Hlub\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, jak agresivn\u00ed hubnut\u00ed naru\u0161uje hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my t\u011bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kortizol, prim\u00e1rn\u00ed stresov\u00fd hormon, prudce stoup\u00e1 p\u0159i fyziologick\u00e9m stresu z extr\u00e9mn\u00edho kalorick\u00e9ho deficitu.
