To proto, \u017ee na \u0159adu zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bdc\u016f jsme znali odpov\u011b\u010f, ani\u017e bychom se honosili n\u011bjak\u00fdm titulem. Sta\u010dilo se toti\u017e malinko zamyslet a ejhle, p\u0159edb\u011bhli jsme v\u011bdeckou studii. Jen to nikoho nic nest\u00e1lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"pagetext\">\n<p>\u00a0 V\u011bdci p\u0159i v\u00fdzkumu do\u0161li nov\u011b k\u00a0pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e nen\u00ed t\u0159eba stav\u011bt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 komunikace, parkovi\u0161t\u011b a roz\u0161i\u0159ovat ty st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee to k\u00a0ni\u010demu nepovede. D\u016fvodem je dle nich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vozidel. Bingo. Skute\u010dn\u011b si mimo t\u011bchto odborn\u00edk\u016f nikdo nev\u0161imnul toho, \u017ee je aut v\u00edce, ne\u017e tomu bylo p\u0159ed 50ti roky? Jen\u017ee co k\u00a0tomu vede? A opravdu je \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm m\u00edsto zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed propustnosti komunikac\u00ed a stavby parkovac\u00edch dom\u016f z\u00fa\u017eovan\u00ed pr\u016fjezdn\u00fdch profil\u016f, zpomalov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravy retard\u00e9ry a dopravn\u00edmi zna\u010dkami? Sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed to snad po\u010det automobil\u016f? Nikoliv, jde jen o alibistick\u00e9 \u017ev\u00e1sty m\u00e9di\u00ed poplatn\u00e9 trendu snaze omezit mo\u017enost vlastnictv\u00ed automobil\u016f a jejich vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde o to, jak roste po\u010det automobil\u016f. I kdyby jich bylo 3x v\u00edce, jezdit m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk v\u00a0jednu chv\u00edli jen jedn\u00edm. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 tento petrolhead zaparkovan\u00e9 v\u00a0gar\u00e1\u017ei a m\u00e1 je t\u0159eba pro radost. Ono toti\u017e existuje ur\u010dit\u00e9 nad\u0161en\u00ed pro techniku. Jestli\u017ee kdysi m\u011bli bohat\u00ed lid\u00e9 pln\u00e9 st\u00e1je kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch kon\u00ed, nyn\u00ed maj\u00ed m\u00edsto nich gar\u00e1\u017ee pln\u00e9 aut. Brunejsk\u00fd sult\u00e1n o tom m\u016f\u017ee hodiny vypr\u00e1v\u011bt. Po\u010det vyroben\u00fdch aut tak nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo d\u016fvod k\u00a0p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed silnic. T\u00edm je sp\u00ed\u0161e snaha narvat do m\u011bst co nejv\u00edce byt\u016f a kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, a t\u00edm i lid\u00ed. Doch\u00e1z\u00edme tak k\u00a0jist\u00e9mu konfliktu pot\u0159eb obyvatel p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm velk\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch aglomerac\u00ed. Pro\u010d je pot\u0159eba zastav\u011bt nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u00fdval\u00e9 prostory Sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9ho a \u017di\u017ekovsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1kladn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, co\u017e bude znamenat dal\u0161\u00edch cca 60\u00a0000 nov\u00fdch obyvatel \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho centra Prahy? V\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0nich m\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pot\u0159ebu vlastnit i dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edek, znamen\u00e1 to tedy n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc aut nov\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u011b um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00a0t\u011bchto oblastech s\u00a0pot\u0159ebou ob\u010das n\u011bkam vyjet, ov\u0161em p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u017e tak pln\u00fdch komunikac\u00ed. U \u017di\u017ekova nav\u00edc do\u0161lo k\u00a0ubr\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00edch pruh\u016f na Ol\u0161ansk\u00e9, to ve jm\u00e9nu prot\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed neexistuj\u00edc\u00edch cyklist\u016f. A to tuto d\u016fle\u017eitou dopravn\u011b-obslu\u017en\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu cht\u011bj\u00ed v\u0161eho schopn\u00ed a pom\u00fdlen\u00ed \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci radnice Prahy 3 pro motorov\u00e1 vozidla uzav\u0159\u00edt \u00fapln\u011b. To je p\u0159ed komun\u00e1ln\u00edmi volbami varov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Praha je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed zemi v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00a0mnoha sm\u011br\u016f, ov\u0161em hustotou os\u00eddlen\u00ed a po\u010dtem satelitn\u00edch obc\u00ed je skute\u010dn\u011b dopravn\u00edm o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kem. O to v\u00edce s\u00a0podivem je neochota magistr\u00e1tu urychlit v\u00fdstavbu zbytku okruhu, kter\u00fd by odvedl provoz mimopra\u017esk\u00e9 dopravy a z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017enil vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se centru p\u0159i cest\u011b z\u00a0jednoho konce Prahy na druh\u00fd. Tady u\u017e by v\u00a0podstat\u011b bylo dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt variantu s\u00a0v\u00edce m\u011bstsk\u00fdmi okruhy, to je v\u0161ak drah\u00e9. M\u00e1me \u0159\u00eddkou d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 a kamion jedouc\u00ed z\u00a0Francie \u010di Belgie kamkoliv na v\u00fdchod od n\u00e1s tak jede t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u017edy p\u0159es Prahu \u010di v\u00a0jej\u00ed t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti. Pro\u010d? Vymlouvat se na to, \u017ee nem\u00e1 cenu stav\u011bt dal\u0161\u00ed silnice, proto\u017ee to nepom\u016f\u017ee, je demagogie. Mus\u00ed se to v\u0161ak d\u011blat v\u0161e s\u00a0rozmyslem a s\u00a0jistou v\u00fdhledovou koncepc\u00ed. Stejn\u011b tak je t\u0159eba p\u0159istupovat i k\u00a0v\u00fdstavb\u011b budov. Navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010dtu obyvatel v\u00a0centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ot\u00e1zka pen\u011bz. Obrovsk\u00e9 zisky developer\u016f jsou d\u016fvodem k\u00a0z\u00e1stavb\u011b i takov\u00fdch m\u00edst, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly plnit \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9 funkce. Uk\u00e1zkou nejsou jen ob\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 domy pod\u00e9l Novovyso\u010dansk\u00e9, budov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00eddli\u0161\u0165 na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9 Kolbenky \u010di pek\u00e1rny Odkolek takt\u00e9\u017e ve Vyso\u010danech, a plno stejn\u011b za ka\u017edou cenu zastav\u011bn\u00fdch lokalit. Nedivme se, \u017ee pot\u00e9 nesta\u010d\u00ed jak st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kapacita silnic, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i kanalizace.<\/p>\n<p>Mno\u017estv\u00ed aut v\u00a0ulic\u00edch je tak nakonec pouze d\u016fsledkem neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho zapl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho voln\u00e9ho m\u00edste\u010dka bytov\u00fdmi domy a kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi budovami. Na mal\u00e9m prostoru \u017eije p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho obyvatel jezd\u00edc\u00edch ov\u0161em za prac\u00ed, sportem a kulturou n\u011bkam jinam, ne\u017e kde bydl\u00ed. A proto\u017ee se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 i d\u011bt\u00ed, je vcelku logick\u00e9, \u017ee dv\u011b auta v\u00a0provozu na rodinu jsou standard. To plat\u00ed i pro satelity, proto\u017ee se spol\u00e9hat na MHD a partnera s\u00a0jedn\u00edm autem je nere\u00e1ln\u00e9. T\u011bch p\u00e1r kolomil\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed sednou na bicykl a vyraz\u00ed do v\u00edru velkom\u011bsta, pouze napl\u0148uje pou\u010dku o existuj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdjimk\u00e1ch a nelze z\u00a0toho vych\u00e1zet. \u0158e\u010di o tom, \u017ee to jde v\u00a0Holandsku a u n\u00e1s to mus\u00ed b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9, nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na skute\u010dnost, kterou je absence kopc\u016f v\u00a0t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00e9 zemi ne nadarmo zvan\u00e9 Nizozem\u00ed. Na\u0161e poloha je jin\u00e1 a Praha je kopcovit\u00fdm profilem prost\u011b pro alternativn\u00ed dopravu nevhodn\u00e1. Je tedy t\u0159eba d\u011blat v\u0161e pro jej\u00ed pr\u016fjezdnost.<\/p>\n<p>Nakonec je\u0161t\u011b mal\u00e1 \u00favaha k\u00a0elektroaut\u016fm. Demagogov\u00e9 a jejich podporovatel\u00e9 n\u00e1m z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b zatajuj\u00ed nev\u00fdhody t\u011bchto vozidel. Tak tedy je\u0161t\u011b jednou. Nejsou bezemisn\u00ed, levn\u00e9, praktick\u00e9, v\u0161ude pou\u017eiteln\u00e9. Neobh\u00e1j\u00ed je ani mo\u017enost dob\u00edjen\u00ed ze sol\u00e1rn\u00edch panel\u016f na st\u0159e\u0161e domu, proto\u017ee kapacitn\u011b a \u010dasov\u011b jde sp\u00ed\u0161e o sen ne\u017e realitu. Nav\u00edc n\u00e1vratnost investice a probl\u00e9my s\u00a0likvidac\u00ed panel\u016f, kter\u00e9 po skon\u010den\u00ed jejich funk\u010dnosti p\u0159ijdou, je tak trochu degraduj\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b i elektroauta sv\u00fdmi rozm\u011bry nejsou ni\u010d\u00edm men\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dokonalou infrastrukturu v\u00a0podob\u011b nab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic, nesm\u00ed do v\u0161ech podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a jsou nesm\u00edrn\u011b drah\u00e1 v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, jak\u00fd komfort u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed poskytuj\u00ed. \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9 bav\u00edc p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s\u00a0prvn\u00edm s\u00e9riov\u00fdm autem na vod\u00edkov\u00e9 palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky a mohou st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed elektroauta poslat rychle do propadli\u0161t\u011b d\u011bjin. K\u00e9\u017e by. Elektroauta ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m dopravy ve m\u011bstech. Ani sd\u00edlen\u00ed vozidel nen\u00ed nijak v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm po\u010dinem, jde o to n\u00e1s nau\u010dit nem\u00edt nic vlastn\u00edho, to v\u0161e shoduj\u00edc\u00ed se s\u00a0Agendou 2030, kterou prosazuje Klaus Schwab a jej\u00ed\u017e urychlen\u00ed podepsal za Sv\u011btov\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 f\u00f3rum se z\u00e1stupci OSN.
