T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b pevninsk\u00e1 oblast je v kontrastu s glob\u00e1ln\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem, kter\u00fd je zhruba ze dvou t\u0159etin ur\u010den oce\u00e1ny. Podle v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f Mezivl\u00e1dn\u00edho panelu pro zm\u011bnu klimatu (IPCC), kter\u00fd je ji\u017e nyn\u00ed zasa\u017een klimatick\u00fdm alarmismem, se pevninsk\u00e9 plochy od p\u0159edindustri\u00e1ln\u00edho referen\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed (tj. konce posledn\u00ed mal\u00e9 doby ledov\u00e9)\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/report\/ar6\/wg1\/chapter\/chapter-2\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">oteplily<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0podstatn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e oce\u00e1nsk\u00e9 plochy. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed Evropy je nad glob\u00e1ln\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem pom\u011bru pevnina-mo\u0159e, proto nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e1; ve skute\u010dnosti je to do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry d\u016fsledek samotn\u00e9ho zvolen\u00e9ho srovn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To v\u0161ak pln\u011b nevysv\u011btluje evropsk\u00fd trend. I p\u0159i up\u0159\u00edmn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rozlohou pevniny Zem\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 evropsk\u00fd trend zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd \u2013 pouze rozd\u00edl je v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se b\u011b\u017en\u011b uv\u00e1d\u00ed v titulc\u00edch. Studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Nature v roce 2025 s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41612-025-00930-3\"><span dir=\"auto\">Hnac\u00ed s\u00edly a mechanismy p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed k nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed v Evrop\u011b b\u011bhem posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c zjistila, \u017ee mezi lety 1979 a 2022 byl n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty v evropsk\u00fdch l\u00e9tech 1,8kr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e glob\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br pevniny. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pr\u016fm\u011brem ve stejn\u00fdch zem\u011bpisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00ed\u0159k\u00e1ch byl tento faktor je\u0161t\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, pouze 1,4kr\u00e1t. Ale ani tento zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed rozd\u00edl nen\u00ed pouze p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhem o CO2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f autor\u016f bylo zhruba 19 procent celkov\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho letn\u00edho trendu p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no zm\u011bn\u00e1m v atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 cirkulaci. \u010cast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt syst\u00e9m\u016f vysok\u00e9ho tlaku, zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 vzorce proud\u011bn\u00ed a posuny v tryskov\u00e9m proud\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vzduchov\u00e9 masy dos\u00e1hnou Evropy a jak dlouho teplo nad kontinentem p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1. Zejm\u00e9na tento aspekt je v novinov\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v\u00e1ch \u010dasto opom\u00edjen, proto\u017ee neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9mu vzorci \u201eEvropa se otepluje t\u0159ikr\u00e1t rychleji\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-uber-europa-verschwinden-die-wolken\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Mraky nad Evropou miz\u00ed<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Martz poukazuje na trend zdokumentovan\u00fd i Evropskou slu\u017ebou pro zm\u011bnu klimatu\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/climate.copernicus.eu\/esotc\/2025\/clouds-and-sunshine\"><span dir=\"auto\">Copernicus<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. Satelitn\u00ed data ukazuj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd pokles obla\u010dnosti nad evropskou pevninou od za\u010d\u00e1tku 80. let 20. stolet\u00ed. Od roku 2006, s v\u00fdjimkou roku 2010, je d\u00e9lka slune\u010dn\u00edho svitu trvale nad pr\u016fm\u011brem z let 1991 a\u017e 2020. V roce 2025 bylo nad evropskou pevninou zaznamen\u00e1no p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o t\u0159i procenta m\u00e9n\u011b obla\u010dnosti a asi o p\u011bt procent v\u00edce doby slune\u010dn\u00edho svitu ne\u017e v referen\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se dlouhodob\u011b zvy\u0161uje mno\u017estv\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed dopadaj\u00edc\u00edho na zem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd detail. Obla\u010dnost p\u0159\u00edmo ur\u010duje, kolik slune\u010dn\u00ed energie dopad\u00e1 na zem. Pokud je obla\u010dnost v n\u00edzk\u00fdch a st\u0159edn\u00edch v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00e1, pole, st\u0159echy, ulice a m\u011bsta se b\u011bhem dne v\u00edce zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed. Za stabiln\u00edho vysokotlak\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu vzduch kles\u00e1, zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 se a z\u00e1rove\u0148 br\u00e1n\u00ed tvorb\u011b nov\u00fdch oblak\u016f. Pokud tato situace p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed nebo t\u00fddn\u016f, zem\u011b vysych\u00e1, v\u00fdpar se sni\u017euje a st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st slune\u010dn\u00ed energie se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo k oh\u0159evu povrchu a vzduchu. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00ed zes\u00edlen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinku. Kauz\u00e1ln\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.metoffice.gov.uk\/blog\/2026\/deep-dive-european-heat-builds-while-the-uk-sits-on-the-boundary\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u0159et\u011bzec<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0vypad\u00e1 zhruba takto: m\u00e9n\u011b oblak\u016f, v\u00edce slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, su\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u016fdy, men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdpar a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-wenn-das-wetter-uber-europa-festklebt\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e se po\u010das\u00ed nad Evropou zasekne<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zda st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropa za\u017eije chladn\u00e9, vlhk\u00e9 nebo spaluj\u00edc\u00ed hork\u00e9 l\u00e9to, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f vysok\u00e9ho a n\u00edzk\u00e9ho tlaku vzduchu, na vzduchov\u00fdch hmot\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 do Evropy doraz\u00ed, a na tom, zda se po\u010das\u00ed po n\u011bkolika dnech zm\u011bn\u00ed, nebo z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f. B\u011bhem bloku Omega se tryskov\u00e9 proud\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1\u010d\u00ed daleko na sever, zat\u00edmco nad Evropou se utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed siln\u00fd syst\u00e9m vysok\u00e9ho tlaku vzduchu. Atlantick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my n\u00edzk\u00e9ho tlaku vzduchu jsou odtla\u010dov\u00e1ny, de\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 fronty se nemohou formovat a cel\u00e1 oblast je vystavena intenzivn\u00edmu slune\u010dn\u00edmu svitu po cel\u00e9 dny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Takov\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/weather.metoffice.gov.uk\/learn-about\/weather\/how-weather-works\/high-and-low-pressure\/blocks\"><span dir=\"auto\">blokovac\u00ed vzorce<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0pat\u0159\u00ed mezi klasick\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro velk\u00e9 vlny veder. Siln\u00fd vysokotlak\u00fd syst\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159itahovat hork\u00fd vzduch ze severn\u00ed Afriky nebo St\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed do z\u00e1padn\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy a pot\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nit jeho rychl\u00e9mu rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed. Teploty proto ka\u017ed\u00fd den stoupaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, sm\u011br v\u011btru, klesaj\u00edc\u00ed vzduch a such\u00e1 p\u016fda neust\u00e1le ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed stejnou oblast. Po\u010das\u00ed je ust\u00e1len\u00e9 \u2013 a s n\u00edm i horko.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Nature z roku 2022 s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-022-31432-y\"><span dir=\"auto\">Zrychlen\u00e9 trendy vln veder v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b spojen\u00e9 s trvalej\u0161\u00edmi dvojit\u00fdmi proudy nad Eurasi\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c spojila zrychlen\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst vln veder v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b s \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi a d\u00e9le trvaj\u00edc\u00edmi dvojit\u00fdmi proudy nad Eurasi\u00ed. Podle studie tyto vzorce proud\u011bn\u00ed vysv\u011btluj\u00ed a\u017e 35 procent kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed kumulativn\u00ed intenzity vln veder v \u010d\u00e1stech z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropy. V\u011bdci vypo\u010d\u00edtali, \u017ee jejich zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 frekvence by mohla vysv\u011btlit t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 cel\u00fd trend zrychlen\u00fdch vln veder v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 procent v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm evropsk\u00e9m regionu. Toto je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd aspekt v\u00fdvoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Je\u0161t\u011b \u0161kodliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro debatu o klimatu byla studie z roku 2023 publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Nature s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-023-42143-3\"><span dir=\"auto\">Extr\u00e9mn\u00ed horka v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b rostou rychleji ne\u017e simulov\u00e1no v d\u016fsledku trend\u016f atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 cirkulace<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c. V\u011bdci porovnali pozorovan\u00e9 trendy v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b se 170 simulacemi z 32 klimatick\u00fdch model\u016f. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 z t\u011bchto simulac\u00ed nereprodukovala tak siln\u00fd trend \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd cirkulac\u00ed v nejextr\u00e9mn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch letn\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch. Bu\u010f modely podce\u0148uj\u00ed zm\u011bny vzdu\u0161n\u00fdch proud\u016f, nebo nedok\u00e1\u017eou dostate\u010dn\u011b zachytit dlouhodobou p\u0159irozenou variabilitu. Ani jedno z vysv\u011btlen\u00ed se dob\u0159e neshoduje s politickou jistotou, s n\u00ed\u017e je nyn\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e1 vlna veder prezentov\u00e1na jako p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 potvrzen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed agendy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-saubere-luft-heissere-sommer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u010cist\u0161\u00ed vzduch, teplej\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9ta<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokles aerosol\u016f tak\u00e9 obrac\u00ed konven\u010dn\u00ed narativ naruby. Evropa od 70. let 20. stolet\u00ed drasticky sn\u00ed\u017eila emise s\u00edry a pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. To je dobr\u00e9 pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a zdrav\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak zmizely \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 rozptyluj\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo, ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed tvorbu mrak\u016f, a t\u00edm maj\u00ed chladic\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek.
