Na p\u0159\u00edklad, Pfizerovo o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee skrze injek\u010dn\u011b dodan\u00e9 mRNA \u010d\u00e1stice p\u0159\u00edmo zm\u011bnit informace v\u00a0na\u0161em vlastn\u00edm DNA a tato zm\u011bna se pak dostane i do na\u0161eho genomu. Jestli\u017ee je DNA zm\u011bn\u011bno, pak je zm\u011bn\u011bno v\u00a0cel\u00e9m t\u011ble, v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce, ve v\u0161ech org\u00e1nech. Kdy\u017e maj\u00ed spermie, nebo \u017eensk\u00e9 vaje\u010dn\u00edky zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 DNA, ta zm\u011bna p\u0159ejde i do jejich d\u011bt\u00ed a postupn\u011b do d\u011bt\u00ed t\u011bchto d\u011bt\u00ed a tak d\u00e1le \u2013 je to zm\u011bna n\u00e1s v\u0161ech, nav\u017edy, do nekone\u010dna!<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 bylo hl\u00e1s\u00e1no, \u017ee mRNA se nedostane do bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra a i to byla nehor\u00e1zn\u00e1 le\u017e. Nano\u010d\u00e1stice RNA, chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 lipidov\u00fdm obalem se snadno dostanou do bun\u011bk a do na\u0161eho DNA, jeho\u017e kopie jsou pak p\u0159evedeny chromatinem do bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra.<\/p>\n<p>Americk\u00e1 organizace CDC (Centrum pro kontrolu nemoc\u00ed) m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo na jejich str\u00e1nce naps\u00e1no, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti Covidu nezm\u011bn\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 DNA. To je sprost\u00e1 le\u017e. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1467-3045\/44\/3\/73\">v\u00fdzkum ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku<\/a> potvrdil, \u017ee vpichem je cel\u00fd k\u00f3d vpraven do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, kde nejen\u017ee zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161ecky bu\u0148ky za\u010dnou podle jeho p\u0159\u00edkazu vyr\u00e1b\u011bt hrotovou b\u00edlkovinu (spike protein), ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 doc\u00edl\u00ed zm\u011bnu lidsk\u00e9ho DNA.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Zm\u011bna DNA skrze p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00e9 p\u0159eps\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny rostliny a \u017eiv\u00ed tvorov\u00e9, i jejich org\u00e1ny a i viry a bakterie, maj\u00ed v\u00a0sob\u011b enzym, kter\u00fd se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00e1 transkript\u00e1za (reverse transcriptase). Tento enzym dok\u00e1\u017ee okop\u00edrovat RNA a vyrobit z\u00a0n\u011bho molekulu dopl\u0148kov\u00e9ho DNA. Polymer\u00e1za th\u00e9ta, co\u017e je jin\u00fd enzym, jeho\u017e \u00fakolem je vytv\u00e1\u0159et nov\u00e9 kopie DNA a prov\u00e1d\u011bt opravy, toto dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 DNA vlo\u017e\u00ed, neboli vep\u00ed\u0161e do existuj\u00edc\u00edho DNA. Tomuto procesu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00e9 p\u0159eps\u00e1n\u00ed (reverse transcription).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Jak se chov\u00e1 hrotov\u00e1 b\u00edlkovina v\u00a0lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hrotov\u00e1 b\u00edlkovina donut\u00ed bu\u0148ky, aby se za\u010daly shlukovat a pak zformuj\u00ed jednu obrovskou bu\u0148ku s\u00a0n\u011bkolika bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdmi j\u00e1dry. Zkou\u0161\u00ed tato j\u00e1dra t\u00e9\u017e slou\u010dit a vyhazuj\u00ed ven n\u011bkter\u00e1 miniaturn\u00ed j\u00e1dra, co\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA. Kv\u016fli ubl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed jejich DNA si pak bu\u0148ky nedovol\u00ed nad\u00e1le se rozmno\u017eovat a za\u010dnou st\u00e1rnout. Ale nezahynou, z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u017eiv\u00e9 a postupn\u011b vylu\u010duj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e \u0161kod\u00ed cel\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u0148ky s\u00a0po\u0161kozen\u00fdm DNA pak za\u010dnou produkovat l\u00e1tku, zvanou polymer\u00e1za th\u00e9ta, na pomoc p\u0159i oprav\u011b DNA. Tato se objev\u00ed na sc\u00e9n\u011b a\u017e kdy\u017e v\u0161ecky jin\u00e9 snahy o n\u00e1pravu selhaly. Polymer\u00e1za d\u011bl\u00e1 hodn\u011b chyb a \u010dasto zp\u016fsobuje velk\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 mutace, p\u0159esunuje genomy sem a tam a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed miniaturn\u00ed j\u00e1dra. Tak\u00e9 zrychl\u00ed proces v\u00fdvoje rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee je to pom\u011brn\u011b snadn\u00e9 dostat ciz\u00ed RNA do na\u0161eho vlastn\u00edho DNA a ovlivnit t\u00edm genetiku nejen na\u0161i vlastn\u00ed, ale postupn\u011b cel\u00e9ho lidstva.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Genetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny d\u0159\u00edve a dnes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Lee Merritt, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo v\u00a0minulosti cht\u011bl m\u00edt na p\u0159\u00edklad chutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jablka, pak jeho strom mohl na\u0161t\u011bpovat, anebo op\u00fdlit pylem z\u00a0jin\u00e9ho, lep\u0161\u00edho stromu a p\u0159\u00edroda se postarala o zbytek.\u00a0 Pozd\u011bji se p\u0159e\u0161lo na tak zvan\u00e9 spojov\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f (gene splicing), kdy bylo s\u00a0pomoc\u00ed pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch enzym\u016f p\u0159eru\u0161eno DNA m\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho produktu a do takto vznikl\u00e9 mezery byla vlo\u017eena nov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st. To je dne\u0161n\u00ed zp\u016fsob genetick\u00e9ho m\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed potravin a organism\u016f, neboli GMO.<\/p>\n<p>Tento proces m\u00e1 jednu nev\u00fdhodu, \u017ee pouze 50% nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, kter\u00e9 touto manipulac\u00ed vzniknou, bude m\u00edt p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fd gen. A kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde na dal\u0161\u00ed generaci, tam z\u016fstane pouze 25% s\u00a0nov\u00fdm genem, a\u017e k\u00a0postupn\u00e9mu jeho vymizen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Proto je dnes k\u00a0m\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed genetiky vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n CRISPR zp\u016fsob, kdy na m\u00edsto jednoho rozd\u011blen\u00ed DNA se u\u010din\u00ed \u0159ezy dva. V\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pak m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd plod, kter\u00fd z\u00a0takov\u00e9 rostliny vyroste, nebo ka\u017ed\u00fd potomek takto zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka nov\u00fd gen a zhruba v\u00a0deseti generac\u00edch maj\u00ed tento nov\u00fd gen naprosto v\u0161ichni.<\/p>\n<p>Tento zp\u016fsob byl rovn\u011b\u017e pou\u017eit v\u00a0tak zvan\u00e9m \u201eo\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c proti Covidu, kdy byl do lidsk\u00e9 rasy vpraven jin\u00fd gen, nebo geny a nikdo nev\u00ed, co maj\u00ed zp\u016fsobovat. Tak\u017ee kdy\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed byli o\u010dkovan\u00ed, nez\u016fstanou n\u00e1sledkem tohoto z\u00e1sahu neplodn\u00ed, pak jejich d\u011bti budou m\u00edt tyto geny v\u00a0sob\u011b. A b\u011bhem deseti generaci, co\u017e je zhruba 200 a\u017e 300 let, bude v\u00a0d\u016fsledku k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00ed o\u010dkovan\u00fdch s\u00a0neo\u010dkovan\u00fdmi, m\u00edt tyto geny v\u00a0sob\u011b cel\u00e1 lidsk\u00e1 rasa.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edme, \u017ee v\u016fbec nev\u00edme, jak\u00e9 geny to jsou, co maj\u00ed zp\u016fsobovat, ale spolehliv\u011b v\u00edme, \u017ee nejsou pro na\u0161e dobro, tak je to zna\u010dn\u011b znepokojuj\u00edc\u00ed my\u0161lenka.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Genetick\u00e1 zm\u011bna je velice nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>U genetiky je to jako s\u00a0po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdm programem. P\u0159id\u00e1te, nebo vynech\u00e1te mal\u00fd kousek, t\u0159eba jen jedno p\u00edsmeno a cel\u00fd program za\u010dne d\u011blat n\u011bco zcela jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e co bylo pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no. To proto, \u017ee jedna chyba zp\u016fsob\u00ed chybu dal\u0161\u00ed, u\u017e se nevych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edho nastaven\u00ed, ale cel\u00e1 struktura programu se posunula, co\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ovlivn\u00ed i n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pokyny, nebo aspo\u0148 ty, kter\u00e9 jsou zalo\u017eeny na odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed jednoho od druh\u00e9ho a na konec m\u016f\u017eete skon\u010dit s\u00a0docela \u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdm zmatkem a nev\u00edte kde za\u010d\u00edt opravovat.<\/p>\n<p>U lidsk\u00e9ho organismu je probl\u00e9m s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k\u00a0ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9mu p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00e9mu p\u0159eps\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy se RNA zm\u011bn\u00ed na DNA. A jakmile se nov\u00e1 informace dostane do DNA, pak je to zm\u011bna napo\u0159\u00e1d. Lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice v\u00a0tak zvan\u00e9m \u201eo\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c kter\u00e9 v\u00a0sob\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do t\u011bla ciz\u00ed mRNA byly navr\u017eeny tak, aby se zam\u011b\u0159ily prvn\u011b na t\u0159i org\u00e1ny: j\u00e1tra, slezinu a vaje\u010dn\u00edky. Vaje\u010dn\u00edky jsou t\u00e9\u017e schopny p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00e9ho p\u0159eps\u00e1n\u00ed a t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u017eena, kter\u00e1 tuto injekci dostala, m\u00e1 p\u0159epsan\u00e9 DNA ve vaje\u010dn\u00edc\u00edch. N\u011bco takov\u00e9ho zm\u011bn\u00ed jej\u00ed DNA a DNA jej\u00edch potomk\u016f nav\u017edy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u010cten\u00e9 a ne\u010dten\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti DNA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0na\u0161em genomu jsou tak zvan\u00e9 \u201e\u010dten\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti\u201c a \u201ene\u010dten\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti.\u201c (Reading frames v\u00a0Angli\u010dtin\u011b) DNA t\u011bch ne\u010dten\u00fdch z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ignorov\u00e1no a projev\u00ed se a\u017e v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch generac\u00ed. Tak\u017ee kdy\u017e DNA hrotov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny, vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 jej\u00edm mRNA ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed se dostane do ne\u010dten\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, k\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v\u00a0genetice nedojde. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 zm\u011bny z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed skryty ve DNA lidsk\u00e9ho vaj\u00ed\u010dka a v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jeho oplodn\u011bn\u00ed se toto m\u016f\u017ee vyvinout v\u00a0o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd lidsk\u00fd z\u00e1rodek, ze kter\u00e9ho vznikne b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b a postupem \u010dasu dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p>Je zde pouze jeden rozd\u00edl, tento \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 v\u00a0sob\u011b skrytou mutaci hrotov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny v\u00a0jeho ne\u010dten\u00e9m DNA a v\u016fbec o tom nev\u00ed, proto\u017ee se to nijak neprojevuje. Ta mutace z\u016fstane inertn\u00ed a\u017e do doby, kdy jako dosp\u011bl\u00fd bude cht\u00edt m\u00edt d\u00edt\u011b. Tehdy dojde k\u00a0p\u0159erovn\u00e1n\u00ed genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu budouc\u00edho d\u00edt\u011bte, kdy p\u0159\u00edroda sm\u00edch\u00e1 geny rodi\u010d\u016f, aby z\u00a0nich vytvo\u0159ila nov\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. B\u011bhem toho procesu se n\u011bkdy stane, \u017ee inertn\u00ed DNA je aktivov\u00e1no a pak se projev\u00ed v\u00a0pln\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e bylo o\u010dkov\u00e1no asi 5 miliard lid\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, tak m\u016f\u017eeme \u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee aspo\u0148 1,25 miliard z\u00a0nich v\u00a0sob\u011b m\u00e1 zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fd gen. Jen\u017ee to nem\u016f\u017eeme zjistit te\u010f. To se projev\u00ed a\u017e na jejich d\u011btech, nebo a\u017e na vnou\u010datech a n\u011bkdy a\u017e na pravnou\u010datech. Ale jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno, k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00edm o\u010dkovan\u00fdch s\u00a0neo\u010dkovan\u00fdmi se tento ciz\u00ed gen dostane postupem \u010dasu do cel\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 populace.<\/p>\n<p>Zde se jedn\u00e1 o skute\u010dn\u011b \u010f\u00e1belsk\u00fd v\u00fdmysl. Toto je \u010dist\u00e9 zlo. B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 v\u00fdroba postupuje tak, \u017ee se v\u0161ecky p\u0159\u00edsady sm\u00edchaj\u00ed do jedn\u00e9 n\u00e1doby a automatick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pak pln\u00ed jednu ampulku za druhou a nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba se o to nijak starat. Takto jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny injekce po milionech.<\/p>\n<p>Ne tak Moderna! V\u00fdrobn\u00ed linka musela b\u00fdt \u010das od \u010dasu zastavena a do sm\u011bsi byly p\u0159id\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, o kter\u00fdch nikdo nev\u011bd\u011bl, co jsou. Tito dva in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i za\u010dali p\u00e1trat co tyto zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady jsou. Zjistili, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genecards.org\/cgi-bin\/carddisp.pl?gene=CYP19A1#summaries\">jedna z\u00a0nich je b\u00edlkovina<\/a>, nazvan\u00e1 Cytochrom P19A a ta druh\u00e1 je podobn\u00e1, ale nebyla jmenov\u00e1na. Ob\u011b b\u00edlkoviny jsou obsa\u017eeny ve vaje\u010dn\u00edc\u00edch, kde zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, aby se oplodn\u011bn\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dko \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b vyv\u00edjelo.
