Tak\u017ee byznys.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"pagetext\">\n<p>L\u00e9\u010dba cukrovky je ur\u010dit\u011b chv\u00e1lyhodn\u00fd po\u010din a lidem jist\u011b ulev\u00ed od komplikac\u00ed s n\u00ed spojenou. St\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det pacient\u016f bojuj\u00edc\u00edch s chorobou zna\u010dn\u011b omezuj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot je varov\u00e1n\u00edm a mo\u017en\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed se kvality potravin a hor\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy. Nejsme odborn\u00edci ani l\u00e9ka\u0159i, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jistotou je, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e9 formy stravov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou \u010dasto v\u00fdzvou pro lidsk\u00fd organismus spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed v t\u011blech r\u016fzn\u00e9 mechanismy, jejich\u017e d\u016fsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i cukrovka.<\/p>\n<p>U obezity je to je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jist\u011b, existuj\u00ed d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 formy, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nemoci spojen\u00e9 s nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00e1hy, nicm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku je tlou\u0161\u0165ka p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledkem nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho pohybu a nevhodn\u011b poskl\u00e1dan\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Vzpomenete-li si na d\u011btsk\u00e1 l\u00e9ta tr\u00e1ven\u00e1 kolem let 1960-1990 (mus\u00edte na to m\u00edt v\u011bk), pak vid\u011bt u p\u0159ehrady \u010di rybn\u00edku vylo\u017een\u011b ob\u00e9zn\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00ed lidi bylo sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm jevem. Rozhl\u00e9dnete-li se nyn\u00ed, zaujme V\u00e1s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010detnost\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e ladn\u00e1 krasavice ne\u017e v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 postavy typu \u017eok. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kdo ji vyu\u017eije.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011btsk\u00e1 obezita m\u00e1 p\u00e1r d\u016fvod\u016f. Zd\u011bdit po rodi\u010d\u00edch sklon k ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tuku je smutn\u00e9 a ani snaha sportovat nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1. Mimo pohybu je pot\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 strava a jej\u00ed na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed. S po\u010dtem denn\u00edch d\u00e1vek j\u00eddla je opravdu t\u0159eba pracovat, ve\u010dern\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed je kontraproduktivn\u00ed. Probl\u00e9mem je v\u0161ak kvalita potravin. Pokud \u201ejedete\u201c na reklam\u00e1ch, m\u00e1te z\u00e1konit\u011b bl\u00edzko ke str\u017een\u00ed v\u00e1hy. Ale i bez toho je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se v j\u00eddle orientovat. Jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee za socialismu byl men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br, ale i vep\u0159ov\u00e9 oc\u00e1sky z nucen\u00e9ho v\u00fdseku byly kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dne\u0161n\u00ed steaky. A plat\u00ed to i pro srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch potravin. Nam\u00e1tkou pro m\u00e1slo, ml\u00e9ko, jogurty, vaj\u00ed\u010dka, ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso, uzeniny, ovoce a zeleninu. Obsahovaly mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b konzervant\u016f, stabiliz\u00e1tor\u016f, n\u00e1hra\u017eek a barviv. Zv\u00ed\u0159ata se chovala na louk\u00e1ch a ve v\u00fdb\u011bz\u00edch. Prezentace produkt\u016f nebyla tak kr\u00e1sn\u00e1, ale dalo se to v\u0161e j\u00edst. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka trhu nebyla nakonec takov\u00fdm pr\u016f\u0161vihem, proto\u017ee nikdo neum\u00edral hlady a nenakupovalo se o\u010dima ale \u017ealudkem. Nav\u00edc v\u0161e bylo p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed trvanlivost\u00ed, za kterou nyn\u00ed plat\u00edme da\u0148 v podob\u011b p\u0159\u00eddavk\u016f pro jej\u00ed prodlou\u017een\u00ed. T\u0159e\u0161n\u011b, jablka, hru\u0161ky, ale i lusky jsme natrhali na poli, bor\u016fvky, maliny v lese, expedice do \u017ealudku od sklizn\u011b trvala cca 10 vte\u0159in.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fdm pr\u016f\u0161vihem sou\u010dasnosti jsou fastfoody. O tom, jak se mravenci vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed margar\u00ednu \u010di burger\u016fm od McDonaldu, kter\u00e9 nav\u00edc nikdy nechyt\u00ed pl\u00edse\u0148, jdou legendy. B\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo ve form\u011b housek k nim \u010di vek a rohl\u00edk\u016f nacpan\u00e9 cukry je morem dne\u0161n\u00ed doby. Ostatn\u011b sladk\u00e9ho je i bez nich tak \u0161irok\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br, \u017ee z toho o\u010di p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed a lov d\u011bt\u00ed formou grafiky na \u0161kodliv\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch je zlo\u010dinem. A kdy\u017e v\u0161e zap\u00edj\u00ed colou a dal\u0161\u00edmi slazen\u00fdmi n\u00e1poji, mus\u00ed budoucnost n\u00e1roda p\u0159ipom\u00ednat val\u00edc\u00ed se kamen\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel jsou i na prvn\u00ed pohled relativn\u011b zdrav\u00e9 pokrmy ve fin\u00e1le d\u00edky p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00edm \u0161kodliv\u00e9 (ochucen\u00e9 jogurty, r\u016fzn\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 oleje, ryby a dr\u016fbe\u017e pln\u00e9 antibiotik \u010di ovoce a zelenina pluj\u00edc\u00ed k n\u00e1m des\u00edtky dn\u00ed). Ne\u010dekejme pot\u00e9 nic pozitivn\u00edho a zdrav\u00e9ho. Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo dost\u00e1v\u00e1 na frak u\u017e od mali\u010dka. T\u0159eba i proto, \u017ee mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko obsahuje to, co by nem\u011blo a n\u00e1hradn\u00ed je zase komer\u010dn\u00ed produkt.<\/p>\n<p>O mo\u017enostech pohybu m\u016f\u017eeme tako diskutovat. Kdysi jsme vyr\u016fstali v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, v\u0161ude byly \u017eeb\u0159iny, klepadla, jezdili jsme denn\u011b na kolech, lezli po stromech a ve m\u011bst\u011b kluci byli \u010dasto ve sprintu p\u0159ed jinou partou. Nem\u011bli jsme p\u0159ilby, p\u00e1te\u0159\u00e1ky a z ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku jsem jezdil s\u00e1m lesem v deset v noci, a je\u0161t\u011b musel j\u00edt kilometr p\u011b\u0161ky dom\u016f. V deset letech. Bruslili jsme na rybn\u00edc\u00edch, plavali v \u0159ek\u00e1ch a bezpe\u010dnost si ur\u010dovali sami. Te\u010f ani na sportovn\u00edm krou\u017eku neum\u00ed desetilet\u00ed kluci i sle\u010dny v\u00fdmyk, klik \u010di kotrmelec, o saltu nemluv\u011b. Jet na kole je o \u017eivot a p\u0159i \u0161ikovnosti a fyzick\u00fdch schopnostech ml\u00e1de\u017ee to plat\u00ed i pro rychlou ch\u016fzi. V\u0161e je elektro a fyzick\u00e1 n\u00e1maha nikde. A po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, mobily a hry jsou skute\u010dnou hodnotovou zm\u011bnou, kter\u00e1 jednou lidstvo zni\u010d\u00ed. U d\u011bt\u00ed u\u017e se to da\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee co se vr\u00e1tit trochu na stromy a za\u010d\u00edt \u0159e\u0161it tyto probl\u00e9my, a ne to z\u00e1platovat n\u011bjak\u00fdmi pr\u00e1\u0161ky a injekcemi? Sport, pohyb, st\u0159\u00eddm\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. To je ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd l\u00e9k. Jist\u011b, probl\u00e9m je \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed. Museli bychom na tal\u00ed\u0159e vr\u00e1tit j\u00eddlo od sedl\u00e1k\u016f, eliminovat fastfoody, vyhnat potravinov\u00e9 konglomer\u00e1ty, vzep\u0159\u00edt se EU. Lid\u00e9 z venkova maj\u00ed mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci se vr\u00e1tit k norm\u00e1lu. Ale lidsk\u00fd \u017eivot a zdrav\u00ed za to stoj\u00ed. Co mysl\u00edte pane minist\u0159e?
