Kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed rizika<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkolik rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch studi\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b studi\u00ed publikovan\u00fdch v\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Britsk\u00e9m medic\u00ednsk\u00e9m \u017eurn\u00e1lu<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, zjistilo, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f element\u00e1rn\u00edho v\u00e1pn\u00edku v d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 mg\/den je spojeno s 20 a\u017e 30% zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem infarktu a jin\u00fdch kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod, a to i p\u0159i soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed 11let\u00e1 studie s 24 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi zase zjistila, \u017ee u\u017eivatel\u00e9 v\u00e1pn\u00edkov\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f m\u011bli o 86% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost infarktu myokardu ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed je neu\u017e\u00edvali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vedlo redaktory \u017eurn\u00e1lu k varov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee dopl\u0148ky v\u00e1pn\u00edku \u201enejsou p\u0159irozen\u00e9\u201c a mohou kalcifikovat tepny nam\u00edsto ochrany srdce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00e1pn\u00edk ze stravy se toti\u017e vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 postupn\u011b spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi \u017eivinami, zat\u00edmco dopl\u0148ky v\u00e1pn\u00edku ve form\u011b uhli\u010ditanu, citr\u00e1tu nebo fosf\u00e1tu jsou z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1ny z hornin, kost\u00ed nebo sko\u0159\u00e1pek a jejich konzumace vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 prudk\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00e1pn\u00edku v krvi, kter\u00fd p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje regula\u010dn\u00ed mechanismy t\u011bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">2. Souvislosti s rakovinou prsu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustota kost\u00ed (co\u017e je \u010dasto c\u00edlem suplementace v\u00e1pn\u00edku) koreluje se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/dr-vernon-coleman-liek-pouzivany-na-liecbu-rakoviny-prsnika-nema-ziadny-prinos-iba-vedlajsie-ucinky\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">rakoviny prsu<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Epidemiologick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee \u017eeny po menopauze s n\u00edzkou hustotou kost\u00ed maj\u00ed ve skute\u010dnosti v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru rakoviny prsu a recidivy v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se \u017eenami s \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c nebo vysokou hustotou kost\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Naopak u \u017een s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustotou kost\u00ed (\u010dasto dosa\u017eenou celo\u017eivotn\u00edm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00e1pn\u00edku nebo l\u00e9k\u016f na kosti) bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee v\u00fdskyt malign\u00edho karcinomu prsu je o 200 a\u017e 300% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Usazeniny v\u00e1pn\u00edku ve tk\u00e1ni prsu (na mamogramech pozorovan\u00e9 jako mikrokalcifikace) nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt ne\u0161kodn\u00e9. Nov\u00e9 d\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee krystaly hydroxyapatitu p\u016fsob\u00ed jako sign\u00e1ln\u00ed molekuly, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00ed r\u016fst bun\u011bk a dokonce spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed malign\u00ed zm\u011bny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 kalcifikace v prsou mohou n\u00e1dory sp\u00ed\u0161e zp\u016fsobit, ne\u017e je jen doprov\u00e1zet.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">3. Kalcifikace m\u011bkk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed a ledvinov\u00e9 kameny<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00e1pn\u00edk, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed zabudov\u00e1n do kost\u00ed, se m\u016f\u017ee usadit v tepn\u00e1ch, ledvin\u00e1ch a jin\u00fdch m\u011bkk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch s destruktivn\u00edmi n\u00e1sledky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nadbytek v\u00e1pn\u00edku z element\u00e1rn\u00edch v\u00e1pn\u00edkov\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f vede ke ztuhnut\u00ed tepen (arterioskler\u00f3ze) t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k tvorb\u011b k\u0159ehk\u00fdch miner\u00e1ln\u00edch depozit\u016f v arteri\u00e1ln\u00edch plac\u00edch, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko infarktu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Multietnick\u00e1 studie ateroskler\u00f3zy uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho v\u00e1pn\u00edku ve strav\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil 10let\u00e9 riziko kalcifikace koron\u00e1rn\u00edch arteri\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali dopl\u0148ky, m\u011bli o 22% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku koron\u00e1rn\u00edch kalcifikac\u00ed. To v podstat\u011b vypov\u00edd\u00e1 proti kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm p\u0159\u00ednos\u016fm v\u00e1pn\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dopl\u0148ky v\u00e1pn\u00edku tak\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hladinu v\u00e1pn\u00edku v mo\u010di a spojuj\u00ed se s ledvinov\u00fdmi kameny. Na rozd\u00edl od v\u00e1pn\u00edku z potravy (kter\u00fd ve skute\u010dnosti chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed ledvinov\u00fdmi kameny), v\u00e1pn\u00edk v tablet\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eit schopnost t\u011bla zvl\u00e1dat ledvinov\u00e9 kameny, co\u017e vede k tvorb\u011b kamen\u016f u citliv\u00fdch jedinc\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">L\u00e9ka\u0159i hl\u00e1s\u00ed 17 a\u017e 20% n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdskytu ledvinov\u00fdch kamen\u016f u \u017een u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00e1pn\u00edkov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky a nam\u00edsto pilulek doporu\u010duj\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u00e1pn\u00edk prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm stravy v\u017edy, kdy\u017e je to mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">4. Hustota kost\u00ed versus kvalita kost\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Paradoxn\u011b, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edkov\u00fdch tablet m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k sice hust\u0161\u00edm, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 k\u0159eh\u010d\u00edm kostem. V\u00fdzkum potvrzuje, \u017ee samotn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hustoty kostn\u00edch miner\u00e1l\u016f se nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b projevit v siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch kostech nebo men\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtu zlomenin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V minulosti pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby osteopor\u00f3zy, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed fluoridu, vedly k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustot\u011b kostn\u00ed hmoty na skenech, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 zp\u016fsobovaly zv\u00fdsd\u011bnou k\u0159ehkost kost\u00ed a v\u00edce zlomenin, proto\u017ee byla naru\u0161ena mikroarchitektura kost\u00ed a kvalita kolagenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 p\u0159ehledy podobn\u011b nezjistily \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jasn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika zlomenin v d\u016fsledku suplementace v\u00e1pn\u00edkem, a to i p\u0159es mal\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hustoty kost\u00ed. Jak\u00fdkoli p\u0159\u00ednos pro kosti je p\u0159inejlep\u0161\u00edm m\u00edrn\u00fd a nen\u00ed v\u016fbec zaru\u010den.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve skute\u010dnosti jedna anal\u00fdza dosp\u011bla k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201eneskelet\u00e1ln\u00ed rizika dopl\u0148k\u016f v\u00e1pn\u00edku se zdaj\u00ed p\u0159eva\u017eovat nad jak\u00fdmikoli p\u0159\u00ednosy pro kosti\u201c. Jedn\u00e1 se o ostr\u00e9 varov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku samo o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit na zdrav\u00ed v\u00edce \u0161kody ne\u017e u\u017eitku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">O prevenci a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b osteopor\u00f3zy jsme publikovali samostatnou elektronickou knihu.
