Tunel m\u00e1 propojit severn\u00ed Afriku s ji\u017en\u00ed Evropou p\u0159es Atlantik.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u00e1vrh na v\u00fdstavbu d\u00e1lnice mezi Marokem a Portugalskem prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm podvodn\u00edho tunelu vstoupil do konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, kterou podporuje dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 pozemn\u00ed logistick\u00e1 infrastruktura a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed spojen\u00ed. Projekt je navr\u017een modul\u00e1rn\u011b, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje postupnou v\u00fdstavbu bez naru\u0161en\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V Maroku se trasa\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/okdiario.com\/internacional\/hito-ingenieria-civil-confirma-autopista-que-conectara-marruecos-portugal-tunel-submarino-valorado-800-millones-euros-16674876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">napoj\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0na vysokorychlostn\u00ed silnice severn\u011b od Tangeru, zat\u00edmco v Portugalsku bude integrov\u00e1na do silni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b Algarve a d\u00e1lnice A22. S \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o potvrzen\u00ed kontaktovalo portugalskou vl\u00e1du. Doposud od \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed neobdr\u017eelo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">In\u017een\u00fd\u0159i popisuj\u00ed projekt jako \u201einfrastrukturn\u00ed pr\u016flom, kter\u00fd zm\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 pohled na region\u201c. Tunel se bude skl\u00e1dat ze dvou samostatn\u00fdch tunel\u016f, jednoho pro ka\u017ed\u00fd sm\u011br dopravy, a tak\u00e9 z koridoru pro z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed se modern\u00ed ventila\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my, p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161ky a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e1 podm\u00ednk\u00e1m mo\u0159sk\u00e9ho dna. \u201eToto nen\u00ed sci-fi; je to slo\u017eit\u00fd in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fd projekt s vysok\u00fdmi bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi standardy,\u201c potvrzuj\u00ed technick\u00e9 zdroje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Projekt by mohl zlep\u0161it propojen\u00ed mezi dodavatelsk\u00fdmi \u0159et\u011bzci v Evrop\u011b a Africe a zkr\u00e1tit p\u0159epravn\u00ed doby. P\u0159\u00edstavy, z\u00f3ny voln\u00e9ho obchodu a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 centra na obou stran\u00e1ch \u00fa\u017einy by mohly b\u00fdt integrov\u00e1ny do nov\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edho centra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mezit\u00edm se obnovuje z\u00e1jem o dal\u0161\u00ed projekt: podvodn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed tunel mezi Marokem a \u0160pan\u011blskem, jeho\u017e n\u00e1klady se odhaduj\u00ed na 15 a\u017e 20 miliard eur. Tunel by byl dlouh\u00fd p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 42 km, z toho 27 km pod vodou. Spojil by Punta Paloma ve \u0160pan\u011blsku s mysem Malabata pobl\u00ed\u017e Tangeru. Tunel by m\u011bl b\u00fdt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pro osobn\u00ed i n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e by se doba cestov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi ob\u011bma kontinenty zkr\u00e1tila na 30 minut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159esto\u017ee p\u0159esn\u00fd harmonogram dosud nebyl definov\u00e1n, \u0160pan\u011blsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost pro studium pevn\u00e9 komunikace p\u0159es Gibraltarsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv (Secegsa) odhaduje, \u017ee by projekt mohl b\u00fdt dokon\u010den mezi lety 2030 a 2040.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Oba projekty odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed strategick\u00fd posun v rozvoji dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury v Africe.
