U zkapaln\u011bn\u00e9ho zemn\u00edho plynu (LNG) je z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed rezerva pouh\u00fdch jeden\u00e1ct dn\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee plynov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny nyn\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovinu elekt\u0159iny v zemi. Dlouhodob\u00e1 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 blok\u00e1da by proto mohla nejen ochromit ekonomiku ostrova, ale tak\u00e9 vyvolat glob\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fmyslovou krizi uzav\u0159en\u00edm tchajwansk\u00fdch tov\u00e1ren na v\u00fdrobu \u010dip\u016f.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samospr\u00e1vn\u00fd ostrov Tchaj-wan\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/makroskop.eu\/262026\/taiwans-energiereserven-sind-nahezu-erschopft\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">den za dnem<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0uplat\u0148uje svou energetickou politiku . Vl\u00e1da v\u0161ak odm\u00edt\u00e1 varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm nedostatkem energie. Ministerstvo hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee jeden\u00e1ctidenn\u00ed rezerva p\u0159edstavuje pouze z\u00e1konem na\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed z\u00e1soby a \u017ee nov\u00e9 tankery neust\u00e1le p\u0159iplouvaj\u00ed. Dod\u00e1vky na duben a kv\u011bten byly pln\u011b zorganizov\u00e1ny a pl\u00e1ny na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce se p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed. Od roku 2027 se m\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed rezerva zv\u00fd\u0161it z jeden\u00e1cti na \u010dtrn\u00e1ct dn\u00ed. To by za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed mohlo sta\u010dit \u2013 ale v kontextu c\u00edlen\u00e9 uz\u00e1v\u011bry ostrova je to jen kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 \u00faleva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed slabinou nen\u00ed jen velikost z\u00e1sob, ale i konstrukce cel\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. V roce 2025 vyr\u00e1b\u011bl Tchaj-wan p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 47,7 procenta sv\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny ze zemn\u00edho plynu a 35,3 procenta z uhl\u00ed. Takzvan\u00e9 obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie tvo\u0159ily 13,3 procenta, zat\u00edmco jadern\u00e1 energie p\u0159ed odstaven\u00edm posledn\u00edho reaktoru p\u0159isp\u00edvala pouze 1,1 procenta. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159i p\u011btiny elekt\u0159iny poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z fosiln\u00edch paliv, z nich\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve\u0161ker\u00e1 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dov\u00e1\u017eena po mo\u0159i. Tchaj-wan v\u0161ak \u010del\u00ed rostouc\u00edmu vojensk\u00e9mu a ekonomick\u00e9mu tlaku ze strany \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 lidov\u00e9 republiky. V \u010dervnu tchajwansk\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady zaregistrovaly v okol\u00ed ostrova 55 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch vl\u00e1dn\u00edch, v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch a pob\u0159e\u017en\u00edch str\u00e1\u017en\u00edch plavidel \u2013 o 83 procent v\u00edce ne\u017e v kv\u011btnu a v\u00edce ne\u017e dvakr\u00e1t tolik ne\u017e o rok d\u0159\u00edve. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci v Tchaj-peji varuj\u00ed, \u017ee Peking by mohl tak\u00e9 testovat naru\u0161en\u00ed tichomo\u0159sk\u00fdch z\u00e1sobovac\u00edch tras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u010c\u00edna by nutn\u011b nemusela zah\u00e1jit n\u00e1kladnou oboj\u017eivelnou invazi na Tchaj-wan. Sta\u010dila by takzvan\u00e1 karant\u00e9na, \u00fadajn\u00e9 celn\u00ed kontroly, vojensk\u00e9 z\u00f3ny z\u00e1kazu vstupu nebo systematick\u00e9 inspekce obchodn\u00edch lod\u00ed. Poji\u0161\u0165ovny by zru\u0161ily sv\u00e9 kryt\u00ed, p\u0159epravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti by se ostrovu vyh\u00fdbaly a p\u0159epravn\u00ed sazby by prudce vzrostly. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by tlak mohly zv\u00fd\u0161it kybernetick\u00e9 \u00fatoky, sabot\u00e1\u017ee a naru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstavn\u00ed infrastruktury. Peking ji\u017e dlouho nacvi\u010duje \u00fatoky na p\u0159\u00edstavn\u00ed a energetick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00fdch vojensk\u00fdch man\u00e9vr\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv ukazuje, jak m\u00e1lo vojensk\u00e9 s\u00edly je pot\u0159eba k ekonomick\u00e9mu zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed trasy. Nen\u00ed ani nutn\u00e9 potopit \u0159adu tanker\u016f. Pouh\u00e1 hrozba raketov\u00fdch \u00fatok\u016f a \u00fatok\u016f dron\u016f m\u016f\u017ee sta\u010dit k tomu, aby se p\u0159epravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, pos\u00e1dky a poji\u0161\u0165ovny st\u00e1hly. Pro Tchaj-wan je to znepokojiv\u00fd pl\u00e1n: Ostrov se spol\u00e9h\u00e1 nejen na dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 palivo (a dal\u0161\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed), ale tak\u00e9 na ochotu soukrom\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed p\u0159epravovat je p\u0159es potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1le\u010dnou z\u00f3nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V roce 2024 poch\u00e1zelo zhruba 25 procent tchajwansk\u00e9ho dovozu LNG z Kataru a asi deset procent ze Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Tchaj-pej roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il sv\u00e9 zdroje a hodl\u00e1 d\u00e1le zvy\u0161ovat americk\u00fd pod\u00edl. To sice sni\u017euje z\u00e1vislost na jedin\u00e9m dodavateli, ale ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed to z\u00e1kladn\u00ed strategick\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Druh\u00fd blok jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Maanshan m\u011bl kapacitu 951 megawatt\u016f a naposledy vyr\u00e1b\u011bl asi t\u0159i procenta tchajwansk\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny. Vl\u00e1da uvedla, \u017ee jej\u00ed produkci by mohly nahradit nov\u00e9 plynov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny, obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie, p\u0159e\u010derp\u00e1vac\u00ed vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny a bateriov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">T\u0159i procenta se v ron\u00ed statistice zdaj\u00ed b\u00fdt zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00e1. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak tento v\u00fdstup nab\u00fdv\u00e1 jin\u00e9ho v\u00fdznamu. Jadern\u00e9 palivo lze d\u00edky sv\u00e9 obrovsk\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 hustot\u011b skladovat po dlouhou dobu. Jadern\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna nevy\u017eaduje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjezdy tanker\u016f a nen\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na v\u011btrn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch ani slune\u010dn\u00edm svitu. Z hlediska bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed politiky to znamenalo nahradit spolehliv\u00fd, na po\u010das\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00fd zdroj elekt\u0159iny je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na zkapaln\u011bn\u00e9m zemn\u00edm plynu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Obyvatelstvo v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jednomysln\u011b nepodporuje postupn\u00e9 vy\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed jadern\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren. V referendu v srpnu 2025 hlasovalo pro mo\u017en\u00e9 obnoven\u00ed provozu jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Maanshan p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4,3 milionu Tchajwanc\u016f, zat\u00edmco proti hlasovalo pouze asi 1,5 milionu. N\u00e1vrh neusp\u011bl kv\u016fli v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b hlas\u016f proti, ale proto, \u017ee nedos\u00e1hl po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho minima p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u011bti milion\u016f hlas\u016f \u201epro\u201c. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny odevzdan\u00fdch hlas\u016f byly pro obnoven\u00ed provozu elektr\u00e1rny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dokonce i vl\u00e1da nyn\u00ed opatrn\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 upravovat sv\u016fj kurz. V b\u0159eznu 2026 p\u0159edlo\u017eila st\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Taipower \u00da\u0159adu pro jadernou bezpe\u010dnost pl\u00e1n mo\u017en\u00e9ho restartu t\u0159et\u00ed jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny. To by v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nezaru\u010dilo n\u00e1vrat do s\u00edt\u011b: nejprve by byly nutn\u00e9 rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed kontroly, technick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a nov\u00e1 provozn\u00ed licence. Samotn\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost v\u0161ak ukazuje, jak siln\u011b realita nyn\u00ed zpochyb\u0148uje d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed protijadernou doktr\u00ednu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-taifune-sind-kein-kostenloser-ruckenwind\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Tajfuny nejsou vhodn\u00fdm v\u011btrem<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jako dlouhodob\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se Tchaj-pej nyn\u00ed spol\u00e9h\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na v\u011btrnou a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energii. Na konci b\u0159ezna 2026 m\u011bl Tchaj-wan v\u00edce ne\u017e 4,5 gigawatt\u016f v\u011btrn\u00e9 energie na mo\u0159i ze 484 turb\u00edn. Tato kapacita by se m\u011bla do roku 2030 v\u00fdrazn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it. Snaz\u0161\u00ed dostupnost lokalit v m\u011bl\u010d\u00edch vod\u00e1ch je v\u0161ak st\u00e1le vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 v\u011btrn\u00e9 farmy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt postaveny d\u00e1le na mo\u0159i, ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch hloubk\u00e1ch, nebo nakonec dokonce na plovouc\u00edch plo\u0161in\u00e1ch. To zvy\u0161uje stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, technick\u00e1 rizika a pot\u0159ebu vl\u00e1dn\u00edch z\u00e1ruk. Nemluv\u011b o potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed hrozb\u011b \u00fatok\u016f \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1mo\u0159nictva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed pl\u00e1n na soub\u011b\u017en\u00fd rozvoj dom\u00e1c\u00edho odv\u011btv\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e9 energie d\u00e1le zv\u00fd\u0161il n\u00e1klady na expanzi. V\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i museli zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st komponent\u016f z\u00edsk\u00e1vat od tchajwansk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u016fmysl nebyl schopen dodat v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 d\u00edly v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed a kvalit\u011b. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 politick\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed br\u00e1nilo p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9mu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9mu dodavatelsk\u00e9mu \u0159et\u011bzci, co\u017e zp\u016fsobovalo zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed projekt\u016f a tlak na n\u00e1klady. Vl\u00e1da od t\u00e9 doby n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto po\u017eadavk\u016f zm\u00edrnila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">K v\u00fdzv\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 i poloha Tchaj-wanu v jedn\u00e9 z nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed tajfun\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. Star\u0161\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny prokazateln\u011b ne v\u017edy dok\u00e1zaly odolat sil\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edrody. B\u011bhem tajfunu Soudelor v roce 2015 bylo po\u0161kozeno nebo svr\u017eeno n\u011bkolik pevninsk\u00fdch turb\u00edn postaven\u00fdch v roce 2004 v p\u0159\u00edstavu Tchaj-\u010dung. I o deset let pozd\u011bji byly v odlehl\u00e9 zalesn\u011bn\u00e9 oblasti nalezeny zbytky zlomen\u00fdch rotorov\u00fdch list\u016f. Spole\u010dnost Taipower zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed turb\u00edny nyn\u00ed spl\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky. Tajfun Danas v \u010dervenci 2025 uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee modern\u00ed pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed turb\u00edny nejsou zni\u010deny p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 bou\u0159i. V\u0161ech 421 v\u011btrn\u00fdch turb\u00edn v Tchajwansk\u00e9m pr\u016flivu bou\u0159i p\u0159e\u017eilo. N\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011btrn\u00e9 farmy dokonce do\u010dasn\u011b dos\u00e1hly v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 procent sv\u00e9 kapacity ve vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch bou\u0159kov\u00fdch pol\u00edch. Turb\u00edny jsou navr\u017eeny podle specifick\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy tajfun\u016f a jsou ur\u010deny k odol\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru a\u017e 57 metr\u016f za sekundu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To v\u0161ak probl\u00e9m nijak ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Pokud rychlost v\u011btru p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 25 metr\u016f za sekundu, turb\u00edny aktivuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, oto\u010d\u00ed listy rotoru sm\u011brem od v\u011btru a vypnou se. V z\u00e1vislosti na dr\u00e1ze tajfunu m\u016f\u017ee v\u011btrn\u00e1 farma zpo\u010d\u00e1tku generovat velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed elekt\u0159iny a kr\u00e1tce nato zcela selhat. K tomu se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed vlny, koroze, \u00fanava materi\u00e1lu, po\u0161kozen\u00e9 podmo\u0159sk\u00e9 kabely a prodlou\u017een\u00e1 obdob\u00ed, b\u011bhem nich\u017e se \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 lod\u011b nemohou k turb\u00edn\u00e1m dostat. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukce odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di tajfun\u016fm jsou technicky provediteln\u00e9 \u2013 ale ned\u011blaj\u00ed elekt\u0159inu levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ani spolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zranitelnost sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie byla je\u0161t\u011b z\u0159eteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Podle ministerstva hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed po\u0161kodil Danas p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 145 000 sol\u00e1rn\u00edch panel\u016f o celkov\u00e9 hmotnosti asi 2 800 tun. Trosky byly rozpt\u00fdleny po rybn\u00edc\u00edch a zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b v \u010cchia-i a Tainanu. Zat\u00edmco ztr\u00e1ta produkce byla ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s celkovou sol\u00e1rn\u00ed kapacitou Tchaj-wanu omezen\u00e1, sn\u00edmky zni\u010den\u00fdch instalac\u00ed zd\u016fraznily spornou spolehlivost velk\u00fdch, lehk\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed jako prim\u00e1rn\u00edho nosn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pro ostrov n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k tajfun\u016fm. Tajfun nav\u00edc nemus\u00ed zcela zni\u010dit v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny nebo sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely, aby ochromil dod\u00e1vky energie. Sta\u010d\u00ed str\u017een\u00e9 sto\u017e\u00e1ry, po\u0161kozen\u00e9 rozvodny, zaplaven\u00e9 rozvad\u011b\u010de a p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 veden\u00ed. B\u011bhem Danasu statis\u00edce dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159i\u0161ly o elekt\u0159inu. Bez ohledu na to, jak odoln\u00e9 byly v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny na mo\u0159i, bez funk\u010dn\u00edho elektrick\u00e9ho veden\u00ed a distribu\u010dn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed se jejich energie jednodu\u0161e nedostala k mnoha spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-der-siliziumschild-braucht-verlasslichen-strom\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Silikonov\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt pot\u0159ebuje spolehliv\u00fd zdroj nap\u00e1jen\u00ed<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Energetick\u00e1 politika Tchaj-wanu nen\u00ed pouze n\u00e1rodn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Ostrov se pod\u00edl\u00ed na v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 procentech celosv\u011btov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f ze smluvn\u00ed v\u00fdroby polovodi\u010d\u016f a na v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 procentech produkce p\u0159edn\u00edch generac\u00ed \u010dip\u016f. TSMC vyr\u00e1b\u00ed pro spole\u010dnosti jako Apple, Nvidia a AMD. Jej\u00ed produkty se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v datov\u00fdch centrech, chytr\u00fdch telefonech, vozidlech, pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech a pokro\u010dil\u00fdch zbra\u0148ov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tov\u00e1rny na v\u00fdrobu \u010dip\u016f vy\u017eaduj\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00fd a stabiln\u00ed zdroj energie, velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody, specializovan\u00e9 plyny, chemik\u00e1lie a funguj\u00edc\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce. Nouzov\u00e9 gener\u00e1tory dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159eklenout kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd v\u00fdpadek proudu, ale ne t\u00fddenn\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed blok\u00e1du. I drobn\u00e9 naru\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdroby m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit nepou\u017eiteln\u00e9 \u0161ar\u017ee desti\u010dek a v\u00e9st k n\u011bkolikam\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm. P\u0159\u00edd\u011blov\u00fd syst\u00e9m energie by proto postavil vl\u00e1du p\u0159ed prakticky nemo\u017enou volbu: M\u011bly by b\u00fdt up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1ny dom\u00e1cnosti, nemocnice, vojensk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo ty tov\u00e1rny na \u010dipy, na kter\u00fdch z\u00e1vis\u00ed velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st glob\u00e1ln\u00ed ekonomiky?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Takzvan\u00fd \u201ek\u0159em\u00edkov\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt\u201c m\u00e1 \u010c\u00ednu odradit od \u00fatoku, proto\u017ee i \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 lidov\u00e1 republika se spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na tchajwansk\u00e9 polovodi\u010de. Stejn\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 koncentrace by se v\u0161ak mohla st\u00e1t p\u00e1kou. Peking by nemusel nutn\u011b dob\u00fdt TSMC bez \u00fahony. Mohl by se pokusit naru\u0161it dod\u00e1vky energie, surovin a dopravy na ostrov a pot\u00e9 postavit Z\u00e1pad p\u0159ed volbu: politick\u00e9 \u00fastupky nebo glob\u00e1ln\u00ed nedostatek \u010dip\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tchaj-wan proto nepot\u0159ebuje v oblasti energetick\u00e9 politiky zbo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, ale syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee fungovat co nejd\u00e9le, a to i za podm\u00ednek blok\u00e1dy. To zahrnuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1soby plynu a uhl\u00ed, dodate\u010dnou skladovac\u00ed kapacitu, v\u00edce nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstavn\u00edch bod\u016f, chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 veden\u00ed, zes\u00edlen\u00e9 rozvodny a op\u011btovn\u00e9 uveden\u00ed do provozu bezpe\u010dn\u011b provozuschopn\u00fdch jadern\u00fdch reaktor\u016f. V\u011btrn\u00e1 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie mohou doplnit energetick\u00fd mix. Nenahrazuj\u00ed v\u0161ak skladovateln\u00e1 paliva ani snadno dostupnou kapacitu elektr\u00e1ren.
