zvy\u0161uje riziko n\u00e1kazy COVID-19,\u201c p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9m videu John Campbell, sestra a u\u010ditel v d\u016fchodu z Anglie, vysv\u011btluje v\u00fdsledky.\u00a0Studie zahrnovala velkou populaci veter\u00e1n\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 220 265 pacient\u016f suplementovan\u00fdch vitaminem D3 p\u0159ed a b\u011bhem pandemie, 34 710 suplementovan\u00fdch vitaminem D2 a 407 860 nel\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch pacient\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali dopl\u0148ky vitaminu D2, m\u011bli o 28 % sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 riziko n\u00e1kazy COVID-19, zat\u00edmco ti, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitamin D3, m\u011bli riziko sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 o 20 %.\u00a0Upozor\u0148ujeme, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D2 je rostlinn\u00e1 verze vitam\u00ednu D, kterou nedoporu\u010duji.\u00a0Riziko \u00famrt\u00ed na COVID-19 bylo tak\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D \u2013 o 33 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D3 a o 25 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;Tato sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika spojen\u00e1 s p\u0159\u00edjmem vitaminu D jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed a potvrzen\u00ed RCT [randomizovan\u00e9 kontrolovan\u00e9 studie],&#8220; uvedli v\u011bdci.\u00a0&#8222;To je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vzhledem k vysok\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nedostatku vitaminu D v populaci USA a v COVID-19.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Veter\u00e1ni u\u017e\u00edvali r\u016fzn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu D, od 20 IU, kter\u00fd je absolutn\u011b bezcenn\u00fd a neli\u0161\u00ed se od placeba, a\u017e po 50 000 IU. pokles infekce COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201eV reakci na tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mohou l\u00e9ka\u0159i zv\u00e1\u017eit pravideln\u00e9 p\u0159edepisov\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu D3 pacient\u016fm s nedostate\u010dn\u00fdmi hladinami na ochranu p\u0159ed infekc\u00ed COVID-19 a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed \u00famrtnost\u00ed.\u00a0Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u00e1vka 50 000 IU,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed studie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u010cern\u00ed veter\u00e1ni tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eili riziko COVID-19 po suplementaci v\u00edce (o 29 %) ne\u017e b\u00edl\u00ed veter\u00e1ni (o 18 %).\u00a0\u201eJako bezpe\u010dn\u00e1, \u0161iroce dostupn\u00e1 a cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba m\u016f\u017ee vitamin D pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1va\u017enost pandemie COVID-19,\u201c uzav\u00edraj\u00ed v\u011bdci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin by mohl zabr\u00e1nit 4 milion\u016fm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f COVID a 116 000 \u00famrt\u00edm<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e v\u011bdci extrapolovali sv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky vitaminu D na celou populaci USA v roce 2020, zjistili, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D3 by zabr\u00e1nila 4 milion\u016fm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f COVID-19 a 116 000 \u00famrt\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f na ministerstvu pro spr\u00e1vu veter\u00e1n\u016f, kter\u00e9 k 2. \u0159\u00edjnu 2021 zaznamenalo 343 094 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f COVID-19 a 14 981 \u00famrt\u00ed, by suplementace vitaminem D od b\u0159ezna 2020 do \u0159\u00edjna 2021 sn\u00ed\u017eila COVID-19 o 69 000 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f a o 4 900 \u00famrt\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tyto v\u00fdpo\u010dty mohou b\u00fdt konzervativn\u00ed vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee p\u0159enos COVID-19 m\u016f\u017ee klesat kv\u016fli sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika v obecn\u00e9 populaci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed suplementace,\u201c uvedli v\u011bdci.\u00a0\u201eVzhledem k na\u0161im v\u00fdsledk\u016fm, absenci z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f a \u0161irok\u00e9 dostupnosti vitaminu D3 za n\u00edzkou cenu nab\u00edz\u00ed vitamin D3 jedine\u010dnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost sn\u00ed\u017eit \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a z\u00e1va\u017enost pandemie COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>V\u00fdzkumy potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah vitaminu D zvy\u0161uje riziko infekce<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jednou z nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat, abyste z\u016fstali zdrav\u00ed, je \u201evedlej\u0161\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem\u201c COVID-19, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e prediktorem infekce.\u00a0Proto\u017ee vitamin D hraje roli v imunitn\u00ed funkci, epidemie nedostatku vitaminu D men\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Nedostatek vitaminu D3 je tak\u00e9 \u201ejednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch infekc\u00ed SARS-CoV-2,\u201c vysv\u011btlili a poznamenali, \u017ee \u00famrtnost v populac\u00edch s velmi n\u00edzkou hladinou vitaminu D3, v\u010detn\u011b star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, \u010dernoch\u016f a lid\u00ed s komorbiditami, m\u00e1 tendenci b\u00fdt pov\u00fd\u0161en.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Koncem \u0159\u00edjna 2020 jsem publikoval svou
