Je tud\u00ed\u017e v z\u00e1jmu v\u0161ech t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed schvaluj\u00ed, vym\u00e1haj\u00ed a pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti covidu-19, aby pochopili d\u016fkazy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se rizik a p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f t\u011bchto vakc\u00edn, jeliko\u017e zodpov\u011bdnost za po\u0161kozen\u00ed padne na n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ve zkratce, dostupn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy a v\u011bda nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny proti covidu-19 jsou zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, neefektivn\u00ed a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"clanek-obsah\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nezbytnost:<\/strong>\u00a0Imunokompetentn\u00ed jedinci jsou p\u0159ed SARS-CoV-2 chr\u00e1n\u011bni bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitou. O\u010dkovat n\u00edzko-rizikov\u00e9 skupiny je tud\u00ed\u017e zbyte\u010dn\u00e9. Pro imunokompromitovan\u00e9 (s oslabenou imunitou) jedince kte\u0159\u00ed onemocn\u00ed covidem-19, existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch metod, u kter\u00fdch se prok\u00e1zala bezpe\u010dnost a efektivita. O\u010dkovat zraniteln\u00e9 je tud\u00ed\u017e stejn\u011b tak zbyte\u010dn\u00e9. Jak imunokompetentn\u00ed tak zraniteln\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou l\u00e9pe chr\u00e1n\u011bni p\u0159ed variantami SARS-CoV-2 pomoc\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b z\u00edskan\u00e9 imunity a l\u00e9k\u016f ne\u017e pomoc\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00da\u010dinnost:<\/strong>\u00a0Vakc\u00edny proti covidu-19 postr\u00e1daj\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed mechanismus akce proti n\u00e1kaze d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest virem SARS-CoV-2. Navozen\u00ed protil\u00e1tek nem\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit n\u00e1kaze n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jako SARS-CoV-2, kter\u00fd napad\u00e1 d\u00fdchac\u00ed trakt. Krom\u011b toho \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 testy vakc\u00edn neposkytly jak\u00e9koliv d\u016fkazy, \u017ee o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed zabr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159enosu n\u00e1kazy o\u010dkovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f; tud\u00ed\u017e pob\u00edzet lidi, aby se nechali o\u010dkovat, aby \u201echr\u00e1nili ostatn\u00ed\u201d, nen\u00ed zalo\u017eeno na faktech.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bezpe\u010dnost:<\/strong>\u00a0Vakc\u00edny jsou nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 jak pro zdrav\u00e9 jedince tak ty s u\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edm chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, a to z d\u016fvod\u016f jako jsou tyto: riziko smrt\u00edc\u00edho a nesmrt\u00edc\u00edho naru\u0161en\u00ed krevn\u00edch sra\u017eenin v\u010detn\u011b poruch krv\u00e1cen\u00ed, tromb\u00f3za v mozku, mrtvice a infarkt; autoimunitn\u00ed a alergick\u00e9 reakce; protil\u00e1tkov\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 zes\u00edlen\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed; a vakcina\u010dn\u00ed ne\u010distoty v d\u016fsledku urychlen\u00e9 v\u00fdroby a neregulovan\u00fdch standard\u016f produkce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vyhodnocen\u00ed rizik a p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f<\/strong>\u00a0je tud\u00ed\u017e jasn\u00e9: experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed vakc\u00edny jsou zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, neefektivn\u00ed a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Herci, co schvaluj\u00ed, vym\u00e1haj\u00ed a pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti covidu-19, vystavuj\u00ed populace a pacienty v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm, zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm a neod\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm rizik\u016fm.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Vakc\u00edny jsou zbyte\u010dn\u00e9<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee imunokompetentn\u00ed lid\u00e9 projevuj\u00ed\u00a0<strong>\u201erobustn\u00ed\u201d a trvaj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0bun\u011b\u010dnou (T-bu\u0148kovou) imunitu proti vir\u016fm SARS-CoV, v\u010detn\u011b SARS-CoV-2 a jeho variant\u00e1m. Ochrana T-bun\u011bk poch\u00e1z\u00ed nejen z kontaktu se samotn\u00fdm virem SARS-CoV-2, ale z k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u011b-reaktivn\u00ed imunity v n\u00e1vaznosti na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed vystaven\u00ed se nachlazen\u00ed a SARS koronavir\u016fm. Takov\u00e1 imunita byla zjistiteln\u00e1 po naka\u017een\u00ed a\u017e o 17 let pozd\u011bji. Tud\u00ed\u017e imunokompetentn\u00ed lid\u00e9 se nemus\u00ed o\u010dkovat proti SARS-CoV-2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u0159irozen\u00e1 imunita T-bun\u011bk poskytuje siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u0161eobecn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ochranu<\/strong>\u00a0proti v\u0161em variant\u00e1m SARS-CoV-2 ne\u017e vakc\u00edny, proto\u017ee p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 imunita rozpozn\u00e1 n\u011bkolik virov\u00fdch epitop\u016f a stimula\u010dn\u00edch sign\u00e1l\u016f, ne pouze jeden (spike) protein. Tud\u00ed\u017e imunokompetentn\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou l\u00e9pe chr\u00e1n\u011bni p\u0159ed SARS-CoV-2 a jak\u00fdmikoliv variantami, kter\u00e9 se mohou vyno\u0159it, pomoc\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed imunity ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00fdch vakc\u00edn.<\/li>\n<li>Tvrd\u00ed se, \u017ee vakc\u00edny maj\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00e9mu naka\u017een\u00ed, a t\u00edm \u201ebezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00e9mu p\u0159enosu\u201d. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b\u00a0<strong>\u201ep\u0159\u00edznakov\u00fd p\u0159enos\u201d je artefakt\u00a0<\/strong>chybn\u00fdch a nespolehliv\u00fdch PCR testovac\u00edch postup\u016f a interpretac\u00ed, co\u017e vede k vysok\u00fdm m\u00edr\u00e1m fale\u0161n\u00fdch pozitiv. D\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee PCR pozitivn\u00ed bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou zdrav\u00ed \u201efale\u0161n\u011b pozitivn\u00ed\u201d, ne p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010di. Vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed studie\u00a0<strong>9 899 828<\/strong>\u00a0lid\u00ed v \u010c\u00edn\u011b zjistila, \u017ee bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00ed jedinci testuj\u00edc\u00ed pozitivn\u011b pro covid-19 nikdy nenakazili ostatn\u00ed. Naproti tomu studie, kterou cituje Centrum pro kontrolu nemoc\u00ed (CDC) k opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu, jsou zalo\u017eeny na hypotetick\u00fdch modelech, ne empirick\u00fdch studi\u00edch. Prezentuj\u00ed p\u0159edpoklady a odhady nam\u00edsto d\u016fkaz\u016f. Zabr\u00e1nit bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00e9 n\u00e1kaze nen\u00ed p\u00e1dn\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed k o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed imunitu na SARS-CoV-2<\/strong>. Podle jejich m\u00edry d\u0159\u00edve z\u00edskan\u00e9 k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9 imunity nebudou m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, nebo m\u00edrn\u00e9 a netypick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, nebo v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky, mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u010detn\u011b ztr\u00e1ty \u010dichu a chuti nebo jin\u00e9 pon\u011bkud typick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky onemocn\u011bn\u00ed covidu-19. Nehled\u011b na v\u00e1\u017enost onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nyn\u00ed budou m\u00edt dostate\u010dnou imunitu, aby byli chr\u00e1n\u011bni p\u0159ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho vystaven\u00ed. Tato v\u011bt\u0161ina populace nebude m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos z o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Popula\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edra p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed na covid-19 p\u0159evy\u0161uje glob\u00e1ln\u011b 99,8 %<\/strong>. V zem\u00edch, kter\u00e9 byly intenzivn\u011b naka\u017eeny v pr\u016fb\u011bhu n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, zem\u0159ela m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 0,2 % populace s klasifikac\u00ed jejich \u00famrt\u00ed jako \u201es covidem-19\u201d. Covid-19 je tak\u00e9 typicky m\u00edrn\u00e9 a\u017e st\u0159edn\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Tud\u00ed\u017e drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed nen\u00ed v ohro\u017een\u00ed a nepot\u0159ebuje o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed pro vlastn\u00ed ochranu.<\/li>\n<li>Pro ty, co jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00ed k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>covid-19 je l\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e1 nemoc<\/strong>. \u0158ada d\u016fkaz\u016f nazna\u010duje, \u017ee v\u010dasn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba existuj\u00edc\u00edmi l\u00e9ky sni\u017euje m\u00edru hospitalizace o 85 % a \u00famrtnost o 75 %. Tyto l\u00e9ky zahrnuj\u00ed mnoho osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, antivirotik a antikoagulant\u016f a tak\u00e9 monoklon\u00e1ln\u00ed protil\u00e1tky, zinek, a vitam\u00edny C a D. Rozhodnut\u00ed pr\u016fmyslu a vl\u00e1dy d\u00e1t stranou tyto prok\u00e1zan\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby skrze selektivn\u00ed podporu v\u00fdzkumu, zaujatost v regulac\u00edch a dokonce sankce l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se z vlastn\u00ed iniciativy odv\u00e1\u017eili pou\u017e\u00edt takov\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby, jde proti existuj\u00edc\u00edm z\u00e1kon\u016fm, standardn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 praxi a v\u00fdzkumu; pr\u00e1vn\u00ed po\u017eadavek zv\u00e1\u017eit d\u016fkazy z re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho sv\u011bta se neujmul. Systematick\u00e9 pop\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a zneva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto efektivn\u00edch terapi\u00ed podporuje fale\u0161n\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed nouzov\u00e9ho schv\u00e1len\u00ed vakc\u00edn, co\u017e vy\u017eaduje, \u017ee \u201enen\u00ed dostupn\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 standardn\u00ed akceptovateln\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba\u201d. Prost\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, vakc\u00edny nejsou nezbytn\u00e9 k zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>2. Nedostatek \u00fa\u010dinnosti vakc\u00edn<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Z mechanistick\u00e9ho pohledu koncept imunity na covid-19<strong>\u00a0skrze navozen\u00ed protil\u00e1tek z o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed je l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm nesmyslem<\/strong>. Viry p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 vzduchem jako SARS-CoV-2 vstupuj\u00ed do t\u011bla skrze d\u00fdchac\u00ed cesty a pl\u00edce, kde koncentrace protil\u00e1tek je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e1 k zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed infekce. Vakc\u00ednou vyvolan\u00e9 protil\u00e1tky prim\u00e1rn\u011b ob\u00edhaj\u00ed v krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhu, zat\u00edmco jejich koncentrace na slizov\u00fdch membr\u00e1n\u00e1ch plic a d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest je n\u00edzk\u00e1. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee covid-19 se prim\u00e1rn\u011b \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed a zp\u016fsobuje onemocn\u011bn\u00ed naka\u017een\u00edm t\u011bchto slizov\u00fdch membr\u00e1n, vakc\u00edny postr\u00e1daj\u00ed imunologick\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed. Dokumenty, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrobci vakc\u00edn podali r\u016fzn\u00fdm regula\u010dn\u00edm org\u00e1n\u016fm, neobsahuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o tom, \u017ee o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed zabr\u00e1n\u00ed infekci d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest, co\u017e by bylo z\u00e1sadn\u00ed k p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzce p\u0159enosu. Vakc\u00edny jsou tud\u00ed\u017e pro covid-19 imunologicky nevhodn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>St\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e1 a dlouhodob\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost vakc\u00edn je nezn\u00e1m\u00e1<\/strong>. St\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f dlouh\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed f\u00e1ze se dokon\u010d\u00ed a\u017e v roce 2023: neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e1 nebo dlouhodob\u00e1 data t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 data nepotvrzuj\u00ed prevenci v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong>\u00a0Evropsk\u00e1 l\u00e9kov\u00e1 agentura poznamenala o vakc\u00edn\u011b Comirnaty (mRNA vakc\u00edna od Pfizeru), \u017ee v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady covidu-19 \u201ebyly ve studii vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, a nelze z toho vyvozovat statisticky jist\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry\u201d. Stejn\u011b tak dokument od Pfizeru podan\u00fd FDA uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinnost proti \u00famrtnosti nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 prok\u00e1zat. Tud\u00ed\u017e se neprok\u00e1zalo, \u017ee vakc\u00edny zabr\u00e1n\u00ed \u00famrt\u00ed nebo v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed i kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Korel\u00e1ty ochrany proti covidu-19 jsou nezn\u00e1m\u00e9<\/strong>. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci je\u0161t\u011b neur\u010dili, jak m\u011b\u0159it ochranu proti covidu-19. V d\u016fsledku toho studie \u00fa\u010dinnosti st\u0159\u00edl\u00ed naslepo. Nap\u0159\u00edklad po dokon\u010den\u00ed prvn\u00ed a druh\u00e9 f\u00e1ze studie, publikace v \u010dasopise Vaccine poznamenala, \u017ee \u201ebez pochopen\u00ed korel\u00e1t\u016f ochrany je v tuto chv\u00edli nemo\u017en\u00e9 odpov\u011bd\u011bt na ot\u00e1zky ohledn\u011b ochrany spojen\u00e9 s vakc\u00ednou, rizika reinfekce covidem-19, kolektivn\u00ed imunity a mo\u017enosti eliminace SARS-CoV-2 z lidsk\u00e9 populace\u201d. Tud\u00ed\u017e nelze vyhodnotit \u00fa\u010dinnost vakc\u00edny, proto\u017ee jsme je\u0161t\u011b neur\u010dili, jak ji m\u011b\u0159it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>3. Vakc\u00edny jsou nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Tak jako kou\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee a bylo p\u0159edpov\u011bzeno, \u017ee bude zp\u016fsobovat rakovinu plic na z\u00e1klad\u011b prvn\u00edch z\u00e1sad,\u00a0<strong>u v\u0161ech genov\u00fdch vakc\u00edn lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee budou zp\u016fsobovat krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny a krv\u00e1civ\u00e9 choroby<\/strong>, a to na z\u00e1klad\u011b jejich molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch mechanism\u016f akce. Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed tohoto typu byla zpozorov\u00e1na nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u011bkov\u00fdmi skupinami, co\u017e vedlo k do\u010dasn\u00e9mu p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vakc\u00edny po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b: Vakc\u00edny nejsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Navzdory tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee krv\u00e1civ\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou \u201evz\u00e1cn\u00e1\u201d, mnoho\u00a0<strong>b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f vakc\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0(bolesti hlav, nevolnosti, zvracen\u00ed a \u201evyr\u00e1\u017eky\u201d po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble podobaj\u00edc\u00ed se hematom\u016fm)\u00a0<strong>mohou nazna\u010dovat tromb\u00f3zu a ostatn\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 abnormality<\/strong>. Krom\u011b toho vakc\u00ednou vyvolan\u00e9 mikro-tromb\u00f3zy v pl\u00edc\u00edch mohou napodobovat pneumonii a mohou b\u00fdt \u0161patn\u011b diagnostikov\u00e1ny jako covid-19. P\u0159\u00edpady sra\u017eenin, o kter\u00fdch se v sou\u010dasnosti hovo\u0159\u00ed i v m\u00e9di\u00edch, jsou nejsp\u00ed\u0161e jen \u201e\u0161pi\u010dkou obrovsk\u00e9ho ledovce\u201d: Vakc\u00edny nejsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Kv\u016fli imunologick\u00e9mu primingu lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat n\u00e1r\u016fst rizik\u00a0<strong>sra\u017eenin, krv\u00e1cen\u00ed a ostatn\u00edch nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed s ka\u017ed\u00fdm opakovan\u00fdm o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>\u00a0a ka\u017ed\u00fdm uplynul\u00fdm vystaven\u00edm se koronaviru.
