Odborn\u00edci poznamenali, \u017ee pozorovac\u00ed studie nedok\u00e1\u017ee prok\u00e1zat p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vztah mezi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou a n\u00e1sledkem. Faktory, jako jsou z\u00e1va\u017enost nespavosti, soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed poruchy nebo u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, mohou ovliv\u0148ovat rozhodnut\u00ed o dlouhodob\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed melatoninu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Krom\u011b toho v mnoha zem\u00edch je melatonin neregulovan\u00fdm voln\u011b prodejn\u00fdm dopl\u0148kem stravy, co\u017e zt\u011b\u017euje sledov\u00e1n\u00ed jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed form\u00e1ln\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch z\u00e1znam\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hlavn\u00ed autor studie Dr. Ekenedilichukwu Nnadi zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 souvislosti mezi melatoninem a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi komplikacemi vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed obavy o bezpe\u010dnost tohoto \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho dopl\u0148ku a vy\u017eaduje to dal\u0161\u00ed zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Historick\u00fd kontext u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed melatoninu na podporu sp\u00e1nku je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zvukov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jde o pochopen\u00ed neurofyziologick\u00e9ho vlivu vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho um\u011bl\u00e9ho hluku do sp\u00edc\u00edho mozku noc co noc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zraniteln\u00e9 skupiny obyvatelstva, jako jsou kojenci a d\u011bti, jsou dal\u0161\u00edm varovn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Novorozenci tr\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovinu sv\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku v REM f\u00e1zi, co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 st\u00e1dium pro v\u00fdvoj mozku.
