{"id":106356,"date":"2026-05-12T00:31:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T22:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=106356"},"modified":"2026-05-11T17:56:45","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T15:56:45","slug":"absurdni-dan-z-co2-i-pro-nemotorizovane-privesy-od-roku-2030-hrozi-sankce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2026\/05\/12\/absurdni-dan-z-co2-i-pro-nemotorizovane-privesy-od-roku-2030-hrozi-sankce\/","title":{"rendered":"Absurdn\u00ed: Da\u0148 z CO2 i pro nemotorizovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edv\u011bsy \u2013 od roku 2030 hroz\u00ed sankce"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed v\u00fdrobci n\u00e1kladn\u00edch n\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f podali \u017ealobu k Evropsk\u00e9mu soudn\u00edmu dvoru (ESD) proti na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU (EU) 2024\/1610: Ji\u017e platn\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stanov\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 c\u00edle sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed CO\u2082 i pro bezmotorov\u00e9 (!) n\u00e1v\u011bsy.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed byrokratick\u00e9 \u201emistrovsk\u00e9 d\u00edlo\u201c Evropsk\u00e9 komise, kter\u00e9 podle odv\u011btv\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 c\u00edle, zp\u016fsobuje prudk\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst n\u00e1klad\u016f na dopravu a ohro\u017euje v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 000 pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v N\u011bmecku a Evrop\u011b: Kritizovan\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU zavazuje v\u00fdrobce sn\u00ed\u017eit simulovan\u00e9 emise CO\u2082 z n\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f o 10 procent a z ostatn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edv\u011bs\u016f o 7,5 procenta. Toto vych\u00e1z\u00ed z vlastn\u00edho simula\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje EU VECTO-Trailer. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed c\u00edle nespln\u00ed, budou od roku 2030 \u010delit vysok\u00fdm pokut\u00e1m ve v\u00fd\u0161i 4 250 eur za vozidlo a gram CO\u2082 na tunu\/kilometr. Odborn\u00edci z oboru o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst cen nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edv\u011bs\u016f a\u017e o 40 procent. Pro mnoho st\u0159edn\u00edch podnik\u016f by to mohla b\u00fdt existen\u010dn\u00ed hrozba.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-grotesker-co2-ablasshandel\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Groteskn\u00ed obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s CO2 po\u017eitky<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samotn\u00e9 bezmotorov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edv\u011bsy \u2013 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u2013 neprodukuj\u00ed v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 emise. Brusel s nimi nicm\u00e9n\u011b zach\u00e1z\u00ed jako s nez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi klimatick\u00fdmi pachateli: N\u00e1stroj VECTO pozitivn\u011b hodnot\u00ed teoretick\u00e9 parametry, jako je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka nebo ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hmotnost v nenalo\u017een\u00e9m stavu. V praxi v\u0161ak takov\u00e9 konstrukce vedou k men\u0161\u00edm objem\u016fm n\u00e1kladu, je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu po\u010dtu j\u00edzd pr\u00e1zdn\u00fdch voz\u016f a celkov\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy. Nam\u00edsto \u00faspor CO\u2082 by na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU o obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisemi CO\u2082 mohlo celkov\u00e9 emise dokonce zv\u00fd\u0161it \u2013 co\u017e je uk\u00e1zkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad sou\u010dasn\u00e9 politiky EU, kter\u00e1 ignoruje re\u00e1ln\u00e9 dopady.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eN\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd simuluje \u00faspory emis\u00ed CO\u2082, kdy\u017e je ve skute\u010dnosti na silnic\u00edch v\u00edce n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, je v rozporu s klimatick\u00fdmi c\u00edli. Pot\u0159ebujeme skute\u010dn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivity v cel\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, nikoli modelovan\u00e1 pseudo\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c kritizuje Gero Schulze Isfort, mluv\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1jmov\u00e9 skupiny, podle prnewswire.com. \u201eNa\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve sv\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 podob\u011b ohro\u017euje nejen klimatick\u00e9 c\u00edle, ale tak\u00e9 lokality, konkuren\u010dn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 000 pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst.\u201c \u017daluj\u00edc\u00ed spole\u010dnosti \u2013 Fliegl Fahrzeugbau, K\u00f6gel Trailer, Krone Commercial Vehicle SE, Langendorf, Schmitz Cargobull, Schwarzm\u00fcller, System Trailers a Wecon \u2013 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 80 procent nov\u011b registrovan\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel v N\u011bmecku a v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 procent v Evrop\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdrobci ji\u017e d\u00e1vno prok\u00e1zali sv\u016fj z\u00e1vazek k inovac\u00edm: lehk\u00e1 konstrukce, aerodynamika, optimalizovan\u00e9 pneumatiky, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a elektrick\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy a multifunk\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 sni\u017euj\u00ed po\u010det j\u00edzd napr\u00e1zdno. Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u0161ak tyto skute\u010dn\u00e9 pokroky dostate\u010dn\u011b neuzn\u00e1v\u00e1. Brusel m\u00edsto toho nut\u00ed odv\u011btv\u00ed k rigidn\u00edmu simula\u010dn\u00edmu r\u00e1mci, kter\u00fd se jen m\u00e1lo podob\u00e1 re\u00e1ln\u00fdm logistick\u00fdm praktik\u00e1m. Odborn\u00edci otev\u0159en\u011b hovo\u0159\u00ed o \u201egreenwashingu regulac\u00ed\u201c \u2013 Evropsk\u00e1 komise produkuje p\u016fsobiv\u00e9 modelov\u00e9 \u00fadaje, zat\u00edmco skute\u010dn\u00fd dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed trp\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-existenzielle-bedrohung-fur-acht-mittelstandische-betriebe\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed hrozba pro osm st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00fdch podnik\u016f<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b znepokojiv\u00e1 je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee t\u011bchto osm spole\u010dnost\u00ed jsou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 podniky, uv\u00e1d\u00ed eurotransport.de: Na rozd\u00edl od glob\u00e1ln\u00edch korporac\u00ed nemohou jednodu\u0161e investovat miliardy do kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdch \u00faprav nebo p\u0159esunout v\u00fdrobu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. D\u016fsledky by byly zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed \u2013 nejen pro p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta, ale tak\u00e9 pro tis\u00edce dodavatel\u016f v Bavorsku, B\u00e1densku-W\u00fcrttembergu, Severn\u00edm Por\u00fdn\u00ed-Vestf\u00e1lsku a dal\u0161\u00edch regionech. EU tak riskuje p\u0159esn\u011b to, proti \u010demu \u00fadajn\u011b bojuje: deindustrializaci Evropy ve prosp\u011bch levn\u00e9ho dovozu ze t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 takov\u00e9 regulaci nepodl\u00e9haj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdrobci ji\u017e podali \u017ealobu na neplatnost k Tribun\u00e1lu Evropsk\u00e9 unie (EGC), kter\u00e1 byla z form\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f zam\u00edtnuta; p\u0159\u00edpad je nyn\u00ed p\u0159ed Soudn\u00edm dvorem Evropsk\u00e9 unie (SDEU). Jejich po\u017eadavky jsou jasn\u00e9: zru\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1stroje pro p\u0159epravu p\u0159\u00edv\u011bs\u016f VECTO, moratorium na sankce a holistick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k silni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprav\u011b nam\u00edsto izolovan\u00fdch a nepraktick\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zat\u00edmco se \u010c\u00edna a USA zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na skute\u010dn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 pr\u016flomy, Brusel neust\u00e1le chrl\u00ed nov\u00e1 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 brzd\u00ed inovace a ni\u010d\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta.
