se po\u010det uzav\u0159en\u00ed v tomto sektoru za posledn\u00ed rok zv\u00fd\u0161il o 60 %, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v letech 2021\u20132022 bylo zaregistrov\u00e1no 1 567 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f insolvence, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pouh\u00fdmi 984 v letech 2020\u20132021. vysv\u011btleno v \u010dl\u00e1nku.\u00a0Za posledn\u00ed t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce nav\u00edc do\u0161lo k 453 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016fm bankrotu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 395 v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n\u201eInsolvence v restaura\u010dn\u00edm byznysu nyn\u00ed v podnik\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u00e9, co byla zru\u0161ena v\u011bt\u0161ina zdravotn\u00edch omezen\u00ed a skon\u010dila nucen\u00e1 uzam\u010den\u00ed, nyn\u00ed majitel\u00e9 restaurac\u00ed \u010del\u00ed st\u00e1le rostouc\u00ed inflaci, kter\u00e1 nejen \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161ila n\u00e1klady na elekt\u0159inu, j\u00eddlo a n\u00e1poje, ale tak\u00e9 vedla k tomu, \u017ee jejich z\u00e1kazn\u00edci za\u010dali m\u00edt mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b pen\u011bz, kter\u00e9 by mohli utratit za j\u00eddlo v restauraci, vysv\u011btluje \u010dl\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce ne\u017e Mazars.\u00a0<em>\u201eV\u00e1noce jsou pro pohostinstv\u00ed obvykle obdob\u00edm boomu.\u00a0Restaurace se v\u0161ak budou p\u0159ipravovat na velmi krutou zimu a mnoh\u00e9 budou \u010delit
