B\u011bhem uveden\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed se u nich vyskytlo 37 srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod v\u010detn\u011b ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed, srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1hl\u00e9 srde\u010dn\u00ed smrti.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee souvislost mezi po\u010dtem proveden\u00fdch klik\u016f a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159etrv\u00e1vala i po zohledn\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bku a indexu t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti (BMI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle studie publikovan\u00e9 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">JAMA Network Open<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0maj\u00ed mu\u017ei, kte\u0159\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ud\u011blat 40 nebo v\u00edce klik\u016f, o 96% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s mu\u017ei, kte\u0159\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnou m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 10 klik\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee jednoduch\u00fd cvik, jak\u00fdm je klik, m\u016f\u017ee slou\u017eit jako praktick\u00fd a bezplatn\u00fd ukazatel zdrav\u00ed srdce a c\u00e9v.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Jak studie prob\u00edhala<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Do studie byli za\u0159azeni profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed hasi\u010di z 10 hasi\u010dsk\u00fdch sbor\u016f ve st\u00e1t\u011b Indiana. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f byl 40 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na za\u010d\u00e1tku ka\u017ed\u00fd mu\u017e absolvoval test klik\u016f. Cvi\u010dil v rytmu metronomu nastaven\u00e9ho na 80 \u00fader\u016f za minutu. Test skon\u010dil po dosa\u017een\u00ed 80 klik\u016f, p\u0159i vynech\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed nebo v\u00edce rytm\u016f nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci n\u00e1sledn\u011b sledovali zdravotn\u00ed stav \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f n\u011bkolik let. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed byly ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky a kontrola zdravotn\u00ed dokumentace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed absolvovali hasi\u010di i z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 testy na b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm p\u00e1su.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">\u010c\u00edm v\u00edce klik\u016f, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly jasnou souvislost mezi po\u010dtem proveden\u00fdch klik\u016f a zdrav\u00edm srdce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">11 a\u017e 20 klik\u016f \u2013 o 64% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">21 a\u017e 30 klik\u016f &#8211; o 84% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">31 a\u017e 40 klik\u016f &#8211; o 75% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 klik\u016f \u2013 o 96% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve skupin\u011b mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed zvl\u00e1dli nejv\u00fd\u0161e 10 klik\u016f, se b\u011bhem 10 let objevily srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00ed probl\u00e9my u 15% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. V ostatn\u00edch skupin\u00e1ch bylo toto \u010d\u00edslo 5% nebo m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci z\u00e1rove\u0148 zjistili, \u017ee po\u010det klik\u016f byl lep\u0161\u00edm ukazatelem budouc\u00edho rizika onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00fdsledky z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdch test\u016f na b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm p\u00e1su.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d kliky hodn\u011b prozrad\u00ed o zdrav\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kliky zapojuj\u00ed svaly hrudn\u00edku, ramen, pa\u017e\u00ed, st\u0159edu t\u011bla i nohou.
