrn\u00e1 akumulace tzv. protein\u016f tepeln\u00e9ho \u0161oku (Heat Shock Proteins \u2013 HSP).<\/strong>\u00a0Podle profesora Kochaneka je o nich zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee moduluj\u00ed vrozen\u00e9 a z\u00edskan\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed reakce, a \u017ee jsou schopny zes\u00edlit st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010di chronick\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 reakce. Jsou tak\u00e9 spojov\u00e1ny s autoimunitn\u00edmi reakcemi. Podle n\u011bj zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry tyto b\u00edlkovinn\u00e9 kontaminanty sni\u017euj\u00ed nebo zvy\u0161uj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost vakc\u00edny spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca. Kochanek se tak\u00e9 v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nedomn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee by ne\u010distoty souvisely s tromb\u00f3zou sinusov\u00fdch \u017eil, tedy s krevn\u00edmi sra\u017eeninami. Nem\u016f\u017ee to v\u0161ak vylou\u010dit. Je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee objeven\u00e1 proteinov\u00e1 rezidua jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za dal\u0161\u00ed siln\u00e9 reakce na o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed u mnoha lid\u00ed kr\u00e1tce po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edk v\u0161ak nepova\u017euje zastaven\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed za rozumn\u00e9, proto\u017ee p\u0159\u00ednosy spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca jsou pr\u00fd st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e rizika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulmsk\u00fd virolog a p\u0159edseda spole\u010dnosti Stiko Thomas Mertens \u0159ekl stanici SWR, \u017ee kontaminace vakc\u00edny lidsk\u00fdmi proteiny HSP byla \u201cpom\u011brn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e1\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0Podle zpr\u00e1vy se ne\u010distoty lidsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, v nich\u017e byl vakcina\u010dn\u00ed virus vyroben. Mertens uvedl, \u017ee ne\u010distoty by se ve vakc\u00edn\u011b v takov\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e vyskytovat nem\u011bly. Studie Ulmsk\u00e9 univerzity zat\u00edm nebyla v\u011bdecky recenzov\u00e1na; tento proces v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b st\u00e1le prob\u00edh\u00e1 v renomovan\u00e9m v\u011bdeck\u00e9m \u010dasopise. Pro v\u011bdce v\u0161ak bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zve\u0159ejnit studii ji\u017e nyn\u00ed, aby \u201c<em>kolegov\u00e9 v\u011bdci v\u011bd\u011bli o t\u011bchto ne\u010distot\u00e1ch a mohli prov\u00e9st vlastn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by prok\u00e1zala nebo vylou\u010dila mo\u017enou souvislost mezi ne\u010distotami a ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Podle univerzity v Ulmu studie tak\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca zlep\u0161it v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces a kvalitu. Ve farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu je odstran\u011bn\u00ed ne\u010distot z biotechnologicky vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch terapeutick\u00fdch protein\u016f v co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e pova\u017eov\u00e1no za velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou vlastnost kvality.\u00a0<strong>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vakc\u00edny AstraZeneca je kontrola dosud pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi standardn\u00edmi detek\u010dn\u00edmi metodami z\u0159ejm\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e1, pokra\u010duj\u00ed v\u011bdci.<\/strong>\u00a0V\u011bdci z Ulmu doporu\u010duj\u00ed dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159ovac\u00ed metody. \u201c<em>Velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch ne\u010distot, z nich\u017e alespo\u0148 n\u011bkter\u00e9 mohou m\u00edt negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, vy\u017eaduje revizi v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu a kontroly kvality vakc\u00edny. To by mohlo zv\u00fd\u0161it nejen bezpe\u010dnost vakc\u00edny, ale tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost,<\/em>\u201d \u0159ekl profesor Kochanek.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do o\u010dkovac\u00edho centra v Ulmu, zat\u00edm nejsou kv\u016fli kontaminaci vakc\u00edny znepokojeni. SWR to \u0159ekl to koordin\u00e1tor o\u010dkovac\u00edho centra Hagen Feucht. Podle o\u010dkovac\u00edho centra v Ulmu se st\u00e1le o\u010dkuje pouze mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vakc\u00edny AstraZeneca. Jedn\u00e1 se v\u00fdhradn\u011b o druh\u00e9 o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.
