{"id":106367,"date":"2026-05-12T04:15:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T02:15:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=106367"},"modified":"2026-05-12T04:15:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T02:15:30","slug":"prekvapujici-kombinace-napoju-ktera-muze-prodlouzit-vas-zivot-o-mnoho-let","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2026\/05\/12\/prekvapujici-kombinace-napoju-ktera-muze-prodlouzit-vas-zivot-o-mnoho-let\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed kombinace n\u00e1poj\u016f, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee prodlou\u017eit v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot o mnoho let"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 nov\u00e1 studie z Brit\u00e1nie odhalila n\u011bco pozoruhodn\u00e9ho o n\u00e1poj\u00edch, po kter\u00fdch denn\u011b sahaj\u00ed miliony lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkum publikovan\u00fd v\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">British Journal of Nutrition<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\"> analyzoval \u00fadaje a zjistil, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed denn\u011b specificky kombinuj\u00ed pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy, \u010daje a vody, mohou \u017e\u00edt v\u00fdrazn\u011b d\u00e9le ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed to ned\u011blaj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie sledovala 182 770 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f z britsk\u00e9 biobanky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 13 let a zkoumala nejen to, co pili, ale tak\u00e9 to, jak tyto volby ovlivnily jejich riziko \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu, srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby, respira\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Co \u010d\u00edsla skute\u010dn\u011b uk\u00e1zala<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zpochyb\u0148uj\u00ed za\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee oby\u010dejn\u00e1 voda je jedin\u00fd n\u00e1poj, po kter\u00e9m se vyplat\u00ed s\u00e1hnout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle v\u00fdzkumu byl ide\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b sedm a\u017e osm n\u00e1poj\u016f denn\u011b. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed dos\u00e1hli t\u00e9to hranice, m\u011bli o 28% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed pili m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159i n\u00e1poje denn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ale tady se p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh st\u00e1v\u00e1 zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. Pom\u011br t\u011bchto n\u00e1poj\u016f byl stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd jako celkov\u00fd objem tekutin. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci identifikovali ide\u00e1ln\u00ed kombinaci: zhruba dva \u0161\u00e1lky k\u00e1vy a t\u0159i \u0161\u00e1lky \u010daje denn\u011b v kombinaci s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem vody.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato specifick\u00e1 kombinace byla spojena se 45% ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Ochrana p\u0159esahuje celkovou \u00famrtnost<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159\u00ednosy se v\u0161ak neomezovaly jen na prodlou\u017een\u00ed \u017eivota. Stejn\u00fd pom\u011br k\u00e1vy a \u010daje, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2:3 + zbytek voda, byl spojen se 41% ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu ao 31% ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejdramati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bylo pozorov\u00e1no v \u00famrtnosti na respira\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kde riziko kleslo o 72% u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed si udr\u017eovali tento n\u00e1pojov\u00fd n\u00e1vyk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00damrt\u00ed na nemoci tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu tak\u00e9 prudce klesla, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e riziko se sn\u00ed\u017eilo o 65%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejsou to mal\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee to, co si lid\u00e9 d\u00e1vaj\u00ed do sklenic b\u011bhem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho dne, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jako to, co si d\u00e1vaj\u00ed na tal\u00ed\u0159e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d tato kombinace funguje<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dr. Thomas M. Holland, l\u00e9ka\u0159 a v\u011bdec z\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Rushova institutu pro zdrav\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed (RUSH Institute for Healthy Aging<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0), vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee k\u00e1va i\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/denny-ritual-pre-zdravie-srdca-veda-hovori-ze-caj-a-cokolada-su-omnoho-viac-nez-len-chutne-potraviny\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u010daj<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0obsahuj\u00ed siln\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny zvan\u00e9 polyfenoly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">K\u00e1va poskytuje kyseliny chlorogenov\u00e9, zat\u00edmco \u010daj dod\u00e1v\u00e1 katechiny (zelen\u00fd \u010daj m\u00e1 v\u00edce katechin\u016f ne\u017e \u010dern\u00fd), kter\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed bu\u0148ky p\u0159ed oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem a z\u00e1n\u011btem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">&#8222;Tyto n\u00e1poje maj\u00ed spolu potenci\u00e1l p\u016fsobit synergicky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd zesiluje p\u0159\u00ednosy toho druh\u00e9ho,&#8220;<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\"> \u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Eamon Laird, PhD, p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy na\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Atlantick\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 univerzit\u011b<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0v Irsku, uvedl ur\u010dit\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed:\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eToto je zaj\u00edmav\u00e1, dob\u0159e navr\u017een\u00e1 observa\u010dn\u00ed studie, ale metodologie m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00e1 omezen\u00ed.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie se op\u00edrala o 24hodinov\u00e9 zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, zda si \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci p\u0159esn\u011b pamatuj\u00ed, co vypili.
