Dlouh\u00e9 hodiny u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed displej\u016f mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f, nedostatek sp\u00e1nku i stres \u2013 to v\u0161e se podepisuje na kvalit\u011b vid\u011bn\u00ed. O\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edt n\u00e1hle. Naopak, \u0159ada onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se rozv\u00edj\u00ed postupn\u011b a nen\u00e1padn\u011b, co\u017e je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d bychom nem\u011bli podce\u0148ovat prevenci ani pravideln\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy o\u010dn\u00edho specialisty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed o\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed kr\u00e1tkozrakost a dalekozrakost, tedy vady, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed schopnost zaost\u0159it na bl\u00edzk\u00e9 \u010di vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 objekty. Tyto probl\u00e9my se \u010dasto projevuj\u00ed rozmazan\u00fdm vid\u011bn\u00edm, bolestmi hlavy nebo \u00fanavou o\u010d\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i del\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di. V dne\u0161n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dob\u011b nav\u00edc roste po\u010det lid\u00ed trp\u00edc\u00edch takzvan\u00fdm syndromem such\u00e9ho oka. Ten se projevuje p\u00e1len\u00edm, \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00edm, pocitem ciz\u00edho t\u011blesa v oku nebo nadm\u011brn\u00fdm slzen\u00edm. Paradoxn\u011b toti\u017e o\u010di mohou slzet pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee jsou podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 a nedostate\u010dn\u011b zvlh\u010den\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Lid\u00e9 si \u010dasto mysl\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e jim o\u010di slz\u00ed, nemohou b\u00fdt such\u00e9. Ve skute\u010dnosti jde o obrannou reakci oka na podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. Syndrom such\u00e9ho oka dnes v\u00edd\u00e1me st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji hlavn\u011b u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu dne p\u0159ed monitorem<\/em>,\u201c upozor\u0148uje prim\u00e1\u0159 OCP, MUDr. Radan Zugar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tich\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed bez varov\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nZ\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je \u0161ed\u00fd z\u00e1kal nebo zelen\u00fd z\u00e1kal, mohou m\u00edt zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jen velmi nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky. U \u0161ed\u00e9ho z\u00e1kalu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k postupn\u00e9mu zakalov\u00e1n\u00ed o\u010dn\u00ed \u010do\u010dky, co\u017e vede ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed ostrosti vid\u011bn\u00ed, citlivosti na sv\u011btlo nebo zm\u011bn\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed barev. Zelen\u00fd z\u00e1kal, odborn\u011b glaukom, je je\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 \u010dasto prob\u00edh\u00e1 bez v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, p\u0159esto m\u016f\u017ee nevratn\u011b po\u0161kodit zrakov\u00fd nerv a v\u00e9st a\u017e ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b zraku. Kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed prvn\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st zrakov\u00e9ho nervu u\u017e nen\u00e1vratn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00e1,<\/em>\u201c vysv\u011btluje prim\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Velkou roli hraje tak\u00e9 v\u011bk. S p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi lety se zvy\u0161uje riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je makul\u00e1rn\u00ed degenerace, kter\u00e1 postihuje centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st s\u00edtnice a ovliv\u0148uje schopnost vid\u011bt detaily. Lid\u00e9 si mohou v\u0161imnout, \u017ee se jim deformuj\u00ed rovn\u00e9 linie nebo \u017ee maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed. Tyto zm\u011bny b\u00fdvaj\u00ed pozvoln\u00e9, a proto je snadn\u00e9 je p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout nebo p\u0159i\u010d\u00edtat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak chr\u00e1nit zrak v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nDobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee mnoha probl\u00e9m\u016fm lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet nebo alespo\u0148 zpomalit jejich pr\u016fb\u011bh. Z\u00e1kladem je zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl \u2013 pestr\u00e1 strava bohat\u00e1 na vitam\u00edny A, C a E, dostatek pohybu i kvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je ochrana o\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ed nadm\u011brn\u00fdm modr\u00fdm sv\u011btlem a UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm.
