p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd p\u016fst a \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 dva r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f \u2013 sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID-19 a podporuj\u00ed hubnut\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Obezita je nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro COVID-19 a faktorem p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm k dal\u0161\u00edm komorbidit\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm;\u00a0i m\u00edrn\u00e1 obezita m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit z\u00e1va\u017enost onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00dadaje shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 od po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2020 uk\u00e1zaly d\u016fle\u017eitost optim\u00e1ln\u00edch hladin vitaminu D p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017enosti COVID a \u017ee nedostatek je tak\u00e9 spojen se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem obezity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>N\u011bkolik mexick\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f podniklo kroky k z\u00e1kazu prodeje nezdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddla nezletil\u00fdm ve snaze sn\u00ed\u017eit vysokou m\u00edru obezity a cukrovky, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s vysokou \u00famrtnost\u00ed v zemi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>V prvn\u00edm roce pandemie COVID-19 za\u010dalo n\u011bkolik studi\u00ed odhalovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 strategie na podporu zdrav\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by mohly sn\u00ed\u017eit va\u0161e riziko rozvoje z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID-19 nebo dokonce zabr\u00e1nit tomu, abyste se virem nakazili.\u00a0Studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v \u010dervenci 2022 potvrzuje rostouc\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, \u017ee v\u00fdb\u011br stravy m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v BMJ Nutrition, Prevention &amp; Health zjistila, \u017ee pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst sni\u017euje riziko rozvoje z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID-19.\u00a0A\u010dkoli se term\u00edny \u201ep\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd p\u016fst\u201c a \u201e\u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e1 dieta\u201c nebo \u201e\u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00fd p\u016fst\u201c pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed zam\u011bniteln\u011b, jedn\u00e1 se o odli\u0161n\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed vzorce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Abychom objasnili, uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky s omezen\u00fdm \u010dasem a kaloriemi mohou prodlou\u017eit \u017eivot.\u00a0Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 studie tak\u00e9 ukazuje, \u017ee to sni\u017euje riziko z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID a t\u00edm i \u00famrtnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Studie ukazuje, \u017ee pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst sni\u017euje riziko z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Do prezentovan\u00e9 studie v\u011bdci za\u0159adili pacienty ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de v Salt Lake City v Utahu, kte\u0159\u00ed podstoupili srde\u010dn\u00ed katetrizaci a dokon\u010dili sociobehavior\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fzkum, kter\u00fd kladl ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se pravideln\u00e9ho p\u016fstu, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu a byli usp\u00e1ni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Subjekty nebyly randomizov\u00e1ny, ale byly sledov\u00e1ny v r\u00e1mci projektu Intermountain Healthcare Biological Samples Collection Project a Investigational Registry (INSPIRE) longitudin\u00e1ln\u00edho sledov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci definovali pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst na z\u00e1klad\u011b dvou ot\u00e1zek z pr\u016fzkumu, zda se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci pravideln\u011b postili a kolik let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci rozd\u011blili pacienty do dvou skupin: na ty, kte\u0159\u00ed se pravideln\u011b postili p\u011bt a v\u00edce let, a na ty, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159estali p\u016fst p\u0159ed dokon\u010den\u00edm pr\u016fzkumu.\u00a0Pacienti, kte\u0159\u00ed v dob\u011b pr\u016fzkumu pravideln\u011b nehladovali, ale hladov\u011bli p\u011bt let nebo d\u00e9le p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm studie, byli vylou\u010deni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studovan\u00e1 kohorta zahrnovala 1 524 lid\u00ed, z nich\u017e 205 bylo pozitivn\u011b testov\u00e1no na SARS-CoV-1 a 1 319 bylo testov\u00e1no negativn\u011b.\u00a0V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se pravideln\u011b postili, m\u011bli ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed na COVID-19 nebo hospitalizace.\u00a0To plat\u00ed i po zohledn\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, jako je p\u0159edchoz\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkt nebo tranzitorn\u00ed ischemick\u00e1 ataka, v\u011bk a selh\u00e1n\u00ed ledvin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed anal\u00fdze v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee zat\u00edmco pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst chr\u00e1nil \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky p\u0159ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, tento \u00fa\u010dinek nevedl ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika n\u00e1kazy COVID-19.\u00a0V\u011bdci pouk\u00e1zali na to, \u017ee Utah m\u00e1 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed v\u011bk v USA a \u010dtvrtou nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru onemocn\u011bn\u00ed koron\u00e1rn\u00edch tepen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Celkov\u011b m\u011bl Utah n\u00edzkou \u00famrtnost, co\u017e by mohlo b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno t\u00edm, \u017ee st\u00e1t m\u00e1 jednu z nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch m\u00edr ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f.\u00a0I kdy\u017e byly tyto charakteristiky zohledn\u011bny, pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst byl nad\u00e1le nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm prediktorem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho rizika hospitalizace a mortality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Utah poskytl jedine\u010dnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost ke studiu pravideln\u00e9ho p\u016fstu, proto\u017ee 60 %9 obyvatel pat\u0159\u00ed k C\u00edrkvi Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista Svat\u00fdch posledn\u00edch dn\u016f (LDS), kde je pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst b\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed.\u00a0V\u011bdci tak\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee v pr\u016fm\u011bru a\u017e 36 % v\u0161ech pacient\u016f v Intermountain System b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pravideln\u00fd p\u016fst po v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159i desetilet\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Sv\u011bt po COVID se mus\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159it na zdravotn\u00ed prevenci<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo studoval charakteristiky osob s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, si uv\u011bdomil, \u017ee ve sv\u011bt\u011b po COVID je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bnovat pozornost preventivn\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm praktik\u00e1m a zam\u011b\u0159it se na n\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Realita je takov\u00e1, \u017ee zdrav\u00e1 strava a cvi\u010den\u00ed mohou pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch COVID, a tot\u00e9\u017e pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b plat\u00ed pro dal\u0161\u00ed viry, kter\u00e9 se mohou n\u00e1hle \u201eobjevit\u201c ve spole\u010dnosti.\u00a0Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee podobn\u011b jako u jin\u00fdch virov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed va\u0161e \u0161ance na udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed nebo m\u00edrn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na va\u0161\u00ed imunitn\u00ed funkci, kterou m\u00e1te pod v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kontrolou, ne\u017e byste si mysleli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v roce 2017 zkoumala \u00fa\u010dinky \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9ho krmen\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek hmotnosti pomoc\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edho modelu a dietn\u00ed obezity s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuk\u016f.\u00a0Zjistili, \u017ee \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 krmen\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eilo p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek hmotnosti ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s potkany voln\u011b krmen\u00fdmi stravou s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuk\u016f, i kdy\u017e 24hodinov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed byl stejn\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00e1 studie zkoumaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho dopad na metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed u neob\u00e9zn\u00edch jedinc\u016f zjistila, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed omezili p\u0159\u00edjem potravy na ranou \u010d\u00e1st dne, vykazovali v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos inzulinov\u00e9 rezistence ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed to ud\u011blali, omezili p\u0159\u00edjem j\u00eddla na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st dne. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A kone\u010dn\u011b, liter\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159ehled se energetick\u00e9 omezen\u00ed.\u00a0A\u010dkoli existovala jen omezen\u00e1 srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm omezen\u00edm, v\u011bdci na\u0161li d\u016fkazy ze studi\u00ed na zv\u00ed\u0159atech, \u017ee \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed obezitou souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s dietou a bakteriemi podporuj\u00edc\u00edmi obezitu ve st\u0159evn\u00edm mikrobiomu a zlep\u0161uje regulaci t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Krom\u011b zdravotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 diety v\u011bdci tak\u00e9 zjistili pozitivn\u00ed fyziologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny z pravideln\u00e9ho p\u016fstu, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Normalizace citlivosti inzul\u00ednu a dal\u0161\u00edm komorbidit\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.\u00a0Podle \u00fadaj\u016f m\u016f\u017ee i m\u00edrn\u00e1 obezita ovlivnit z\u00e1va\u017enost COVID-19.\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci analyzovali 482 pacient\u016f s COVID-19 hospitalizovan\u00fdch mezi 1. b\u0159eznem a 20. dubnem 2020 a dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em><span>Obezita je siln\u00fdm, nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem respira\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijet\u00ed na jednotku intenzivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a \u00famrt\u00ed u pacient\u016f s COVID-19.\u00a0BMI \u2265 30 kg\/m2 ukazuje na populaci pacient\u016f s vysok\u00fdm rizikem z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, zat\u00edmco BMI \u2265 35 kg\/m2 drasticky zvy\u0161uje riziko \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Osoby se st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ekou nebo t\u011b\u017ekou obezitou m\u011bly o 28 a\u017e 30 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko hospitalizace s COVID ne\u017e osoby s norm\u00e1ln\u00edm BMI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e byly \u00fa\u010dinky obezity, cukrovky a \u00famrt\u00ed na \u00farove\u0148 rizika pozorovanou u lid\u00ed v pokro\u010dil\u00e9m v\u011bku.\u00a0CDC identifikovalo n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed stavy, kter\u00e9 siln\u00fd vliv na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed COVID-19.\u00a0Studie tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee d\u016fsledn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl.\u00a0Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e1 dieta m\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a sni\u017euje z\u00e1va\u017enost COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci uveden\u00e9 studie napsali: &#8222;Ztr\u00e1ta chuti k j\u00eddlu je typickou reakc\u00ed na infekci, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee nazna\u010dovat, \u017ee lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo m\u00e1 endogenn\u00ed mechanismy pro zah\u00e1jen\u00ed p\u016fstu, aby aktivoval imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.&#8220;\u00a0Napsali tak\u00e9, \u017ee p\u016fst pom\u00e1h\u00e1
