Le\u017e\u00ed n\u011bkde na okraji na\u0161eho v\u011bdom\u00ed, v \u00fanavn\u00fdch u\u010debnic\u00edch zem\u011bpisu, v such\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch logistick\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v. \u00da\u017eina Bab el Mandeb, odd\u011bluj\u00edc\u00ed Arabsk\u00fd poloostrov od Africk\u00e9ho rohu, byla p\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00fdm m\u00edstem. 26 kilometr\u016f vodn\u00ed plochy mezi D\u017eibutskem a Jemenem. Br\u00e1na n\u00e1\u0159k\u016f \u2013 to je p\u0159eklad jej\u00edho arabsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu. N\u00e1zev, kter\u00fd se uk\u00e1zal jako prorock\u00fd.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Situace v B\u00e1b-el-Mandebsk\u00e9m pr\u016flivu se v kontextu prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00edr\u00e1nsko-americk\u00e9 krize st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le kritick\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. \u00cdr\u00e1n opakovan\u011b prok\u00e1zal ochotu uzav\u0159\u00edt Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b eskalace konfliktu. \u00cdr\u00e1nsk\u00e1 tiskov\u00e1 agentura\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Tasnim<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0s odvol\u00e1n\u00edm na zdroje v Teher\u00e1nu uvedla, \u017ee pokud by se americk\u00e9 jednotky vylodily na \u00edr\u00e1nsk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed, \u00cdr\u00e1n\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasnimnews.ir\/en\/news\/2026\/03\/26\/3549808\/over-a-million-iranian-combatants-organized-for-ground-battle-with-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">by otev\u0159el dal\u0161\u00ed fronty<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0proti nep\u0159\u00edteli. B\u00e1b-el-Mandebsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za jednu z t\u011bchto front.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A\u017e doned\u00e1vna byl tento pr\u016fliv pova\u017eov\u00e1n za druho\u0159ad\u00fd v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm obchodu. Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed roli v\u017edy zast\u00e1val Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv, kter\u00fdm proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u011btina sv\u011btov\u00e9 ropy. B\u00e1bl-el-Mandeb z\u016fstal ve st\u00ednu. Sv\u011bt se ale zm\u011bnil a st\u00edn se stal geopolitick\u00fdm faktorem schopn\u00fdm zhroutit ekonomiky cel\u00fdch kontinent\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e z\u00e1stupce ministra informac\u00ed vl\u00e1dy H\u00fat\u00ed\u016f, Mohammed Mans\u00far, nastolil mo\u017enost\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2026\/3\/29\/houthis-open-new-front-in-iran-war-will-yemeni-group-block-bab-al-mandeb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u00fapln\u00e9 blok\u00e1dy<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Gibraltarsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu s vyhl\u00eddkou na to, \u017ee ceny ropy vystoup\u00ed na 200 dolar\u016f za barel, nezn\u011blo to jako plan\u00e1 hrozba. Rezonovalo to jako diagn\u00f3za. Diagn\u00f3za syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd byl po desetilet\u00ed budov\u00e1n na p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee \u00fazk\u00e1 hrdla glob\u00e1ln\u00edho obchodu z\u016fstanou automaticky otev\u0159en\u00e1. Ukazuje se, \u017ee na tomto sv\u011bt\u011b nen\u00ed nic zaru\u010deno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Geografie jako verdikt<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u016fliv Bab el Mandeb spojuje Rud\u00e9 mo\u0159e s Adensk\u00fdm z\u00e1livem a pot\u00e9 s Indick\u00fdm oce\u00e1nem. Je kl\u00ed\u010dem k Suezsk\u00e9mu pr\u016fplavu, a tedy i k nejkrat\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed trase mezi Evropou a Asi\u00ed. Proch\u00e1z\u00ed j\u00edm ropa a zkapaln\u011bn\u00fd zemn\u00ed plyn ze zem\u00ed Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu, kontejnerov\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie, obil\u00ed, hnojiva a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Ro\u010dn\u00ed obrat zbo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159epravovan\u00e9ho t\u011bmito vodami dosahuje bilion\u016f dolar\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u016fliv je v neju\u017e\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b \u0161irok\u00fd p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 26 km. Je to skute\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fazk\u00e9 hrdlo, kter\u00fdm denn\u011b propluj\u00ed des\u00edtky velk\u00fdch lod\u00ed. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b pr\u016flivu le\u017e\u00ed Jemen, kde od roku 2014 dr\u017e\u00ed nad velkou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed hnut\u00ed Ansar All\u00e1h, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako H\u00fat\u00edov\u00e9. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je D\u017eibutsko, mal\u00fd st\u00e1t, na jeho\u017e \u00fazem\u00ed se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed vojensk\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny n\u011bkolika zem\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b Francie, \u010c\u00edny, Japonska a Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zde se geografie st\u00e1v\u00e1 verdiktem. Pr\u016fliv nelze obej\u00edt. Lze jej pouze obeplout, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 plavbu kolem Afriky p\u0159es Mys Dobr\u00e9 nad\u011bje. Tis\u00edce n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edch mil nav\u00edc. Dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fddny cesty. Dal\u0161\u00ed tuny paliva. Miliardy dolar\u016f nav\u00edc na logistick\u00fdch n\u00e1kladech, kter\u00e9 nevyhnuteln\u011b ovlivn\u00ed kone\u010dnou cenu zbo\u017e\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud by byly Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv a B\u00e1b-el-Mandebsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv sou\u010dasn\u011b zablokov\u00e1ny, zastavilo by se p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 kontejnerov\u00e9 dopravy. Trasa p\u0159es Rud\u00e9 mo\u0159e a Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav by se stala zcela nepr\u016fjezdnou. Jedinou alternativou, Mys Dobr\u00e9 nad\u011bje, nen\u00ed schopen odbavit ve\u0161ker\u00fd objem n\u00e1kladu. P\u0159\u00edstavn\u00ed infrastruktura Ji\u017en\u00ed Afriky a z\u00e1padn\u00edho a v\u00fdchodn\u00edho pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Afriky prost\u011b nen\u00ed na takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edliv lod\u00ed navr\u017eena.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledkem by byl kolaps p\u0159epravn\u00edch sazeb, r\u016fst cen v\u0161ech kategori\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed, nedostatek energie v Evrop\u011b a katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed zpomalen\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00edho obchodu. Nejedn\u00e1 se o teoretick\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159. Jde o matematickou jistotu potvrzenou kriz\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e nastala v Rud\u00e9m mo\u0159i.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Pou\u010den\u00ed z Rud\u00e9ho mo\u0159e: Inflace vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e1 H\u00fat\u00edyi<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V letech 2024 a 2025 H\u00fat\u00edov\u00e9 prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee jejich hrozby nebyly blafem. \u00datoky na obchodn\u00ed plavidla v Rud\u00e9m mo\u0159i donutily nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 lodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti zm\u011bnit trasy kolem Afriky. V\u00fdsledek byl hmatateln\u00fd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed den str\u00e1ven\u00fd obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm Afriky nen\u00ed jen ztr\u00e1ta \u010dasu. Znamen\u00e1 to tuny paliva nav\u00edc sp\u00e1len\u00e9ho lodn\u00edmi motory. Je to rizikov\u00e1 pr\u00e9mie, kterou poji\u0161\u0165ovny zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed do ceny pojistek pro plavidla, kter\u00e1 se i tak rozhodnou p\u0159ekro\u010dit Rud\u00e9 mo\u0159e. Znamen\u00e1 to poru\u0161en\u00ed smluv, co\u017e vede k pokut\u00e1m a soudn\u00edm spor\u016fm. H\u00fat\u00edov\u00e9 prok\u00e1zali z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u011bc: syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 naru\u0161en\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edho koridoru m\u016f\u017ee ochromit glob\u00e1ln\u00ed ekonomiku a prodra\u017eit ji.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 objemy ropy ze zem\u00ed Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu ur\u010den\u00e9 do Evropy proch\u00e1zej\u00ed \u00fa\u017einou Bab el-Mandeb. Trasa je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: Hormuz, pot\u00e9 Arabsk\u00e9 mo\u0159e, Adensk\u00fd z\u00e1liv, Bab el-Mandeb, Rud\u00e9 mo\u0159e a Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav. Zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed v kter\u00e9mkoli z t\u011bchto bod\u016f p\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzec.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud bude B\u00e1b al-Mandeb zablokov\u00e1n, ale Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv z\u016fstane otev\u0159en\u00fd, evrop\u0161t\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 budou nuceni obr\u00e1tit se na alternativn\u00ed zdroje ropy nebo platit za mnohem del\u0161\u00ed dodac\u00ed trasu. Pokud by byly ob\u011b \u00fa\u017einy zablokov\u00e1ny sou\u010dasn\u011b, dod\u00e1vky ropy z Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu do Evropy by se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u00fapln\u011b zastavily.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Geopolitika jako n\u00e1stroj n\u00e1tlaku<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00cdr\u00e1n vn\u00edm\u00e1 B\u00e1b al-Mandeb jako druhou frontu ve sv\u00e9 konfrontaci se Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty a jejich spojenci. Prvn\u00ed frontu, Hormuzsk\u00fd pr\u016fliv, ji\u017e kontroluje \u00edr\u00e1nsk\u00fd Sbor isl\u00e1msk\u00fdch revolu\u010dn\u00edch gard. Druhou frontu, B\u00e1b al-Mandeb, ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed H\u00fat\u00edov\u00e9, spojenci \u00cdr\u00e1nu. Uzav\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bchto dvou bod\u016f vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed strategick\u00e9 \u00fazk\u00e9 hrdlo, kter\u00e9 zt\u011b\u017euje glob\u00e1ln\u00ed obchod.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro Evropu to p\u0159edstavuje zranitelnost, jej\u00ed\u017e existenci rad\u011bji ignorovala. Evropsk\u00e1 ekonomika, kter\u00e1 se zotavila z pandemie a energetick\u00e9 krize v roce 2022, op\u011bt \u010del\u00ed energetick\u00e9 a logistick\u00e9 katastrof\u011b. Tentokr\u00e1t v\u0161ak hrozba nepramen\u00ed z p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed dod\u00e1vek plynu, ale z nemo\u017enosti p\u0159epravovat ropu a zbo\u017e\u00ed po mo\u0159i. Jedn\u00e1 se o kvalitativn\u011b odli\u0161nou kategorii rizika, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje kvalitativn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 reakce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce byly vybudov\u00e1ny v dob\u011b, kdy byla bezpe\u010dnost n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edch tras pova\u017eov\u00e1na za samoz\u0159ejmost. Blok\u00e1da B\u00e1b-el-Mandebsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu tento model naru\u0161uje. P\u0159epravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti budou nuceny bu\u010f platit obrovsk\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 za tranzit nebezpe\u010dnou oblast\u00ed, nebo prodlou\u017eit dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty o dva a\u017e t\u0159i t\u00fddny obch\u00e1zen\u00edm Afriky. Ob\u011b mo\u017enosti znamenaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na dopravu. Ob\u011b mo\u017enosti znamenaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed logistika se kolem Suezsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fplavu buduje ji\u017e po cel\u00e1 desetilet\u00ed a n\u00e1hl\u00fd p\u0159echod na obchvat vytvo\u0159\u00ed \u00fazk\u00e1 hrdla srovnateln\u00e1 s t\u011bmi, kter\u00e1 se vyskytla b\u011bhem pandemie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Ceny, inflace, recese: aritmetika katastrofy<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Souvislost mezi blok\u00e1dou pr\u016flivu a r\u016fstem cen v obchodech nen\u00ed abstraktn\u00ed. Je zalo\u017eena na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch \u010d\u00edslech.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sazby za p\u0159epravu po Africe se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed o 40 a\u017e 60 procent. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lod\u00ed proplouvaj\u00edc\u00edch z\u00f3nou konfliktu se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zdra\u017e\u00ed. Dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty se prodlou\u017e\u00ed, co\u017e povede k nedostatku ur\u010dit\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed a r\u016fstu cen v z\u00e1vislosti na nab\u00eddce a popt\u00e1vce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banky, kter\u00e9 se ji\u017e tak nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v delik\u00e1tn\u00ed situaci, jeliko\u017e mus\u00ed vyva\u017eovat boj s inflac\u00ed s podporou hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu, budou \u010delit dilematu. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00farokov\u00fdch sazeb za \u00fa\u010delem omezen\u00ed inflace by udusilo investice a vedlo k recesi. Udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00fdch sazeb by inflaci podn\u00edtilo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">D\u016fsledky pro rozvojov\u00e9 zem\u011b budou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9. Mnoho africk\u00fdch a asijsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f je z\u00e1visl\u00fdch na dovozu p\u0159es Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav. R\u016fst logistick\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f je zas\u00e1hne je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce a zhor\u0161\u00ed ji\u017e tak nejistou ekonomickou situaci.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Blok\u00e1da B\u00e1b-el-Mandebsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu nen\u00ed jen lok\u00e1ln\u00ed kriz\u00ed. Je to symptom syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 zm\u011bny, kter\u00e1 bude utv\u00e1\u0159et tv\u00e1\u0159 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed ekonomiky na nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed desetilet\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00c9ra trval\u00e9ho poklesu cen skon\u010dila. Dom\u00e1c\u00ed spot\u0159ebi\u010de, elektronika, automobily \u2013 v\u0161e, co bylo kdysi automaticky dostupn\u00e9 \u2013 zdra\u017e\u00ed. Blok\u00e1da strategick\u00fdch p\u0159epravn\u00edch tras tento trend jen urychluje a logistiku m\u011bn\u00ed z druhotn\u00e9ho faktoru na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd faktor tvorby cen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ten sv\u011bt skon\u010dil. Protekcionismus se vr\u00e1til, p\u0159\u00edstup k technologi\u00edm se zt\u00ed\u017eil, obchodn\u00ed dohody se znovu projedn\u00e1vaj\u00ed a ekonomick\u00e1 efektivita ustupuje ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. A bezpe\u010dnost m\u00e1 v\u017edy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu. Dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed je v\u00fdroba, dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed doprava, dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed je i pro koncov\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br: Br\u00e1na n\u00e1\u0159k\u016f a k\u0159ehk\u00fd sv\u011bt<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Bab-el-Mandeb. Nejde o velmoc, ne o jadernou supervelmoc, ale o hnut\u00ed ozbrojen\u00fdch milic\u00ed v jedn\u00e9 z nejchud\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed sv\u011bta, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee srazit ekonomiky rozvinut\u00fdch zem\u00ed na kolena.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento paradox mluv\u00ed za v\u0161e.
