Pou\u017eili statistickou metodu, kter\u00e1 odhaduje, kolik p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f by se nevyskytlo, kdyby byl rizikov\u00fd faktor eliminov\u00e1n, aby zjistili, jak\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st glob\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee rakovinou je p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1na specifick\u00fdm expozic\u00edm. Tento rozd\u00edl s\u00e1m o sob\u011b hovo\u0159\u00ed za v\u0161e: vzorce expozice jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Pokud je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny u mu\u017e\u016f spojena s modifikovateln\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo faktory prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pak va\u0161e ka\u017edodenn\u00ed expozice utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 d\u016fsledky.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Kou\u0159en\u00ed dominovalo v oblasti preventabiln\u00edch druh\u016f rakoviny \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2025\/11\/05\/smoking-pancreatic-cancer.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">kou\u0159en\u00ed tab\u00e1ku<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0bylo zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za 15,1 % v\u0161ech nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed faktor identifikovan\u00fd ve studii. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dopad kou\u0159en\u00ed byl u mu\u017e\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u017een. Pokud by se kou\u0159en\u00ed vym\u00fdtilo, celosv\u011btov\u011b by se nevyskytlo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Infekce a alkohol tvo\u0159ily dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou rizikovou skupinu \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0infekce p\u0159isp\u011bly k 10,2 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2024\/11\/07\/alcohol-consumption-cancer.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">konzumace alkoholu<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0p\u0159edstavovala 3,2 %. Toto \u010d\u00edslo podtrhuje, jak viry a bakterie, jako je lidsk\u00fd papilomavirus (HPV) a Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), m\u011bn\u00ed riziko rakoviny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu a dlouhodob\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed bun\u011bk. Alkohol na druhou stranu zvy\u0161uje expozici acetaldehydu, toxick\u00e9mu produktu rozkladu, kter\u00fd po\u0161kozuje DNA a naru\u0161uje opravn\u00e9 mechanismy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">T\u0159i typy rakoviny tvo\u0159ily t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovinu p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kter\u00fdm lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0rakovina plic, \u017ealudku a d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku tvo\u0159ily t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny, kter\u00fdm lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Rakovina plic byla prim\u00e1rn\u011b spojov\u00e1na s kou\u0159en\u00edm a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Rakovina \u017ealudku byla z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zp\u016fsobena infekc\u00ed H. pylori. Rakovina d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku je spojov\u00e1na s HPV, ale je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku pouze dlouhodob\u00e9, nel\u00e9\u010den\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2023\/04\/21\/hpv-vaccine-mandate-to-attend-college.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">infekce HPV<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0a ty lze obvykle snadno odhalit a l\u00e9\u010dit pravideln\u00fdmi st\u011bry z Papa test\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Region\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edly odhalily, jak prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje riziko \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0pod\u00edl preventabiln\u00edch druh\u016f rakoviny se u \u017een pohyboval od 24,6 % do 38,2 % a u mu\u017e\u016f od 28,1 % do 57,2 % v z\u00e1vislosti na regionu.
