Na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 znali des\u00edtky bylinek a na ka\u017edou bolest m\u011bli p\u0159ipraven\u00fd odvar, tinkturu nebo dom\u00e1c\u00ed s\u00e1dlo. Mnoh\u00e9 z jejich zku\u0161enost\u00ed obst\u00e1ly i p\u0159ed modern\u00ed v\u011bdou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vedle nich se v\u0161ak mezi lidmi usadila i tvrzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 opakujeme cel\u00e9 generace, ani\u017e bychom se zamysleli, zda jsou opravdu pravdiv\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 zn\u011bj\u00ed logicky. Jin\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jen proto, \u017ee je opakuje dostatek lid\u00ed. A jedno z nich je tak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9, \u017ee ho v\u011bt\u0161ina pova\u017euje za m\u00fdtus, p\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00fdzkumy \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed opak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pod\u00edvejme se na \u0161est nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch omyl\u016f o bylink\u00e1ch a na jedno tvrzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201em\u00fdtus\u201c v\u016fbec nezaslou\u017e\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00fdtus \u010d. 1: P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed znamen\u00e1 v\u017edy bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a pokud bylinky nepomohou, alespo\u0148 neu\u0161kod\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b toto pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed omyly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tak\u00e9 rostliny obsahuj\u00ed siln\u00e9 biologicky aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky. V\u017edy\u0165 mnoh\u00e9 dne\u0161n\u00ed l\u00e9ky vznikly pr\u00e1v\u011b jejich zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm. Nen\u00ed proto p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 bylinky ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed krevn\u00ed tlak, \u010dinnost jater, srdce nebo nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud se po u\u017eit\u00ed nov\u00e9 bylinky objev\u00ed vyr\u00e1\u017eka, za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce \u010di jin\u00e9 neobvykl\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dujte se, \u017ee \u201eje to jen p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed\u201c. Organismus v\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 najevo, \u017ee mu konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed rostlina nesedla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u0161alv\u011bj<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0pat\u0159\u00ed mezi obl\u00edben\u00e9 bylinky p\u0159i bolestech v krku, ale ve vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch nebo p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podobn\u011b\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">l\u00e9ko\u0159ice<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 do n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u010daj\u016f proti ka\u0161li, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i nadm\u011brn\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zvy\u0161ovat krevn\u00ed tlak a sni\u017eovat hladinu drasl\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">I proto nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee v\u0161echno p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed je automaticky bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00fdtus \u010d. 2: \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce bylinky u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe \u00fa\u010dinkuj\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Touha urychlit v\u00fdsledek je p\u0159irozen\u00e1. U bylin v\u0161ak \u010dasto vede p\u0159esn\u011b opa\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011brem. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky zpravidla nezvy\u0161uj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, ale jej\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 nebo nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k z\u00e1vislosti st\u0159ev na proj\u00edmadlech a zhor\u0161it p\u0159irozen\u00e9 vyprazd\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud doporu\u010den\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed dva \u0161\u00e1lky \u010daje denn\u011b nebo ur\u010dit\u00fd po\u010det kapek tinktury, nem\u00e1 smysl d\u00e1vku zdvojn\u00e1sobit v nad\u011bji, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinek p\u0159ijde dvakr\u00e1t rychleji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">medu\u0148ky<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0urychlit t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00edsto jednoho \u0161\u00e1lku vypij\u00ed t\u0159i nebo \u010dty\u0159i. Klepneme na tla\u010d\u00edtko, objedn\u00e1me si zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo otev\u0159eme aplikaci a v\u0161e se d\u011bje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 hned. Naopak u bylinek, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad k podpo\u0159e sp\u00e1nku \u010di p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m stresu, b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1stup \u00fa\u010dinku postupn\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud po dvou dnech usoud\u00edte, \u017ee bylina nefunguje, je to podobn\u00e9, jako byste po prvn\u00edm tr\u00e9ninku prohl\u00e1sili, \u017ee cvi\u010den\u00ed nem\u00e1 smysl. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, pokud ani po doporu\u010den\u00e9m obdob\u00ed nevid\u00edte \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd efekt, nem\u00e1 v\u00fdznam pokra\u010dovat dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce jen ze zvyku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00fdtus \u010d. 4: Pokud bylinka pomohla n\u011bkomu jin\u00e9mu, ur\u010dit\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee i v\u00e1m<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na internetu naleznete tis\u00edce nad\u0161en\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed. Jedna rostlina pr\u00fd n\u011bkomu vy\u0159e\u0161ila bolesti kloub\u016f, druh\u00e9mu vysok\u00fd tlak a t\u0159et\u00edmu probl\u00e9my se sp\u00e1nkem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo v\u0161ak nen\u00ed univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161ablona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159edstavte si dva lidi s p\u00e1len\u00edm \u017e\u00e1hy.
