V Orwellov\u011b krut\u011b pravdiv\u00e9 utopii \u201e1984\u201c se d\u011bjiny p\u0159episuj\u00ed nep\u0159estajn\u011b, proto\u017ee u moci se st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny vl\u00e1dc\u016f v rychl\u00e9m sledu a v\u00fdklad a hodnocen\u00ed minulosti mus\u00ed v\u017edycky tu skupinu, kter\u00e1 se chopila moci, legitimovat. St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1-li se moc, st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed se i v\u00fdklady d\u011bjin. \u010c\u00edm rychleji se st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed re\u017eimy, t\u00edm rychleji se p\u0159episuj\u00ed a p\u0159ehodnocuj\u00ed d\u011bjiny. U n\u00e1s se re\u017eimy st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed ji\u017e tak rychle, \u017ee jsme \/v realit\u011b, nikoli v Orwellov\u011b utopii\/ zaznamenali nov\u00fd v\u00fdklad d\u011bjin v pr\u016fm\u011bru ka\u017ed\u00fdch 10 let. Za \u017eivot \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd se narodil p\u0159ed l. sv\u011btovou v\u00e1lkou, do\u0161lo ke zm\u011bn\u011b re\u017eimu a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu p\u0159ehodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bjin celkem 9x \/1918, 1938,1939,1945,1948,1968,1969,1989,1992\u2026\/.<\/p>\n<p>Polistopadov\u00e1 zm\u011bna 1989 p\u0159inesla p\u00e1d totalitarismu, ale otev\u0159ela prostor nejen demokratick\u00fdm, ale i nedemokratick\u00fdm sil\u00e1m. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ony u n\u00e1s o\u017eivuj\u00ed star\u00e9 spory o v\u00fdklad na\u0161ich n\u00e1rodn\u00edch d\u011bjin a popularizuj\u00ed nedemokratick\u00e9 postoje, co\u017e je p\u0159i v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b historick\u00e9ho v\u011bdom\u00ed u mlad\u0161\u00edch generac\u00ed stejn\u011b snadn\u00e9 jako nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Um\u011ble se o\u017eivuje i star\u00fd spor o v\u00fdklad na\u0161ich d\u011bjin, do protikladu se kladou\u00a0\u00a0 F.Palack\u00fd \/a s n\u00edm i T.G.Masaryk a A.Jir\u00e1sek\/ a J.Peka\u0159.P\u0159itom se zaml\u010duje, \u017ee v podstatn\u00fdch v\u011bcech je mezi nimi naprost\u00e1 shoda. <strong>Uzn\u00e1van\u00fd historik J.Peka\u0159<\/strong>, a\u010d katol\u00edk a ctitel baroka,\u00a0<strong>napsal o husitstv\u00ed: \u201eHrdinn\u00fd a v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fd z\u00e1pas \u010cech\u016f husitsk\u00fdch za pravdu, tj. za prohlouben\u00ed a zopravdov\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9ho \u017eivota, z\u016fstane nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1vou \u010desk\u00fdch d\u011bjin.\u201c Jana \u017di\u017eku ozna\u010dil za \u201ebo\u017e\u00edho bojovn\u00edka\u201c, kter\u00fd v dob\u011b n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 exaltace a dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed vlny chiliasmu h\u00e1jil ohn\u011bm a me\u010dem svat\u00fd z\u00e1kon a trestal mravn\u00ed zk\u00e1zu a ni\u010dil \u201eh\u0159\u00ed\u0161n\u00e1 d\u00edla p\u00fdchy a marnosti sv\u011btsk\u00e9.\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0Byl to \u201emilovan\u00fd v\u016fdce bo\u017e\u00edch bojovn\u00edk\u016f a hrdina revoluce \u2013 revoluce my\u0161lenkov\u00e9ho vznosu dosud neb\u00fdval\u00e9ho\u201c.\u00a0 J.Peka\u0159 se tak shoduje nejen s F.Palack\u00fdm, ale i s T.G.Masarykem v pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed husitstv\u00ed na sm\u011brodatnou n\u00e1rodn\u00ed tradici, a A.Jir\u00e1sek sv\u00fdmi historick\u00fdmi rom\u00e1ny\u00a0 se nesm\u00edrn\u011b zaslou\u017eil o popularizaci tohoto pojet\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00edch d\u011bjin\u00a0 v nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00edch vrstv\u00e1ch na\u0161eho n\u00e1roda. K.\u010capek hovo\u0159il o Jir\u00e1skov\u011b d\u00edle s l\u00e1skou a pouk\u00e1zal na to, \u017ee je zt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00edm obecn\u011b lidsk\u00fdch hodnot, duchovn\u00edho vlastenectv\u00ed, na n\u011bm\u017e spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 \u201emilost l\u00e1sky a humanity, sn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti a kulturn\u00ed osv\u00edcenosti.\u201c Liter\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u011bdec V.\u010cern\u00fd\u00a0 vid\u011bl Jir\u00e1skovo d\u00edlo \u201ep\u0159\u00edmo r\u016fst z p\u0159\u00e1stkov\u00e9 podstaty lidov\u00e9ho b\u00e1je\u010dstv\u00ed\u201c a ocenil, \u017ee se propagac\u00ed Klasick\u00e9ho d\u011bdictv\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 kultury\u00a0 \/vyhl\u00e1sil K.Gottwald na popud Z.Nejedl\u00e9ho\/ dostalo nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm vrstv\u00e1m na\u0161eho n\u00e1roda \u201echleba um\u011blecky i lidsky opravdu \u017eivn\u00e9ho\u201c \/bez ohledu na to,\u017ee politik\u016fm skute\u010dn\u00e1 ideov\u00e1 podstata Jir\u00e1skova d\u00edla unikala\/.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, \u017ee na\u0161e sou\u010dasn\u00e9 kulturn\u00ed a osv\u011btov\u00e9 instituce\u00a0 Jir\u00e1skov\u00fdch v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed nevzpom\u00ednaj\u00ed, nebo jich zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u201ep\u0159ehodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c.<\/strong>\u00a0Nedov\u00edme se nic podstatn\u00e9ho o \u017eivot\u011b a d\u00edle klasika \u010desk\u00e9 historick\u00e9 pr\u00f3zy\u00a0 zbaven\u00e9ho d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch ideologick\u00fdch pok\u0159ivenin. Bohu\u017eel, styl \u201ekam v\u00edtr, tam pl\u00e1\u0161t\u02c7\u201c z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 beze zm\u011bny, jen ideologick\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br pok\u0159ivenin se zm\u011bnil. Nedov\u00edme se nic o mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m v\u00fdznamu a obecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 autorit\u011b A.Jir\u00e1ska v buditelsk\u00e9m \u00fasil\u00ed o samostatnost n\u00e1roda, nic o jeho \u00faloze p\u0159i koncipov\u00e1n\u00ed Kv\u011btnov\u00e9ho manifestu \u010ds. spisovatel\u016f 1917 \/s Jar.Kvapilem\/, o p\u0159ednesu P\u0159\u00edsahy \u010ds. N\u00e1roda v dubnu 1918 v Obecn\u00edm dom\u011b, ani \u017ee v\u00edtal T.G.Masaryka p\u0159i jeho slavn\u00e9m n\u00e1vratu do vlasti 21.12.1918 a byl j\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u011b ocen\u011bn,ani \u017ee byl \u010dlenem N\u00e1rodn\u00edho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed a jeho sen\u00e1tu v letech 1918-1925. A \u017ee se t\u011b\u0161il v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 \u00fact\u011b, l\u00e1sce a vd\u011b\u010dnosti\u00a0 cel\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda. M\u00edsto toho jsme\u00a0 p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b varov\u00e1ni, \u017ee\u201c vnesl do vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 historie nep\u0159esnosti a m\u00fdty\u201c.Uve\u010fme p\u00e1r p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f\u00a0 t\u011bch \u201enep\u0159esnost\u00ed a m\u00fdt\u016f\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Tak hned \u201eStar\u00e9 pov\u011bsti \u010desk\u00e9 \u201e\/1895\/ pr\u00fd Jir\u00e1sek \u010derpal \u201ez nev\u011brohodn\u00fdch pramen\u016f\u201c. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 uv\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee\u00a0 posuzovatel\u00e9 nev\u011bd\u00ed, co je pov\u011bst? V\u017edy\u0165 u\u017e ve \u0161kole n\u00e1s u\u010dili, \u017ee pov\u011bst je vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o n\u011b\u010dem neoby\u010dejn\u00e9m, pln\u00e9 div\u016f a nadp\u0159irozen\u00fdch sil, \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed se \u00fastn\u00edm pod\u00e1n\u00edm, vypr\u00e1v\u011b\u010di si ji obm\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed a kr\u00e1\u0161l\u00ed podle sv\u00e9ho vkusu. Od poh\u00e1dky se li\u0161\u00ed jen t\u00edm, \u017ee se vztahuje bu\u010f k ur\u010dit\u00e9 osob\u011b nebo m\u00edstu, n\u011bkdy i \u010dasu. N\u00e1\u0161 nejstar\u0161\u00ed kronik\u00e1\u0159 Kosmas sepsal \u010desk\u00e9 pov\u011bsti v prvn\u00edm odd\u00edle sv\u00e9ho spisu jako \u201eficta\u201c, \u201eb\u00e1jiv\u00e9 zkazky starc\u016f, smy\u0161lenky a b\u00e1sn\u011bn\u00ed\u201c. O jak\u00e9 \u201ev\u011brohodnosti\u201c se tu m\u016f\u017ee mluvit? Pov\u011bsti se sb\u00edraly podobn\u011b jako poh\u00e1dky nebo lidov\u00e9 p\u00edsn\u011b, maj\u00ed je v\u0161echny kulturn\u00ed n\u00e1rody. Ale nikde na sv\u011bt\u011b neposuzuj\u00ed vyprav\u011b\u010de podle \u201ep\u0159esnosti\u201c nebo \u201e\u00a0 v\u011brohodnosti pramen\u016f\u201c, nikde, kde v\u011bd\u00ed, co je pov\u011bst, d\u00edlo fantazie, nikoli faktografie.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm ter\u010dem \u201edem\u00fdtiza\u010dn\u00ed\u201c kritiky je tak\u00e9 rom\u00e1n <strong>Temno\u00a0<\/strong>\/1913, kn. 1915\/. A.Nov\u00e1k \/stoupenec J.Peka\u0159e, nikoli Z.Nejedl\u00e9ho\/ ocenil toto d\u00edlo jako \u201e\u00fachvatnou malbu\u201c. Je to obraz v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e9 protireformace z pohledu tajn\u00fdch brat\u0159\u00ed a exulant\u016f pro v\u00edru. Pron\u00e1sledovan\u00ed nekatol\u00edci pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 obdob\u00ed, b\u00e1snick\u00fdm obrazem \u201etemno\u201c. Ale to kritika odm\u00edt\u00e1. . Jir\u00e1sek pr\u00fd podal \u201ejednostrann\u00fd pohled na pochmurnou pob\u011blohorskou dobu jako na dobu nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho \u00fapadku \u010desk\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda.\u201c M\u00fdlil se ve sv\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed? Hle, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0 J.Peka\u0159, uzn\u00e1van\u00fd historik, a\u010d katol\u00edk a ctitel baroka: \u201e<strong>St\u00edn toho dne \/8.11.1620\/ pokryl t\u0159i\u00a0 stolet\u00ed l\u00edtost\u00ed nebo kletbou<\/strong>. V \u00fazkostech v\u011bzen\u00ed, ve str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed vyhnanstv\u00ed, v zoufalstv\u00ed nad zk\u00e1zou vlasti a pon\u00ed\u017een\u00edm n\u00e1roda nesly se mysli tis\u00edc\u016f \u010cech\u016f k tomu dni\u2026Na B\u00edl\u00e9 ho\u0159e nezv\u00edt\u011bzila vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kultura. A jakkoli vysoko vznesly se potom kupole barokn\u00edch kostel\u016f a honosn\u00e9 fronty barokn\u00edch pal\u00e1c\u016f v pokatoli\u010den\u00e9 Praze,\u00a0<strong>v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fd postoj jejich nemohl nikdy zapla\u0161it pam\u00e1tku slz a krve, jimi\u017e v letech hr\u016fzy naplnil brut\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00edt\u011bz zn\u00e1siln\u011bnou zemi<\/strong>\u2026B\u00edl\u00e1 hora, ztr\u00e1ta \u010desk\u00e9 samostatnosti, pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a \u00fapadek, bylo ne\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, ne\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed bez m\u00edry a hranic.\u201cV\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e1 c\u00edrkev a pob\u011blohorsk\u00e1 \u0161lechta vytvo\u0159ily z uko\u0159ist\u011bn\u00e9ho bohatstv\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00fd sv\u011bt barokn\u00ed n\u00e1dhery, ok\u00e1zal\u00e9 marnotratnosti, po\u017e\u00edva\u010dnosti i vybran\u00e9ho vkusu v architektu\u0159e, v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9m um\u011bn\u00ed i v hudb\u011b. To v\u0161ak nic nem\u011bn\u00ed na skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee n\u00e1rod, zbaven\u00fd sv\u00e9 elity, \u017eivo\u0159il na pokraji z\u00e1huby. B\u00e1snick\u00fd obraz \u201etemno\u201c je pro tento stav velmi v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00fd, t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee nevylu\u010duje op\u011btn\u00fd n\u00e1vrat \u201esv\u011btla\u201c. \/A to p\u0159i\u0161lo d\u00edk ob\u011btav\u00e9 a nad\u0161en\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci buditel\u016f.\/<\/p>\n<p>Ani \u201e<strong>Psohlavci<\/strong>\u201c \/1886\/ nena\u0161li milost v o\u010d\u00edch\u00a0 \u201en\u00e1pravc\u016f d\u011bjin\u201c. Jir\u00e1sek pojal chodsk\u00fd odboj jako symbol n\u00e1rodn\u00edho emancipa\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1pasu v\u016fbec. Ale nepr\u00e1vem pr\u00fd se\u00a0 Chod\u016f\u00a0 ujal. Jejich boj za kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 majest\u00e1ty, kter\u00fdch se jim dostalo od panovn\u00edk\u016f za odm\u011bnu jako str\u00e1\u017ec\u016fm zemsk\u00fdch hranic \/byli nap\u0159. svobodn\u00ed od roboty\/, byl vlastn\u011b nerozumn\u00fd a nelegitimn\u00ed. Jejich privilegia byla zru\u0161ena Nov\u00fdm z\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm zemsk\u00fdm, kter\u00e9 zavedl pov\u011bstn\u00fd Ferdinand II. v poko\u0159en\u00e9 zemi\u00a0 r.1627. Chodov\u00e9 se marn\u011b o sv\u00e1 privilegia soudili, jejich odboj byl posl\u00e9ze tvrd\u011b potla\u010den, chodsk\u00fd v\u016fdce Jan Sladk\u00fd \/Kozina\/ r.1695 ve\u0159ejn\u011b v Plzni za povinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dasti v\u0161ech Chod\u016f popraven.A \u201eLomikar\u201c byl dobr\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159, pot\u0159eboval lid\u00a0 robotn\u00fd, nikoli svobodn\u00fd. A to Jir\u00e1sek nepochopil.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ehodnotitel\u00e9 n\u00e1m namlouvaj\u00ed, \u017ee byl Jir\u00e1sek p\u0159edpojat\u011b protikatolick\u00fd. Z kladn\u00e9ho\u00a0 hodnocen\u00ed husitstv\u00ed a odsouzen\u00ed protireforma\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1sil\u00ed to v\u0161ak nevypl\u00fdv\u00e1. \/Podobn\u00e9 stanovisko m\u011bli\u00a0 leckte\u0159\u00ed buditel\u0161t\u00ed kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed, V.Bene\u0161 T\u0159eb\u00edzsk\u00fd, ba i citovan\u00fd J.Peka\u0159.\/ <strong>S\u00e1m Jir\u00e1sek uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0159adu pozitivn\u00edch postav katolick\u00fdch kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed v F.L.V\u011bku a v \u010dty\u0159d\u00edln\u00e9 kronice U n\u00e1s \u010din\u00ed sympatick\u00e9ho far\u00e1\u0159e Havlovick\u00e9ho dokonce hlavn\u00edm hrdinou. Jir\u00e1sek byl v\u011brn\u00fd historick\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 pravd\u011b, spravedliv\u00fd, \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed mu bylo ciz\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sama\u00a0 St\u00e1l\u00e1 rada \u010cesk\u00e9 biskupsk\u00e9\u00a0 komise sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu potvrdila pravdivost jeho historick\u00fdch obraz\u016f, kdy\u017e\u00a0 sebekriticky uznala, \u017ee \u201e<strong>Negativn\u00ed vlivy, k nim\u017e se mus\u00ed c\u00edrkev hl\u00e1sit, sahaj\u00ed a\u017e do 14.stolet\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 a\u017e k samotn\u00e9mu p\u0159ijet\u00ed a zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota v\u00edry u n\u00e1s. Poku\u0161en\u00ed sv\u011btsk\u00e9 moci, pozd\u011bji v kombinaci s pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed germaniza\u010dn\u00edm hledisk\u016fm v tehdej\u0161\u00edm Rakousku-Uhersku m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek odcizen\u00ed obyvatelstva p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edmu katolicismu\u2026C\u00edrkve se soust\u0159edily nez\u0159\u00eddka i na c\u00edle mocensko-politick\u00e9\u2026nev\u011bnovaly pozornost \u00fasil\u00ed o pozemskou spravedlnost\u2026Motivy \u00fastily do pochybn\u00e9 politiky pod\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edrkve st\u00e1tn\u00edm struktur\u00e1m rakousk\u00e9ho c\u00edsa\u0159stv\u00ed. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho duchovenstva kontrastovalo s p\u0159ez\u00edrav\u00fdm postojem velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti hierarchie namnoze privilegovan\u00e9ho rakousk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.<\/strong>\u201c Tak to stoj\u00ed v listu \u010desk\u00fdch biskup\u016f Pokoj a dobro z r.1998.
