V\u00fdrobek je vybaven pohonn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm proud\u011bn\u00edm spole\u010dnosti Raytheon. Prototyp st\u0159ely vznik\u00e1 v r\u00e1mci programu Operational Fires (OpFires).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edt\u00edm se podobn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy objevily v polovin\u011b kv\u011btna, kdy byla \u00fadajn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b odp\u00e1lena podobn\u00e1 zbra\u0148 AGM-183A Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) americk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby nad Point Mugu Naval Missile Range na tichomo\u0159sk\u00e9m pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed USA. St\u0159ela se pak \u00fadajn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b odd\u011blila od bombard\u00e9ru Boeing B-52H Stratofortress a dos\u00e1hla rychlosti asi 5 Mach\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Z pohledu Herberta Efremova, jednoho z nejkompetentn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f hypersonick\u00fdch zvuk\u016f, v\u0161ak USA nebudou m\u00edt v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 20 letech opera\u010dn\u00ed hypersoniku. D\u016fvody jsou p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm t\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p>1) V\u00fdzkumn\u00e1 slu\u017eba Kongresu USA vydala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u0159ed rokem, 25. srpna 2021 aktualizaci sv\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy &#8222;Hypersonic Weapons: Background and Issues for Congress. Z tohoto dokumentu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty jsou ve v\u00fdvoji hypersonick\u00fdch letoun\u016f zhruba deset let za Ruskem.<\/p>\n<p>2) Aby p\u0159eklenulo rozd\u00edl mezi Rusy a USA, po\u017e\u00e1dalo ministerstvo obrany na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed rok 2022 o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4 miliardy dolar\u016f v\u00edce na programy hypersonick\u00fdch zbran\u00ed a o 250 milion\u016f dolar\u016f na programy protivzdu\u0161n\u00e9 obrany proti hypersonick\u00fdm zbran\u00edm. V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce ji\u017e Ameri\u010dan\u00e9 vynalo\u017eili v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i miliardy dolar\u016f na v\u00fdvoj hypersonick\u00fdch letoun\u016f a 207 milion\u016f na syst\u00e9my protivzdu\u0161n\u00e9 obrany.<\/p>\n<p>3) Americk\u00fd tisk se sna\u017e\u00ed tuto pro <em>sv\u011btov\u00e9ho hegemona<\/em> alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed situaci retu\u0161ovat. V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2021 vy\u0161el v respektovan\u00e9m \u010dasopise National Interest \u010dl\u00e1nek b\u00fdval\u00e9ho d\u016fstojn\u00edka Pentagonu pro logistiku a technologie, nyn\u00ed v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9ho zpravodaje Chrise Osborna.<\/p>\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9 publikaci o hypersonick\u00fdch zbran\u00edch zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee Moskva disponuje <em>p\u016fsobivou \u0159adou hypersonick\u00fdch zbran\u00ed<\/em>. Osborne nicm\u00e9n\u011b vyjad\u0159uje nad\u011bji, \u017ee USA rychle do\u017eenou p\u0159edb\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed Rusko, a rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159evahu Ruska ozna\u010duje za <em>do\u010dasnou<\/em> a <em>taktickou<\/em>. Nev\u00edm, kdo od takov\u00e9ho autora o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 objektivitu.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nich je z\u00e1stupce vedouc\u00edho americk\u00e9ho hypersonick\u00e9ho projektu Robert Strider. Ten s Osbornem pln\u011b souhlas\u00ed. 11. srpna vystoupil na sympoziu o v\u00fdvoji program\u016f kosmick\u00e9 a protiraketov\u00e9 obrany. Akce se konala v Huntsville ve st\u00e1t\u011b Alabama.<\/p>\n<p>Strider ve sv\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce informoval o r\u016fzn\u00fdch hypersonick\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech USA, zapomn\u011bl v\u0161ak se zm\u00ednit, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich je st\u00e1le v plenk\u00e1ch. Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost v\u011bnoval Strider syst\u00e9mu LRHW, hypersonick\u00e9 st\u0159ele dlouh\u00e9ho doletu. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 odpalovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ponese dv\u011b hypersonick\u00e9 st\u0159ely. Jedna baterie bude m\u00edt kapacitu osmi bojov\u00fdch jednotek. Komplex m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vybaven syst\u00e9mem C-HGB (Common Hypersonic Glide Body). Pentagon v\u0161ak o tom \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u00e9 informace nesd\u011blil.<\/p>\n<p>Proto se nab\u00edzej\u00ed ot\u00e1zky: Jak je to s hypersonickou ochranou? Jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyvinout obranu proti technologii, kterou je\u0161t\u011b nevlastn\u00edte?<\/p>\n<p>Jak to ale v \u017eivot\u011b ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9m pen\u011bzi chod\u00ed, zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee Ameri\u010dany takov\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 hodnot\u00ed jako mali\u010dkosti, nematou i proto, \u017ee pen\u00edze se nechaj\u00ed vytisknout a hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je, vy\u010dlenit v\u00edce pen\u011bz: zbytek p\u0159ijde pozd\u011bji. V oblasti hypersonick\u00e9 obrany USA jednozna\u010dn\u011b s\u00e1zej\u00ed na kosmick\u00fd prostor kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho dosahu. Ji\u017e v roce 2019 byly vy\u010dlen\u011bny finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky na v\u00fdvoj a rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e9 konstelace dru\u017eic v\u010dasn\u00e9ho varov\u00e1n\u00ed ve vesm\u00edru, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 bojovat proti <em>hrozb\u011b hypersonick\u00fdch a \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch st\u0159el<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A v \u010dervnu 2020. Pentagon ji\u017e vypracoval podrobnou <em>Strategii kosmick\u00e9 obrany<\/em>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 nav\u00e1zat na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kosmick\u00fd program SBIRS z devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let a odhalit odp\u00e1len\u00ed hypersonick\u00fdch st\u0159el. Projekt je \u00fadajn\u011b ji\u017e v provozu a m\u011bl by b\u00fdt dokon\u010den do konce roku 2022. V t\u00e9to souvislosti v\u0161ak st\u00e1le nen\u00ed dokon\u010dena orbit\u00e1ln\u00ed dru\u017eicov\u00e1 konstelace STSS (z\u00e1klad SBIRS). P\u016fvodn\u011b m\u011bl m\u00edt 24 satelit\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee Pentagon pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b za 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f zaznamen\u00e1 odp\u00e1len\u00ed hypersonick\u00e9 rakety, ale nebude schopen ji zachytit, proto\u017ee ke zni\u010den\u00ed hypersonick\u00e9ho objektu je nutn\u00e9, aby raketa let\u011bla hypersonickou rychlost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Dod\u00e1v\u00e1m prov\u011b\u0159enou a ne p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b utajovanou mali\u010dkost, kterou p\u0159iznal i Andy Tomis, \u0161\u00e9f spole\u010dnosti Cohort Defense Corporation, v odpov\u011bdi na ot\u00e1zky den\u00edku The Telegraph: <em>Hypersonick\u00e9 st\u0159ely doslova vy\u0159azuj\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010de americk\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f protivzdu\u0161n\u00e9 obrany, kter\u00e9 neum\u011bj\u00ed na takov\u00e9 objekty reagovat a vyp\u00ednaj\u00ed se<\/em>. Co k tomu dodat, nev\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Za to ale p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee prezident Vladimir Putin by m\u011bl vystoupit na f\u00f3ru Arm\u00e1da-2022. F\u00f3rum, kter\u00e9 se kon\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok a na kter\u00e9 doposud ka\u017ed\u00fd rok p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bl prezident, se tentokr\u00e1t bude konat v mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vyhrocen\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed situaci a prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Proto p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee prezident Putin vystoup\u00ed s\u00a0projevem, kter\u00fd by politicky korektn\u00ed m\u00e9dia nem\u011bla ignorovat. Naopak, d\u016fkladn\u011b analyzovat, proto\u017ee p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee projev na f\u00f3ru bude d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd z\u00a0mnoha d\u016fvod\u016f. Mezi n\u011b \u0159ad\u00edm v\u00fdstavu modern\u00edch a perspektivn\u00edch model\u016f v\u00fdzbroje a v\u00fdstroje, t\u00e9ma vojensk\u00e9 a technick\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce Rusk\u00e9 federace s dal\u0161\u00edmi zem\u011bmi a v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159edveden\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 st\u0159ely X-69. \u00a0F\u00f3rum se bude konat v parku Patriot nedaleko Moskvy od 15. do 21. srpna.
