Byla to vysok\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka, vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd most je de facto p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm l\u00e1vkou pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a cyklisty. Tak\u00e9 je na n\u011bm ale um\u00edst\u011bna tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165. Ta umo\u017e\u0148uje spojen\u00ed obou b\u0159eh\u016f Vltavy, ani\u017e je pot\u0159eba obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt tramvaj\u00ed v podstat\u011b p\u0159es centrum m\u011bsta. Tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165 je ale z\u0159ejm\u011b jedin\u00fd opravdu poda\u0159en\u00fd kus z tohoto z\u00e1m\u011bru, kter\u00fd se jinak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepoda\u0159il. Ano, tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b jsou pos\u00edleny, co\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spojen\u00ed z Barrandovsk\u00e9ho s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b do jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u011bsta, bez zdlouhav\u00e9 cesty a\u017e k Palack\u00e9ho mostu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ale jinak na tomto most\u011b za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2 miliardy maj\u00ed jezdit cyklist\u00e9, kter\u00fdch opravdu v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti Prahy mnoho nen\u00ed.\u00a0 A pr\u00fd tam maj\u00ed chodit tak\u00e9 chodci. Kdo zn\u00e1 dob\u0159e Prahu, tak v\u00ed, \u017ee mezi Zl\u00edchovem a Podol\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 velk\u00e1 frekvence chodc\u016f nebude&#8230;. Ale co je nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pir\u00e1tsk\u00fd n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro dopravu H\u0159ib n\u00e1m za\u0159\u00eddil, \u017ee na tomto most\u011b nebudou jezdit auta. Pr\u00fd proto, tak to aspo\u0148 drmol\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e1 kandid\u00e1tka pir\u00e1t\u016f na prim\u00e1tora m\u011bsta, \u017ee pr\u00fd kousek d\u00e1l je Barrandovsk\u00fd most. Mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee by si tato jist\u011b mil\u00e1 pan\u00ed m\u011bla ob\u010das ud\u011blat cestu automobilem pr\u00e1v\u011b po Barrandovsk\u00e9m most\u011b. A pak by zjistila, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 odleh\u010den\u00ed dopravy by bylo v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta dobr\u00e9. Ale to strana, kter\u00e1 se sna\u017e\u00ed pod nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1minkami v z\u00e1sad\u011b vytla\u010dit automobilovou dopravu z Prahy v\u016fbec, asi t\u011b\u017eko m\u016f\u017ee pochopit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ov\u0161em\u00a0\u00a0otazn\u00edk\u016f kolem tohoto mostu je v\u00edc. Jak je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee z p\u016fvodn\u011b rozpo\u010dtovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky a nemluv\u00edm zde ani tak o on\u011bch 972 milionech\u00a0\u00a0korun z roku 2021, ale o aktualizovan\u00e9m rozpo\u010dtu 1,1 miliardy korun z roku 2024 (!). Jak je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se najednou n\u00e1klady stavby tak razantn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem nav\u00fd\u0161ily? Jsou to prost\u011b neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 d\u016fvody, kter\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed obh\u00e1jci toho nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed.\u00a0\u00a0V\u017edy\u0165 ten, kdo p\u0159ipravoval a schvaloval rozpo\u010det stavby, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00e9ho se uspo\u0159\u00e1dalo v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na tuto stavbu, musel po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi geologick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami, je\u017e jsou na dn\u011b Vltavy. Tedy tam, kam byly um\u00eds\u0165ov\u00e1ny pil\u00ed\u0159e mostu.\u00a0\u00a0Je ov\u0161em ot\u00e1zka, zda jsou tyto geologick\u00e9 pom\u011bry takov\u00e9, aby to oprav\u0148ovalo nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu a n\u00e1klad\u016f stavby.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ostatn\u011b, podstatn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161ena byla tak\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stka, kter\u00e1 byla p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1na na ned\u00e1vno skon\u010denou rekonstrukci Barrandovsk\u00e9ho mostu. P\u016fvodn\u00ed podm\u00ednky v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u016fbec nepo\u010d\u00edtaly s t\u00edm, \u017ee by m\u011bl b\u00fdt pou\u017eit p\u0159i rekonstrukci mostn\u00edho t\u011blesa ten nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a tud\u00ed\u017e nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed cement. Prost\u011b neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd diletantismus. Anebo z\u00e1m\u011br, kter\u00fd nahr\u00e1v\u00e1, no \u010demu jin\u00e9mu ne\u017eli korupci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Politickou odpov\u011bdnost za tyto p\u0159ehmaty ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b, respektive rekonstrukci obou most\u016f v Praze nese b\u00fdval\u00fd prim\u00e1tor a pot\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro dopravu H\u0159ib. Ten se ov\u0161em\u00a0\u00a0tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako by se ho cel\u00e1 v\u011bc v\u016fbec net\u00fdkala. Ba dokonce\u00a0\u00a0rekonstrukci Barrandovsk\u00e9ho mostu pova\u017euje za sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stejn\u011b tak bude jist\u011b pova\u017eovat za sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch v\u00fdstavbu l\u00e1vky, promi\u0148te Dvoreck\u00e9ho mostu, za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2 miliardy korun&#8230;. Tak se hospoda\u0159\u00ed\u00a0\u00a0v Praze s ve\u0159ejn\u00fdmi pen\u011bzi.
