Realita je v\u0161ak slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Doporu\u010den\u00ed vych\u00e1zelo z p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee potraviny s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hladinu LDL cholesterolu, kter\u00fd se pova\u017euje za rizikov\u00fd faktor srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jen\u017ee cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh je mnohem komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pod\u00edvejme se na to, na \u010dem opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed a jak zjistit, jestli se stravujete zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m vyhovuje nejv\u00edce.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pravda o nasycen\u00fdch tuc\u00edch<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedna d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 v\u011bc se p\u0159i diskusi o nasycen\u00fdch tuc\u00edch \u010dasto p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u2013 rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je jejich zdroj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud n\u011bkdo konzumuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru a rafinovan\u00fdch \u0161krob\u016f, vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f pro n\u011bj nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt vhodnou volbou. Mnohem d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je ov\u0161em upravit celkov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Naopak, pokud n\u011bkdo stav\u00ed sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek zejm\u00e9na na p\u0159irozen\u00fdch, minim\u00e1ln\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch a p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 jen mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru a rafinovan\u00fdch \u0161krob\u016f, situace m\u016f\u017ee vypadat \u00fapln\u011b jinak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neplat\u00ed to stejn\u011b pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. Lid\u00e9 se geneticky li\u0161\u00ed v tom, jak na nasycen\u00e9 tuky reaguj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Proto se doporu\u010duje nespol\u00e9hat se na p\u0159edpoklady. Pokud d\u011bl\u00e1te v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny ve stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, je rozumn\u00e9 sledovat cel\u00fd lipidov\u00fd profil a dal\u0161\u00ed ukazatele metabolick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed. K t\u011bm se dostaneme pozd\u011bji.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, z jak\u00fdch potravin tuky poch\u00e1zej\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nasycen\u00fd tuk nen\u00ed samostatn\u00e1 potravina. Je pouze jednou ze slo\u017eek mnoha potravin, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te nasycen\u00e9 tuky z masa, vajec nebo ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te kvalitn\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny, vitam\u00edny, miner\u00e1ly a dal\u0161\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 \u017eiviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00dapln\u011b jin\u00e1 situace nast\u00e1v\u00e1 u vysoce zpracovan\u00fdch potravin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V nich se nasycen\u00e9 tuky \u010dasto kombinuj\u00ed s velk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm rafinovan\u00fdch \u0161krob\u016f a p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f \u2013 v pom\u011brech, s jak\u00fdmi byste se v p\u0159irozen\u00e9 strav\u011b nesetkali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pat\u0159\u00ed sem nap\u0159\u00edklad chipsy, su\u0161enky, zmrzlina, fast food \u010di r\u016fzn\u00e9 balen\u00e9 pochutiny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Takov\u00e9 potraviny mohou zp\u016fsobovat v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkyvy hladiny cukru v krvi, podporovat z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 procesy a negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b chutn\u00e9, tak\u017ee se p\u0159i nich lid\u00e9 sn\u00e1ze p\u0159ej\u00eddaj\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k tloustnut\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na zm\u011bn\u00e1ch hladiny cholesterolu se proto nepod\u00edlej\u00ed jen samotn\u00e9 nasycen\u00e9 tuky, ale tak\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed potravin a j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Ne v\u0161echny nasycen\u00e9 tuky jsou stejn\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ani v\u0161echny nasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny nejsou stejn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kokos, hov\u011bz\u00ed maso \u010di ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed hladinu LDL cholesterolu v\u00edce, jin\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b. Jedna potravina sama o sob\u011b nerozhoduje o zdrav\u00ed \u2013 rozhoduj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, celkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem energie a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"787\"><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdznamnou roli hraje tak\u00e9 metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a genetika.
