Spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e9 XXL tramvaje berl\u00ednsk\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti (BVG) se v\u0161ak ukazuje jako problematick\u00e9: Od poloviny \u010dervence bude moci jezdit pouze na tramvajov\u00e9 lince M4 \u2013 a i tehdy jen v omezen\u00e9m j\u00edzdn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du. Berl\u00edn investoval miliony do vozidel, pro kter\u00e1 infrastruktura prost\u011b nen\u00ed dimenzov\u00e1na.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eP\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd org\u00e1n technick\u00e9ho dozoru (TAB) ud\u011blil provozn\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00ed pro prvn\u00ed vozidlo,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed se v\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvg.de\/de\/unternehmen\/medienportal\/pressemitteilungen\/20260701-urbanliner-steht-in-den-startloechern\"><span dir=\"auto\">tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0spole\u010dnosti BVG. Prvn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed a cvi\u010dn\u00e9 j\u00edzdy s Urbanlinerem za\u010dnou 8. \u010dervence. Do osobn\u00ed dopravy by tramvaj m\u011bla b\u00fdt uvedena v polovin\u011b \u010dervence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Alstom Urbanliner, s d\u00e9lkou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 51 metr\u016f, \u0161\u00ed\u0159kou 2,40 metru a kapacitou a\u017e 312 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch (92 sedadel a 220 m\u00edst k st\u00e1n\u00ed), je nejdel\u0161\u00ed berl\u00ednskou tramvaj\u00ed. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je odleh\u010dit dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1cpy na siln\u011b vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch. Celkem bylo objedn\u00e1no a\u017e 117 Urbanliner\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b krat\u0161\u00edch verz\u00ed). Dosud bylo dod\u00e1no p\u011bt vozidel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-nur-auf-einer-linie-und-nur-in-eine-richtung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Pouze v jedn\u00e9 linii a pouze v jednom sm\u011bru<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Urbanliner v\u0161ak zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nebude nasazen v cel\u00e9 berl\u00ednsk\u00e9 tramvajov\u00e9 s\u00edti. Jeho schv\u00e1len\u00ed je zpo\u010d\u00e1tku omezeno na tramvajovou linku M4 \u2013 nejru\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tramvajovou linku v hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b s p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 100 000 cestuj\u00edc\u00edmi denn\u011b \u2013 mezi Falkenbergem\/Hohensch\u00f6nhausenem a Mitte. Do konce roku 2026 by na t\u00e9to trase m\u011blo b\u00fdt v provozu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 vozidel a do roku 2028 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30. V tomto okam\u017eiku by BVG mohla s Urbanlinerem provozovat v\u0161echny spoje linky M4. Podle BVG je v budoucnu mo\u017en\u00e9 nasazen\u00ed nov\u00fdch tramvaj\u00ed i na dal\u0161\u00edch link\u00e1ch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A existuje je\u0161t\u011b jedno omezen\u00ed: Podle intern\u00ed dopravn\u00ed sm\u011brnice, o kter\u00e9 informoval \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesspiegel.de\/berlin\/urbanliner-der-berliner-bvg-bekommt-zulassung-aber-die-neue-super-strassenbahn-darf-nur-in-eine-richtung-fahren-15776940.html\"><span dir=\"auto\">Tagesspiegel<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c, sm\u00ed b\u00fdt Urbanliner zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pouze v jednom sm\u011bru p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b cestuj\u00edc\u00edch \u2013 sm\u00ed jet pouze s kabinou \u0159idi\u010de A vp\u0159edu.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Tramvaj proto mus\u00ed m\u00edt mo\u017enost oto\u010dit se.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0BVG (Berl\u00ednsk\u00fd dopravn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad) se k tomuto omezen\u00ed nevyj\u00e1d\u0159il, pouze uvedl, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 vozidlo mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pro ka\u017edou linku schv\u00e1leno individu\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-zulassungsbehorde-sagte-nein\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Licen\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad \u0159ekl ne<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Cesta k uveden\u00ed do provozu byla katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u011b byla osobn\u00ed doprava ozn\u00e1mena na prvn\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvg.de\/de\/unternehmen\/nachhaltige-mobilitaet\/flotte\/tram\"><span dir=\"auto\">roku 2025.<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0V \u00fanoru 2026 musela b\u00fdt velmi o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 inaugura\u010dn\u00ed cesta s prim\u00e1torem Kaiem Wegnerem narychlo zru\u0161ena \u2013 pro BVG to bylo trapn\u00e9 PR fiasko. D\u016fvod: nedostatek schv\u00e1len\u00ed kv\u016fli neshod\u00e1m s licen\u010dn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adem. Existovaly obavy z vysok\u00e9 hmotnosti Urbanlineru (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 63,5 tuny pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd, a\u017e 100 tun pln\u011b nalo\u017een\u00fd).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A\u017e v roce 2025 byly mosty zkontrolov\u00e1ny, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee spl\u0148uj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 normy pro \u00fanosnost. Na Falkenbergerov\u011b most\u011b nyn\u00ed plat\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd rychlostn\u00ed limit. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b problematick\u00e1 se uk\u00e1zala b\u00fdt oblast Alexanderplatz, kde tramvaj jezd\u00ed p\u0159es star\u00e9 tunely metra. Infrastruktura zjevn\u011b nebyla na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ipravena. Po p\u0159epo\u010dtu konstruk\u010dn\u00ed integrity byly v tunelu metra instalov\u00e1ny dv\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed podp\u011bry, kter\u00e9 zajistily v\u00fdztu\u017e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V prosinci 2020 z\u00edskal v\u00fdrobce kolejov\u00fdch vozidel Bombardier (nyn\u00ed Alstom) od spole\u010dnosti BVG zak\u00e1zku na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u017e 117 nov\u00fdch obousm\u011brn\u00fdch vozidel. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed objem zak\u00e1zky je\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvg.de\/de\/unternehmen\/medienportal\/pressemitteilungen\/neue-strassenbahnen-fuer-berlin\"><span dir=\"auto\">p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 350 milion\u016f eur<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zda Urbanliner v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu spln\u00ed sv\u00e9 sliby, nebo bude i nad\u00e1le vytv\u00e1\u0159et v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f, ne\u017e kolik jich \u0159e\u0161\u00ed, se teprve uvid\u00ed.
