Tyto vakc\u00edny jsou natolik naka\u017eliv\u00e9, \u017ee by se mohlo o\u010dkovat pouze p\u011bt procent populace, zat\u00edmco zbyl\u00fdch 95 procent by bylo pasivn\u011b o\u010dkov\u00e1no prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm infekce, vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159enosu vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene.<\/section>\n<section class=\"clanek-obsah\">\u201eNaka\u017eliv\u00e1\u201c vakc\u00edna by se rychle \u0161\u00ed\u0159ila, pokud by lid\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161li do t\u011bsn\u00e9ho kontaktu s t\u011blesn\u00fdmi tekutinami ned\u00e1vno o\u010dkovan\u00e9 osoby, nap\u0159\u00edklad se slinami nebo nosn\u00edmi sekrety, jako kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk k\u00fdchne nebo zaka\u0161le a vdechne kap\u00e9nky n\u011bkoho, kdo je naka\u017een virem ch\u0159ipky nebo nachlazen\u00ed. V\u011bdci ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, Evrop\u011b a Austr\u00e1lii, povzbuzen\u00ed pandemi\u00ed COVID-19, zkoumaj\u00ed mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto typ\u016f vakc\u00edn p\u0159enosn\u00fdch v komunit\u011b v budoucnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Populace infikovan\u00e9 \u017eivou vakc\u00ednou proti obrn\u011b kmenem viru obrny<\/h2>\n<p>\u017div\u00e1 or\u00e1ln\u00ed vakc\u00edna proti d\u011btsk\u00e9 obrn\u011b (OPV) byla prvn\u00ed vakc\u00ednou, kterou \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed pou\u017eili k z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9mu infikov\u00e1n\u00ed populace vakcina\u010dn\u00edm kmenem viru jako strategii, kter\u00e1 se sna\u017eila zabr\u00e1nit infekci divok\u00fdm typem d\u011btsk\u00e9 obrny. Ve skute\u010dnosti byl jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d byla OPV pova\u017eov\u00e1na za lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e inaktivovan\u00e1 vakc\u00edna proti obrn\u011b (IPV), ten, \u017ee pasivn\u011b p\u0159eo\u010dkov\u00e1vala osoby, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161ly do \u00fazk\u00e9ho kontaktu s ned\u00e1vno o\u010dkovan\u00fdmi osobami (bez jejich v\u011bdom\u00ed nebo informovan\u00e9ho souhlasu). P\u0159\u00edjemci OPV-vylu\u010duj\u00ed virus vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene v mo\u010di, stolici, slin\u00e1ch a nosn\u00edm sekretu a v populac\u00edch, kde se OPV pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, se mohou vyskytnout p\u0159\u00edpady obrny vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene u ned\u00e1vno o\u010dkovan\u00fdch osob nebo bl\u00edzk\u00fdch kontakt\u016f, jako jsou rodi\u010de p\u0159ebaluj\u00edc\u00ed plenky ned\u00e1vno o\u010dkovan\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte. V roce 1999 USA p\u0159estaly doporu\u010dovat OPV pro d\u011bti a p\u0159e\u0161ly na IPV, aby eliminovaly p\u0159\u00edpady obrny vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene.<\/p>\n<p>Vliv vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene viru d\u011btsk\u00e9 obrny na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00fd kontaminuje vodn\u00ed zdroje, se ned\u00e1vno znovu objevil v Lond\u00fdn\u011b ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii, kde byl zji\u0161t\u011bn \u201evakcina\u010dn\u00ed poliovirus typu 2 (VDPV2)\u201c, a p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed vyzvali v\u0161echny, aby byli \u201eaktualizov\u00e1ni\u201c v o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti d\u011btsk\u00e9 obrn\u011b. V roce 2014 Barbara Loe Fisherov\u00e1, spoluzakladatelka a prezidentka N\u00e1rodn\u00edho informa\u010dn\u00edho centra pro vakc\u00edny (NVIC) a v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 redaktorka \u010dasopisu\u00a0<i>The Vaccine Reaction<\/i>, zve\u0159ejnila odkazovanou zpr\u00e1vu\u00a0<i>The Emerging Risks of Live Virus and Virus Vectored Vaccines<\/i>. V t\u00e9to zpr\u00e1v\u011b se zab\u00fdvala potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi \u0161kodami, kter\u00e9 by pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eiv\u00fdch virov\u00fdch a vektorovan\u00fdch vakc\u00edn mohlo zp\u016fsobit lidem a \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Varovala:<\/p>\n<p><em>Vzhledem k dlouhodob\u00fdm a v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm mezer\u00e1m ve v\u011bdeck\u00fdch poznatc\u00edch o infek\u010dn\u00edch mikrobech, mikrobiomu, epigenetice a povaze lidsk\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed nebyla dosud stanovena dlouhodob\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost a \u00fa\u010dinnost pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vakc\u00edn proti \u017eiv\u00fdm oslaben\u00fdm vir\u016fm a geneticky modifikovan\u00fdch vakc\u00edn proti vir\u016fm.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Vakc\u00edny, kter\u00e9 se samy \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed v populaci zv\u00ed\u0159at<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed pokus s naka\u017eliv\u00fdmi vakc\u00ednami byl proveden na ostrov\u011b u \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed v roce 1999. Veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 Jos\u00e9 Manuel S\u00e1nchez-Vizca\u00edno, PhD. odchytil 147 kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f a 73 z nich o\u010dkoval j\u00edm vytvo\u0159enou samo se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00ednou kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed hemoragickou chorobu kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f a virus myxomu. V\u0161em kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016fm um\u00edstil mikro\u010dip, aby je mohl sledovat p\u0159ed vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm zp\u011bt do voln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrody. Proto\u017ee vakc\u00edna byla tak \u00fazce p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e1 s virem myxomu zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edm toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u011b\u0159il Dr. S\u00e1nchez-Vizca\u00edno, \u017ee se vakc\u00edna bude \u0161\u00ed\u0159it po kr\u00e1l\u00edc\u00edch ve voln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b. Kdy\u017e veterin\u00e1\u0159 asi o m\u011bs\u00edc pozd\u011bji kr\u00e1l\u00edky znovu odchyt\u00e1val, zjistil, \u017ee 56 % neo\u010dkovan\u00fdch kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f m\u011blo protil\u00e1tky proti ob\u011bma vir\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se samospra\u0161n\u00e9 vakc\u00edny testuj\u00ed na zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch populac\u00edch po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Od z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2020 pracuje na v\u00fdvoji naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10 laborato\u0159\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto laborato\u0159\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v USA, dal\u0161\u00ed se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v Evrop\u011b a Austr\u00e1lii. Zdroje financov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto v\u00fdzkumu poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z NIH, Ministerstva zdravotnictv\u00ed a lidsk\u00fdch slu\u017eeb (HHS), N\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 nadace (NSF), Agentury pro pokro\u010dil\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 projekty v oblasti obrany (DARPA), akademick\u00fdch instituc\u00ed a Gatesovy nadace.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v Evrop\u011b v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pracuj\u00ed s naka\u017eliv\u00fdmi vakc\u00ednami v populaci prasat. Agentura DARPA zva\u017euje samo se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edny, kter\u00e9 by pomohly v boji proti z\u00e1padoafrick\u00e9 hore\u010dce Lassa, virov\u00e9mu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9mu krysami v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Africe. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed naka\u017eliv\u00e9 vakc\u00edny proti ebole a tuberkul\u00f3ze skotu a v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zva\u017euj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj samo se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edn, kter\u00e9 by pomohly v boji proti lymsk\u00e9 boreli\u00f3ze, z\u00e1padonilsk\u00e9mu viru, vzteklin\u011b a moru. Domn\u00edvaj\u00ed se, \u017ee samo se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edny jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobem o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed divok\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eilo riziko, \u017ee jednoho dne viry a bakterie samovoln\u011b p\u0159esko\u010d\u00ed ze zv\u00ed\u0159at na \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci vyv\u00edjej\u00ed dva typy naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn proti voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edm zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm: (1) p\u0159enosn\u00e9 vakc\u00edny, kter\u00e9 se aplikuj\u00ed na srst zv\u00ed\u0159ete prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pasty, kter\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed vakc\u00ednu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u00e9\u010de o srst a dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed v t\u011bsn\u00e9m kontaktu, a (2) p\u0159enosn\u00e9 vakc\u00edny, kter\u00e9 se aplikuj\u00ed injek\u010dn\u011b nebo or\u00e1ln\u011b a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed viru d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm, dotykem, pohlavn\u00edm stykem a kojen\u00edm. P\u0159enosn\u00e9 vakc\u00edny maj\u00ed sice potenci\u00e1l rychleji o\u010dkovat vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ata, ale n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee rychlost, s jakou se p\u0159enosn\u00fdmi vakc\u00ednami \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed infekce vakcina\u010dn\u00edho kmene, by mohla p\u0159edstavovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko mutace nebo koinfekce s jin\u00fdmi viry ve voln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, kter\u00e9 by pak mohly nakazit \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<h2>Etick\u00e9 d\u016fsledky plo\u0161n\u011b se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00edch vakc\u00edn pro lidi<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn se neomezuje pouze na populaci voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at. V\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee mohou vyvinout plo\u0161n\u00e9 vakc\u00edny vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed viry a bakterie, kter\u00e9 se mohou p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et z \u010dlov\u011bka na \u010dlov\u011bka po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, ale nezp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina plo\u0161n\u011b se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00edch vakc\u00edn vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 technologii virov\u00fdch vektor\u016f podobnou technologii, kterou pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vakc\u00edny COVID spole\u010dnosti AstraZeneca a Johnson &amp; Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci v laborato\u0159i vytvo\u0159\u00ed oslabenou formu c\u00edlov\u00e9ho viru, nap\u0159\u00edklad viru HIV, a vlo\u017e\u00ed z n\u00ed DNA do naka\u017eliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edho, ale m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho viru, nap\u0159\u00edklad jednoho z vir\u016f, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho nachlazen\u00ed. Fragmenty DNA z c\u00edlov\u00e9ho viru se v podstat\u011b svezou s ne\u0161kodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm virem a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed se mezi populaci, co\u017e podle v\u011bdc\u016f p\u0159iprav\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m na c\u00edlov\u00fd nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed virus a snad cestou nezp\u016fsob\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, zran\u011bn\u00ed nebo smrt. Jejich pl\u00e1n spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee mal\u00e9 skupin\u011b lid\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech sv\u011bta bude injek\u010dn\u011b aplikov\u00e1na nebo vdechnuta naka\u017eliv\u00e1 vakc\u00edna, kter\u00e1 se sama roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159i vystaven\u00ed lid\u00ed naka\u017eliv\u00fdm vakc\u00edn\u00e1m n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 zem\u0159ou<\/h2>\n<p>Britsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da zva\u017euje, \u017ee by tuto technologii naka\u017eliv\u00e9 vakc\u00edny pou\u017eila m\u00edsto sou\u010dasn\u00e9 vakc\u00edny proti ch\u0159ipce typu A a B. V\u011bdci sice p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 by p\u0159i tomto typu tajn\u00e9 strategie hromadn\u00e9ho o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed zem\u0159eli, ale proto\u017ee po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed by mohli zem\u0159\u00edt p\u0159i o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed samo se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00edch vakc\u00ednami, by byl men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed by mohli zem\u0159\u00edt na skute\u010dnou ch\u0159ipku, je podle nich tento typ pl\u00e1nu tajn\u00e9ho pasivn\u00edho o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Podle zpr\u00e1vy britsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy:<\/p>\n<p><em>Vakc\u00edny, kter\u00e9 se samy \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed, jsou m\u00e9n\u011b smrt\u00edc\u00ed, ale nejsou nesmrt\u00edc\u00ed: st\u00e1le mohou zab\u00edjet. Zem\u0159ou n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed by jinak \u017eili, i kdy\u017e celkov\u011b zem\u0159e m\u00e9n\u011b lid\u00ed.<\/em>Jin\u00ed v\u011bdci mezit\u00edm varuj\u00ed, \u017ee samovoln\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 technologie vakc\u00edn by mohlo m\u00edt neblah\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Jonas Sandbrink, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk v oblasti biologick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti z Institutu budoucnosti lidstva Oxfordsk\u00e9 univerzity, varuje:<\/p>\n<p><em>Jakmile n\u011bco in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9ho a samovoln\u011b p\u0159enosn\u00e9ho vypust\u00edte do p\u0159\u00edrody, nev\u00edte, co se s t\u00edm stane a kam to p\u016fjde. I kdybyste to na za\u010d\u00e1tku jen vysadili do zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch populac\u00ed, \u010d\u00e1st genetick\u00fdch prvk\u016f se m\u016f\u017ee dostat zp\u011bt do \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/em>U naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn nebyly provedeny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 studie bezpe\u010dnosti v ter\u00e9nu ani v laborato\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p>Doktor Andrew Peters, docent zdrav\u00ed a patologie voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at na Charles Sturt University v Austr\u00e1lii a prezident Wildlife Disease Association, varoval:<\/p>\n<p><em>Na\u0161e znalosti o dynamice infek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at jsou z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 jednoduch\u00e9 na to, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 smyslupln\u011b p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bt v\u00fdsledek takov\u00e9ho z\u00e1sahu.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Nezn\u00e1m\u00fd dopad naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Doktorka Fillipa Lentozosov\u00e1, odbornice na v\u011bdu a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost z Kings College London, upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 p\u0159edv\u00eddat, co by mohla naka\u017eliv\u00e1 vakc\u00edna v budoucnu zp\u016fsobit, proto\u017ee viry jsou ze sv\u00e9 podstaty nestabiln\u00ed a \u010dasto mutuj\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed obavy, \u017ee virus vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdhradn\u011b u n\u011bkter\u00fdch voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at by mohl p\u0159esko\u010dit na jin\u00e9 druhy a zp\u016fsobit \u0159adu probl\u00e9m\u016f jak zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm, tak lidem.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed obavou z vym\u00fdcen\u00ed nemoc\u00ed u voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at pomoc\u00ed naka\u017eliv\u00fdch vakc\u00edn je, \u017ee by se n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy mohly p\u0159emno\u017eit, jakmile by p\u0159estaly b\u00fdt n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k nemocem o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdm vakc\u00ednou. Nap\u0159\u00edklad hlodavci, kte\u0159\u00ed se nakaz\u00ed virem Lasso, ni\u010d\u00ed \u00farodu, domy, sklady potravin a vody a p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k nehygienick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m.
