Slovnaft m\u016f\u017ee dov\u00e1\u017eet ruskou ropu, ale nesm\u00ed produkci z t\u00e9to ropy vyv\u00e1\u017eet mimo \u00fazem\u00ed Slovenska! Pro\u010d se v Kremlu sm\u011bj\u00ed, zat\u00edmco zem\u011b EU trp\u00ed a na\u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed pod dopadem protirusk\u00fdch sankc\u00ed?<\/h4>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 unie ve \u010dtvrtek schv\u00e1lila po dlouh\u00e9m vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 6. sank\u010dn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek proti Rusku, kter\u00fd uvaluje embargo na dovoz rusk\u00e9 ropy do EU po mo\u0159i, zat\u00edmco ud\u011bluje v\u00fdjimky n\u011bkter\u00fdm vnitrozemsk\u00fdm st\u00e1t\u016fm, \u017ee mohou d\u00e1le po omezenou dobu p\u0159ij\u00edmat ruskou ropu\u00a0<strong>ropovodem Dru\u017eba, co\u017e byla legend\u00e1rn\u00ed stavba \u010deskoslovensko-sov\u011btsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1sobila \u010cSSR ropou a d\u00edky tomu byl umo\u017en\u011bn \u0161irok\u00fd rozvoj automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu<\/strong>, ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 dopravy s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hustotou stanic a dopravn\u00ed obslu\u017enost\u00ed v cel\u00e9 kontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>A rovn\u011b\u017e ropovod umo\u017enil \u0161irok\u00fd rozvoj kamionov\u00e9 dopravy a region\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed obslu\u017enosti motorov\u00fdmi dieselov\u00fdmi vlaky. Technologick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rafin\u00e9rie dodala sov\u011btsk\u00e1 strana, \u010d\u00e1st technologie byla vyvinuta \u010deskoslovensk\u00fdmi podniky a pr\u016fmyslem. Rafin\u00e9rie je navr\u017eena na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 rusk\u00e9 ropy, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 jinou technologii zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e lehk\u00e1 mo\u0159sk\u00e1 ropa Brent t\u011b\u017een\u00e1 z ropn\u00fdch plo\u0161in v Norsku a v Severn\u00edm mo\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve \u010dtvrtek bylo v Bruselu rozhodnuto, \u017ee Slovensko dostane odklad a m\u016f\u017ee po dobu 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f do konce ledna 2023 \u010derpat ropovodem Dru\u017eba ruskou ropu.<\/strong>\u00a0Od za\u010d\u00e1tku \u00fanora 2023 u\u017e ale bude platit embargo a Slovnaft bude muset za\u010d\u00edt vyr\u00e1b\u011bt paliva z jin\u00e9 ropy. Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee k tomu z\u0159ejm\u011b ani nemus\u00ed doj\u00edt a bratislavsk\u00fd Slovnaft ukon\u010d\u00ed provoz a jeho ma\u010farsk\u00fd majitel p\u0159esune kapacitanci produkce do Ma\u010farska.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Slovnaft se stal ob\u011bt\u00ed slovensk\u00fdch politik\u016f v Bruselu<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Jak n\u00e1s do redakce upozornil jeden z odborn\u00edk\u016f z oboru zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ropy, kter\u00fd je se situac\u00ed ve Slovnaftu obezn\u00e1men, p\u0159estavba rafin\u00e9rie na lehkou ropu Brent bude tak n\u00e1kladn\u00e1, \u017ee se nemus\u00ed spole\u010dnosti MOL ekonomicky v\u016fbec vyplatit, a to zejm\u00e9na s \u00fatlumem spot\u0159eby ropy v Evrop\u011b v d\u016fsledku programu Green Deal a vzhledem k obecn\u00e9mu odchodu od fosiln\u00edch paliv. Kdy\u017e by tam bylo men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody, va\u0159en\u00ed by prost\u011b skon\u010dilo ne\u00fasp\u011bchem. A p\u0159esn\u011b tento probl\u00e9m \u010dek\u00e1 Slovnaft u\u017e vlastn\u011b od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle, resp. od 14. \u010dervna, kdy m\u00e1 embargo na ruskou ropu vstoupit v platnost s plnou razanc\u00ed. Slovnaft toti\u017e mus\u00ed objemov\u011b rafinovat ropu na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 50 a\u017e 60% celkov\u00e9 kapacity rafin\u00e9rie. A v \u010dem je probl\u00e9m?<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Slovnaft bez v\u00fdvozu produkce z rusk\u00e9 ropy nem\u016f\u017ee udr\u017eet technologick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rafin\u00e9rie v provozu<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Sloven\u0161t\u00ed vyjednava\u010di v Bruselu se toti\u017e podle slovensk\u00e9 opozice z\u0159ejm\u011b dopustili vlastizrady, proto\u017ee zvedli ruku pro likvidaci Slovnaftu. A pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee hlasovali pro uvalen\u00ed sank\u010dn\u00edho bal\u00edku na ruskou ropu v t\u00e9 podob\u011b, \u017ee\u00a0<strong>Slovensko bude m\u00edt do konce ledna 2023 v\u00fdjimku na ruskou ropu, na jej\u00ed dovoz na Slovensko pomoc\u00ed ropovodu Dru\u017eba, ale nebude m\u00edt v\u00fdjimku na prodej paliv a produkt\u016f z t\u00e9to ropy mimo \u00fazem\u00ed Slovenska!<\/strong>\u00a0A v tom je ta vlastizrada, proto\u017ee kdokoliv vyjednal v EU tyto podm\u00ednky, tak je naprost\u00fd mamlas, diletant a neum\u011btel, kter\u00fd z\u0159ejm\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b po\u0161kodil Slovnaft tak, \u017ee se z toho podnik nemus\u00ed vzpamatovat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51958\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 692px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-51958 \" src=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-1024x731.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-1024x731.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-768x548.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-700x500.jpg 700w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-500x357.jpg 500w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline-676x483.jpg 676w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/DruzbaPipeline.jpg 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"494\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ropovod Dru\u017eba<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee a\u017e dv\u011b t\u0159etiny produkce Slovnaftu m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na export do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a do Polska. Tedy zhruba 60 a\u017e 65% kapacity Slovnaftu a produkce z rusk\u00e9 ropy jde do ciziny. Jen\u017ee, od 14. \u010dervna to skon\u010d\u00ed a Slovnaft ji\u017e nebude moci paliva z rusk\u00e9 ropy ze Slovenska vyv\u00e1\u017eet! V\u00fdjimka EU se vztahuje jen na dovoz rusk\u00e9 ropy na Slovensko a na v\u00fdrobu paliv pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh. Jen\u017ee, dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh spot\u0159ebuje jen okolo 35% produkce Slovnaftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ale rafin\u00e9rie nen\u00ed schopn\u00e1 provozu na objem 35% produkce, to je hluboko pod kritickou mez rafina\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Slovnaftu. Kritick\u00e1 doln\u00ed mez je okolo 50 a\u017e 65% v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity.<\/strong>\u00a0Jin\u00fdmi slovy, Slovnaft bude m\u00edt dost rusk\u00e9 ropy, ale nebude ji moci zpracovat, proto\u017ee ji nebude moci vyv\u00e1\u017eet, na Slovensku se j\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 a\u017e 35% z produkce Slovnaftu nespot\u0159ebuje.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">MOL m\u016f\u017ee Slovnaft n\u00e1kladn\u011b p\u0159estav\u011bt na ropu Brent, ale ekonomick\u00e1 rentabilita je s otazn\u00edkem<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Co bude t\u011bchto 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f Slovnaft d\u011blat, kdy\u017e nebude moci exportovat produkci z rusk\u00e9 ropy do EU kv\u016fli embargu, to v\u016fbec nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9. Podle ekonom\u016f za\u010dne majitel Slovnaftu, tedy ma\u010farsk\u00fd MOL, zva\u017eovat n\u00e1klady na p\u0159estavbu rafin\u00e9rie v Bratislav\u011b, co\u017e ekonomicky bude obrovsk\u00e1 investice, kterou nikdo v minulosti nezkou\u0161el, proto\u017ee technologick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na sov\u011btskou ropu je navr\u017eeno na separov\u00e1n\u00ed slo\u017eek ropy obsa\u017een\u00e9 v bohat\u00e9 sibi\u0159sk\u00e9 rop\u011b, zat\u00edmco lehk\u00e1 ropa Brent mnoho slo\u017eek rusk\u00e9 ropy ani neobsahuje.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51964\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 694px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-51964 \" src=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-1024x694.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-1024x694.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-768x520.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-700x474.jpg 700w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-527x357.jpg 527w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company-713x483.jpg 713w, https:\/\/aeronet.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/MOL_Company.jpg 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"470\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ma\u010farsk\u00fd MOL je majitelem Slovnaftu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ma\u010farsk\u00fd MOL sice m\u016f\u017ee zainvestovat do p\u0159estavby, ale m\u016f\u017ee si spo\u010d\u00edtat i to, \u017ee se to ekonomicky nevyplat\u00ed vzhledem ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed objemu spot\u0159eby ropy v Evrop\u011b, tak\u017ee prost\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee podle odborn\u00edk\u016f st\u00e1t, \u017ee bratislavsk\u00e1 rafin\u00e9rie se zastav\u00ed.\u00a0<strong>Je toti\u017e ot\u00e1zkou, jestli MOL bude investovat do p\u0159estavby rafin\u00e9ri\u00ed na Brent ropu v Ma\u010farsku a vedle toho je\u0161t\u011b na Slovensku a v Chorvatsku ve chv\u00edli, kdy spot\u0159eba ropy v Evrop\u011b kles\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0v d\u016fsledku neust\u00e1le \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch motor\u016f nov\u00fdch aut a p\u0159echodu na elektromobily. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm z odb\u011bratel\u016f produkce Slovnaftu, a to jak benz\u00ednu, tak zejm\u00e9na nafty, kter\u00e1 se z rusk\u00e9 ropy vyr\u00e1b\u00ed nejlacin\u011bji a nejsnadn\u011bji.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Diesel z lehk\u00e9 ropy bude trvale dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e benz\u00edn<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>D\u016fvod, pro\u010d v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b vid\u00edte na pump\u00e1ch Diesel, \u017ee je dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e benz\u00edn, to je v d\u016fsledku toho, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o Diesel vyroben\u00fd z ropy Brent, kter\u00fd se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cestou a za pomoci ropn\u00fdch aditiv poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch pr\u00e1v\u011b z rusk\u00e9 ropy.
