N\u00e1sledky tohoto tvrzen\u00ed jsou st\u00e1le z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Situace se v\u0161ak nyn\u00ed o\u010dividn\u011b obrac\u00ed\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed d\u00edlo se to\u010d\u00ed kolem zd\u00e1nliv\u011b jednoduch\u00e9 premisy: j\u00eddlo je l\u00e9k. Ale ne v tom z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9m, marketingov\u011b p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9m smyslu, jeho\u017e jsou nyn\u00ed pln\u00e9 institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed kampan\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">J\u00eddlo je l\u00e9k, proto\u017ee j\u00eddlo je biologick\u00e1 informace \u2013 sign\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd p\u0159\u00edmo mluv\u00ed k na\u0161im gen\u016fm, na\u0161emu mikrobiomu, na\u0161\u00ed imunitn\u00ed inteligenci a na\u0161emu metabolismu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dlouho p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se pojmy \u201epersonalizovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva\u201c, \u201eepigenetika\u201c nebo \u201ej\u00eddlo jako l\u00e9k\u201c dostaly do hlavn\u00edho proudu, v\u011bdeck\u00e1 literatura tuto pravdu potichu dokumentovala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00fdm \u00fakolem bylo ji odhalit, syntetizovat a zp\u0159\u00edstupnit ve\u0159ejnosti, \u010dasto v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m rozporu s redukcionistick\u00fdmi modely p\u00e9\u010de o zdrav\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou zam\u011b\u0159eny na farmaceutick\u00e9 produkty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V sou\u010dasnosti popularizovan\u00e1 studie o mandl\u00edch nab\u00edz\u00ed siln\u00fd a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad toho, jak p\u0159edem byla v\u011bda po celou dobu a jak daleko za n\u00ed zaost\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1\u0161 zdravotnick\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e hrst mandl\u00ed konkuruje l\u00e9ku na cukrovku<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Randomizovan\u00e1 kontrolovan\u00e1 studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Clinical Nutrition ESPEN<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0prok\u00e1zala n\u011bco mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Konzumace 20 gram\u016f mandl\u00ed 30 minut p\u0159ed j\u00eddlem vedla ke statisticky a klinicky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed glyk\u00e9mie (hladiny cukru v krvi) u jedinc\u016f s p\u0159edcukrovkou, v\u010detn\u011b 23,3% n\u00e1vratu k pln\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u00ed glyk\u00e9mii ji\u017e za 90 dn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">To by se rovnalo:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">20 gram\u016f (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 17-18 ks) mandl\u00ed p\u0159ed sn\u00eddan\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">20 gram\u016f (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 17-18 ks) mandl\u00ed p\u0159ed ob\u011bdem<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">20 gram\u016f (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 17-18 ks) mandl\u00ed p\u0159ed ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">(\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Pozn\u00e1mka redakce:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> Mandle, podobn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed o\u0159echy, je dobr\u00e9 p\u0159ed konzumac\u00ed na p\u00e1r hodin namo\u010dit ve vod\u011b.
