Na \u010dele seznamu je tmav\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina jako kapusta a \u0161pen\u00e1t, ale i vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eloutky nab\u00edzej\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed biologickou dostupnost luteinu a zeaxantinu sv\u00e9 d\u00edky tukov\u00e9 matrici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou ochotni j\u00edst kilogramy ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b, p\u0159edstavuje spirulina p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010divou alternativu. Studie na lidech s pou\u017eit\u00edm spiruliny ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 deuteriem prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee jedna 4 a\u017e 5 gramov\u00e1 porce obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed 2,6 a\u017e 3,7 miligram\u016f zeaxantinu zv\u00fd\u0161ila pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci zeaxantinu v s\u00e9ru z 0,06 na 0,15 mikromol\u016f na litr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ozna\u010dkovan\u00fd zeaxantin z\u016fstal v krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhu detekovateln\u00fd a\u017e 45 dn\u00ed po po\u017eit\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci do\u0161li k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201espirulina m\u016f\u017ee slou\u017eit jako bohat\u00fd zdroj zeaxantinu z potravy pro lidi.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">2.
