cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se p\u0159edh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed v implementaci program\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00edho a emo\u010dn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed (SEL) ve jm\u00e9nu zlep\u0161en\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a emocion\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed sv\u00fdch student\u016f.\u00a0Ve skute\u010dnosti, podle\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/casel.org\/systemic-implementation\/sel-policy-at-the-state-level\/#know\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>glob\u00e1ln\u00edho dodavatele<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0standard\u016f SEL, 27 st\u00e1t\u016f dosud p\u0159ijalo kompetence K-12 SEL a v\u0161ech 50 st\u00e1t\u016f p\u0159ijalo kompetence SEL pro studenty p\u0159ed K-K.\u00a0Ale odkud poch\u00e1z\u00ed tento masivn\u00ed tlak na SEL a jak\u00e9 jsou motivy za t\u00edm?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt jasn\u00e1: Organizace spojen\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f pro v\u00fdchovu, v\u011bdu a kulturu (UNESCO) je hlavn\u00ed silou hnut\u00ed SEL po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.\u00a0Hlavn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fdm UNESCO obhajuje SEL, je\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mgiep.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Institut vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Mah\u00e1tmy G\u00e1ndh\u00edho pro m\u00edr a udr\u017eiteln\u00fd rozvoj<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0UNESCO .\u00a0G\u00e1ndh\u00edho institut vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 online publikaci s n\u00e1zvem\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mgiep.unesco.org\/the-bluedot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Modr\u00e1 te\u010dka\u00a0<\/span><\/a><em><span>,<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0kter\u00e1 obsahuje \u010dl\u00e1nky od odborn\u00edk\u016f ze SEL a dal\u0161\u00edch z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, kter\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed \u201evztah mezi vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm, m\u00edrem, udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm rozvojem a glob\u00e1ln\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00edm\u201c.\u00a0Vz\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed G\u00e1ndh\u00edho jm\u00e9na v n\u00e1zvu t\u00e9to entity Organizace spojen\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f m\u00e1 p\u0159it\u00e1hnout srdce ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo to sly\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0Ale m\u011bli bychom tahat za na\u0161e srdce?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>SEL je kl\u00ed\u010dem k dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje OSN<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>N\u00e1zev celove\u010dern\u00edho\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mgiep.unesco.org\/article\/sel-for-sdgs-why-social-and-emotional-learning-is-necessary-to-achieve-the-sustainable-development-goals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0v The Blue Dot, jeho\u017e spoluautorem je specialista z G\u00e1ndh\u00edho institutu, odhaluje, pro\u010d se UNESCO sna\u017e\u00ed dostat SEL do ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u0161koly v Americe a po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b: \u201eSEL pro SDGs: Why Social and Emotional Learning (SEL ) je nezbytn\u00fd pro c\u00edle, kter\u00e9 by v podstat\u011b vy\u017eadovaly vl\u00e1dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vu energetick\u00fdch zdroj\u016f po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 p\u0159erozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed bohatstv\u00ed ve jm\u00e9nu z\u00e1chrany planety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle n\u00e1zoru UNESCO nen\u00ed c\u00edlem SEL uspokojit soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, ale formovat v\u0161echny d\u011bti tak, aby napl\u0148ovaly pot\u0159eby glob\u00e1ln\u00ed spole\u010dnosti dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm c\u00edl\u016f udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u010cl\u00e1nek vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee c\u00edle udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje OSN vyvolaj\u00ed v lidech \u201enesoulad\u201c kv\u016fli rozporupln\u00e9 povaze n\u011bkter\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f.\u00a0C\u00edle tak\u00e9 vytvo\u0159\u00ed v lidech nesoulad kv\u016fli monument\u00e1ln\u00edm ob\u011btem, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt nutn\u00e9 k jejich dosa\u017een\u00ed \u2013 vzd\u00e1n\u00ed se fosiln\u00edch paliv, rodinn\u00fdch hodnot a kontroly nad vlastn\u00edm majetkem, abychom jmenovali alespo\u0148 n\u011bkter\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zast\u00e1nci proto \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed odpor d\u011bt\u00ed k c\u00edl\u016fm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho SEL ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b: \u201eVzhledem k tomu, \u017ee disonance je nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed stav, subjekty disonance vy\u017eaduj\u00ed emo\u010dn\u011b regula\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti (emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed odolnost), aby se orientovaly v chov\u00e1n\u00ed a nezbytn\u00fdch p\u0159edch\u016fdc\u00edch. k href=\"https:\/\/casel.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>CASEL<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0), \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee posl\u00e1n\u00edm CASEL je pomoci u\u010dinit \u201eSEL nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho a\u017e st\u0159edn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c.\u00a0CASEL se um\u00edstil jako sv\u011btov\u00fd l\u00eddr v oblasti standard\u016f SEL a m\u00e1 kooperativn\u00ed vztah s UNESCO.\u00a0Tyto dv\u011b entity jsou sjednoceny ve sv\u00e9 horlivosti za\u010dlenit SEL do v\u0161ech \u0161koln\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f a doru\u010dit jej v\u0161em d\u011btem na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>V\u00fdchova nov\u00e9 generace \u201eglob\u00e1ln\u00edch ob\u010dan\u016f\u201c<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Ale pro\u010d?\u00a0Co chce UNESCO d\u011btem v\u0161t\u00edpit?\u00a0Materi\u00e1ly UNESCO jasn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee SEL m\u00e1 podporovat nejen laskavost mezi studenty, ale tak\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci s glob\u00e1ln\u00ed agendou zako\u0159en\u011bnou v doktr\u00edn\u011b kolektivismu.\u00a0Nandini Chatterjee Singh, programov\u00e1 specialistka str\u00e1nka<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0institutu\u00a0d\u00e1le uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00ed nau\u010dit d\u011bti \u201eprojevovat prosoci\u00e1ln\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u2026 m\u00edrumilovnou a udr\u017eitelnou planetu\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, zast\u00e1nci c\u00edl\u016f udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje a SEL cht\u011bj\u00ed va\u0161emu d\u00edt\u011bti v\u0161t\u00edpit \u201epluralistick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed\u201c ve jm\u00e9nu glob\u00e1ln\u00edho m\u00edru.\u00a0Cht\u011bj\u00ed, aby se d\u011bti u\u010dily v\u00e1\u017eit si \u201ekolektivn\u00edho dobra\u201c p\u0159ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edmi svobodami, pr\u00e1vy a majetkem navzdory skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee nejsvobodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejv\u00edce prosperuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1rody na sv\u011bt\u011b jsou zalo\u017eeny na individu\u00e1ln\u00edch svobod\u00e1ch, pr\u00e1vech a majetku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Richard Davidson, zainteresovan\u00fdm stran\u00e1m zn\u00e1m\u00fdm jako rodi\u010de.\u00a0Po\u017eaduj\u00ed tedy rodi\u010de z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, aby \u0161koly p\u0159idaly integrovan\u00e9 programy SEL do \u0161koln\u00edch osnov sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed?\u00a0Ne.
