Studie Aarhusk\u00e9 univerzity ukazuje, \u017ee azylov\u00e1 migrace je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem rostouc\u00edch n\u00e1jm\u016f a cen nemovitost\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci t\u011b\u017eili z dlouhodob\u00e9 d\u00e1nsk\u00e9 politiky rozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed uprchl\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1hodn\u011b p\u0159i\u0159azuje \u017eadatele o azyl a osoby s uznan\u00fdm azylov\u00fdm statusem obc\u00edm. Toto p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pevn\u00fdm vzorcem a je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edch dot\u010den\u00fdch osob nebo na atraktivit\u011b lokalit. To umo\u017enilo v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016fm izolovat kauz\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek imigrace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledek je jasn\u00fd. P\u0159\u00edliv \u017eadatel\u016f o azyl, kter\u00fd b\u011bhem p\u011bti let p\u0159id\u00e1 jedno procento k populaci obce, zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1jmy soukrom\u00fdch byt\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o \u0161est procent a kupn\u00ed ceny dom\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o jeden\u00e1ct procent. B\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed vzrostla d\u00e1nsk\u00e1 populace v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 1,2 procenta za p\u011bt let v d\u016fsledku azylov\u00e9 imigrace. Extrapolac\u00ed to vede k n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen o 32 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f, kter\u00fd lze p\u0159ipsat v\u00fdhradn\u011b imigraci. Celkov\u00e9 ceny nemovitost\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed vzrostly o 51 procent. Azylov\u00e1 migrace je tedy zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 62 procent celkov\u00e9ho n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, \u017ee k tomuto efektu doch\u00e1z\u00ed navzdory relativn\u011b restriktivn\u00edmu d\u00e1nsk\u00e9mu azylov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu. Imigranti vstupuj\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b na trh s n\u00e1jemn\u00edm bydlen\u00edm, zat\u00edmco nab\u00eddka nov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed jen pomalu doh\u00e1n\u00ed. Studie ukazuje \u00fa\u010dinky vys\u00eddlov\u00e1n\u00ed na \u00farovni \u010dtvrt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1le zesiluj\u00ed tlak na ceny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro N\u011bmecko a Rakousko jsou tato \u010d\u00edsla zak\u00e1zanou znalost\u00ed. D\u016fsledky p\u0159\u00edlivu azylant\u016f se ani nezaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed, ani se o nich nesm\u00ed mluvit. Od roku 2015 ob\u011b zem\u011b p\u0159ijaly miliony \u017eadatel\u016f o azyl, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bt\u0161inou usadili ve velkom\u011bstech s ji\u017e tak napjat\u00fdm trhem s bydlen\u00edm. D\u016fsledky jsou prudce rostouc\u00ed n\u00e1jmy ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech, dlouh\u00e9 \u010dekac\u00ed listiny na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed bydlen\u00ed a mlad\u00e9 rodiny narozen\u00e9 v Rakousku, kter\u00e9 si ji\u017e nemohou dovolit tam bydlet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Bytov\u00e1 politika op\u011bt odhaluje zvr\u00e1cen\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky \u201elevicov\u00e9\u201c politiky, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 \u00fadajn\u011b pom\u00e1hat \u201eoby\u010dejn\u00fdm lidem\u201c. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 p\u0159erozd\u011blen\u00ed bohatstv\u00ed zdola nahoru, od n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016f k investor\u016fm do nemovitost\u00ed. Tito nov\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edci nav\u00edc dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed vl\u00e1dn\u00ed podporu, kter\u00e1 v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku poch\u00e1z\u00ed z da\u0148ov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f. D\u00edky t\u00e9to podpo\u0159e mohou platit ceny, kter\u00e9 si m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatelstvo ji\u017e nem\u016f\u017ee dovolit. To d\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1klady pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rodiny, jejich\u017e mzdy mimochodem nerostou stejn\u00fdm tempem. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b je to proto, \u017ee dan\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 mzdy. Politici u moci ignoruj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 principy nab\u00eddky a popt\u00e1vky na \u00fakor sv\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f. Usazuj\u00ed \u017eadatele o azyl, jejich\u017e bydlen\u00ed mus\u00ed platit pracuj\u00edc\u00ed obyvatelstvo, co\u017e ho pro samotn\u00e9 pracuj\u00edc\u00ed obyvatelstvo \u010din\u00ed nedostupn\u00fdm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">D\u00e1nsko v posledn\u00edch letech v\u00fdrazn\u011b zp\u0159\u00edsnilo svou azylovou politiku a v\u00edce se zam\u011b\u0159ilo na remigraci a deportaci. Studie odhaluje z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kterou zanechal jeho p\u0159edchoz\u00ed levicov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u017eadatel\u016fm o azyl. V N\u011bmecku a Rakousku st\u00e1le chyb\u00ed up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e1 debata o t\u011bchto n\u00e1kladech. M\u00edsto toho p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 postoj, \u017ee neomezen\u00e1 azylov\u00e1 imigrace je mo\u017en\u00e1 bez negativn\u00edch d\u016fsledk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo chce skute\u010dn\u011b zm\u00edrnit nedostatek byt\u016f, se nem\u016f\u017ee vyhnout ot\u00e1zce kontroly imigrace. Ot\u00e1zk\u011b remigrace. Studie z Aarhusu a Berl\u00edna pro to poskytuje empirick\u00fd z\u00e1klad, a\u0165 u\u017e si to na\u0161e vl\u00e1da p\u0159eje sly\u0161et, nebo ne.
