Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed, \u017ee dopl\u0148ky stravy nenahrazuj\u00ed SPF ochranu, kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1kladem prevence p\u0159ed negativn\u00edmi dopady UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Jak tedy poko\u017eku b\u011bhem l\u00e9ta spr\u00e1vn\u011b chr\u00e1nit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem ochrany k\u016f\u017ee v l\u00e9t\u011b je pravideln\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed opalovac\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f s\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u00fdm ochrann\u00fdm faktorem. Odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed \u0161irokospektr\u00e1ln\u00ed ochranu s\u00a0SPF (Sun Protection Factor, slune\u010dn\u00edm ochrann\u00fdm faktorem) 30 a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm, kterou je pot\u0159eba b\u011bhem dne pravideln\u011b obnovovat, zejm\u00e9na po koup\u00e1n\u00ed nebo p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm pobytu venku. P\u0159\u00edpravky s SPF je vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat celoro\u010dn\u011b, proto\u017ee UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed na k\u016f\u017ei i mimo letn\u00ed sezonu. Slunce m\u016f\u017ee poko\u017eku bez ochrany nejen sp\u00e1lit, ale tak\u00e9 urychlit jej\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, p\u0159isp\u00edvat ke vzniku pigmentov\u00fdch skvrn a z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska zvy\u0161ovat riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Vedle vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ochrany roste v letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch tak\u00e9 z\u00e1jem o dopl\u0148ky stravy ur\u010den\u00e9 na podporu poko\u017eky. Ty \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed antioxidanty, je\u017e pom\u00e1haj\u00ed chr\u00e1nit bu\u0148ky p\u0159ed oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm nap\u0159\u00edklad pr\u00e1v\u011b slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm nebo dal\u0161\u00edmi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi vlivy.
