Sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely budou instalov\u00e1ny v hor\u00e1ch v nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce a\u017e 4.600 metr\u016f s kapacitou dal\u0161\u00edho 1 milionu kW. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee po dokon\u010den\u00ed v roce 2023 bude projekt provozovat po dobu 1.735 hodin v roce s pr\u016fm\u011brnou ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdkonovou kapacitou 2 miliardy kilowatthodin.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edna zav\u00e1d\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 postupy, jeliko\u017e se sna\u017e\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout maxima uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch emis\u00ed do roku 2030 a uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 neutrality p\u0159ed rokem 2060.<\/p>\n<p>Elektr\u00e1rna Kela pom\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit emise oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho o v\u00edce ne\u017e 1,6 milionu tun, co\u017e je podle Qi Ningchuna (\u010cchi Ning-\u010dchun) p\u0159edsedy spole\u010dnosti Yalong River Hydropower Development Co. Ltd., kter\u00e1 projekt provozuje, ekvivalent sp\u00e1len\u00ed 600.000 tun uhl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Elektr\u00e1rna Kela bude dopl\u0148kov\u00fdm zdrojem energie vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny, proto\u017ee v\u00fdstupy obou elektr\u00e1ren se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158eka Yalong, kter\u00e1 proud\u00ed v provincii Sichuan, je hlavn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edtokem \u0159eky Jang-c\u2018 orientovan\u00fdm z Qinghaisko-tibetsk\u00e9 (\u010cchinghajsko-tibetsk\u00e9) n\u00e1horn\u00ed plo\u0161iny. Ale pr\u016ftok vody je v\u00a0zim\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rna vyr\u00e1b\u00ed nejv\u00edce elekt\u0159iny v l\u00e9t\u011b, zat\u00edmco nejlep\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed pro sol\u00e1rn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny jako Kela je podzim a jaro.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren je, \u017ee v\u00fdkon kol\u00eds\u00e1 b\u011bhem dne. V\u00fdkon vrchol\u00ed v poledne p\u0159i pln\u00e9m slune\u010dn\u00edm sv\u011btle, ale v noci se nevyr\u00e1b\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 energie. Takov\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy v dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch by mohly ovlivnit stabilitu provozu s\u00edt\u011b. Kombinac\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed dvou typ\u016f zdroj\u016f energie do jedn\u00e9 stanice z\u00edsk\u00e1 energetick\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 nejen rostouc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed elekt\u0159iny, ale tak\u00e9 mnohem stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dod\u00e1vku energie.<\/p>\n<p>Fotovoltaick\u00e1 stanice Kela ode\u0161le elekt\u0159inu do vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159ipojena k n\u00e1rodn\u00ed s\u00edti, tak\u017ee ob\u011b komponenty mohou pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit denn\u00ed a sez\u00f3nn\u00ed nestabilitu ve v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Stavebn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Elektr\u00e1rna Kela je stav\u011bna v m\u00e9n\u011b rozvinut\u00e9m regionu v\u00a0Sichuanu a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b podpo\u0159\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed ekonomiku. Po v\u00fdstavb\u011b se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bje 150 miliony yuany (21 milion\u016f dolar\u016f) na ro\u010dn\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed a vytvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i tis\u00edce pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst pro m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatele.<\/p>\n<p>Aby mohli m\u00edstn\u00ed past\u00fd\u0159i nad\u00e1le krmit sv\u00e9 kr\u00e1vy a ovce v t\u00e9to oblasti, budou sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely vyv\u00fd\u0161eny o 1,8 metru nad p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed pastviny.<\/p>\n<p>Stavba masivn\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00ed farmy na pevn\u00e9 plo\u0161in\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 4.000 metr\u016f nad hladinou mo\u0159e nen\u00ed pro in\u017een\u00fdry snadn\u00fd \u00fakol. Mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvy pat\u0159\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed a vysok\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Stavitel\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 technologie, od um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence po pokro\u010dil\u00e9 geografick\u00e9 technologie, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo \u0161kod\u00e1m na \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>In\u017een\u00fd\u0159i vytvo\u0159ili digit\u00e1ln\u00ed modely, kter\u00e9 simuluj\u00ed stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm proveden\u00edm na staveni\u0161ti, aby omezili \u0161kody na \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
