Kdy\u017e zasahuje, okupuje, bombarduje, uvaluje sankce nebo podporuje zm\u011bnu re\u017eim\u016f, tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nejedn\u00e1 z touhy po moci, ale z mor\u00e1ln\u00edho posl\u00e1n\u00ed. U\u017e nebuduje imp\u00e9ria, ale \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed svobodu. Nevede ke st\u0159etu civilizac\u00ed, ale chr\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va. Nezas\u00e9v\u00e1 chaos, ale zav\u00e1d\u00ed instituce. Z\u00e1pad dnes nevyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed demokracii, ale pr\u00e1zdnotu. Nevyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed politickou zralost, ale rozklad st\u00e1tu. Ne \u0159\u00e1d, ale rozpad. Za slavnostn\u00edm diskurzem o svobod\u011b se jen z\u0159\u00eddka skr\u00fdv\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed spole\u010denstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si rozum\u00ed s m\u00edrou; sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fd civiliza\u010dn\u00ed model, kter\u00fd externalizuje svou vlastn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed krizi. Liber\u00e1ln\u00ed demokracie se v tomto kontextu nejev\u00ed jako jedna skromn\u00e1 forma vl\u00e1dy mezi jin\u00fdmi mo\u017enostmi, ale jako univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed utopie, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vnucena lidstvu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se st\u00e1v\u00e1 destruktivn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Jak Z\u00e1pad za\u010dal ch\u00e1pat s\u00e1m sebe jako modern\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">J\u00e1dro probl\u00e9mu sah\u00e1 za hranice pouh\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politiky. Agresi Z\u00e1padu v\u016f\u010di entit\u00e1m vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e on s\u00e1m nelze pochopit, ani\u017e bychom se pono\u0159ili do jeho vnit\u0159n\u00ed metafyziky. Z\u00e1pad ve sv\u00e9m modern\u00edm sebepojet\u00ed nen\u00ed jen At\u00e9ny, \u0158\u00edm, k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed nebo gotick\u00e1 katedr\u00e1la. Jakmile se za\u010dne pova\u017eovat za \u201eZ\u00e1pad\u201c v sou\u010dasn\u00e9m ideologick\u00e9m smyslu, jev\u00ed se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako modern\u00ed projekt: civilizace, kter\u00e1 ch\u00e1pe sama sebe skrze rozum, kontrolu, abstraktn\u00ed univerzalitu a prim\u00e1t jednotlivce. Teprve s modernitou a st\u00e1le v\u00edce od osv\u00edcenstv\u00ed se lidstvo za\u010dalo st\u00e1le v\u00edce vn\u00edmat jako autonomn\u00ed subjekt, p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed sv\u00fdm vztah\u016fm, sv\u00fdm d\u011bjin\u00e1m a sv\u00e9mu m\u00edstu. U\u017e nen\u00ed integrov\u00e1no do \u0159\u00e1du, kter\u00fd p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1; st\u00e1v\u00e1 se v\u016fl\u00ed, kter\u00e1 si sama p\u0159edstavuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato modern\u00ed p\u0159edstava o sob\u011b sam\u00e9m je mnohem radik\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se obecn\u011b uzn\u00e1v\u00e1. Neznamen\u00e1 to jednodu\u0161e, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 pr\u00e1va. Implikuje to, \u017ee je politicky vn\u00edm\u00e1n nejprve jako odd\u011blen\u00fd jedinec a teprve druhotn\u011b jako \u010dlen komunity. N\u00e1rod se pak st\u00e1v\u00e1 druho\u0159ad\u00fdm. N\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, soukrom\u00e1 preference. Tradice, folkl\u00f3r. Historie, surovina. M\u00edsto, zam\u011bniteln\u00e9. Dokonce i t\u011blo se v postmodern\u00ed dob\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 tv\u00e1rn\u00fdm objektem. Liber\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u00fadajn\u011b osvobozen\u00fd, ale ve skute\u010dnosti je zbaven jak\u00e9koli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed formy, kter\u00e1 ho omezuje, formuje a \u0159\u00edd\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A pr\u00e1v\u011b zde je p\u0159\u00ednos knihy *Vynalezen\u00ed jednotlivce* neoceniteln\u00fd. Kniha Larryho Siedentopa ne\u00famysln\u011b odhaluje, \u017ee z\u00e1padn\u00ed pojet\u00ed osoby nevzniklo z ni\u010deho nic, ani pouze z francouzsk\u00e9ho osv\u00edcenstv\u00ed. Modern\u00ed individualismus vzkv\u00e9t\u00e1 na mor\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1klad\u011b star\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e on s\u00e1m, kter\u00fd s\u00e1m nevytvo\u0159il. D\u016fstojnost osoby, rovnocenn\u00e1 du\u0161e, mor\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1\u017enost ka\u017ed\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 bytosti: to v\u0161e se historicky vyvinulo v r\u00e1mci dlouh\u00e9 k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9 tradice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 liber\u00e1ln\u00ed ideologie se v\u0161ak chov\u00e1, jako by byla kone\u010dn\u00fdm bodem d\u011bjin a mohla by existovat bez metafyzick\u00fdch \u010di n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch ko\u0159en\u016f. Redukuje tak osobu na jednotlivce, komunitu na smlouvu a svobodu volby. Co bylo kdysi zako\u0159en\u011bno v mor\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du, je nyn\u00ed redukov\u00e1no na pouh\u00fd postup.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Cena za vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To vede k osudn\u00e9mu skluzu. Civilizace, kter\u00e1 ch\u00e1pe lidstvo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako nositele pr\u00e1v a tu\u017eeb, nikoli v\u0161ak jako d\u011bdice, syny, otce, ob\u010dany, str\u00e1\u017ece tradic a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky specifick\u00e9 historick\u00e9 formy, nevyhnuteln\u011b podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 svou vlastn\u00ed podstatu. Nach\u00e1z\u00edme pak p\u0159esn\u011b ty symptomy, kter\u00e9 konzervativn\u00ed myslitel\u00e9 ji\u017e dlouho identifikovali: dekadenci, demografick\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, ztr\u00e1tu smyslu, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou osam\u011blost, konzumn\u00ed z\u00e1vislost, duchovn\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnotu a rostouc\u00ed neschopnost rozli\u0161ovat mezi svobodou a bezc\u00edln\u00fdm putov\u00e1n\u00edm. To, co ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed diskurz naz\u00fdv\u00e1 emancipac\u00ed, se v ka\u017edodenn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti \u010dasto st\u00e1v\u00e1 opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 se v prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed \u201eosvobodit\u201c \u010dlov\u011bka od rodiny, tradic, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, n\u00e1roda a pohlav\u00ed, ho neosvobozuje k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni zralosti, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed manipulovatelnosti. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd ji\u017e k ni\u010demu nepat\u0159\u00ed, se nest\u00e1v\u00e1 suver\u00e9nn\u00edm, ale ovladateln\u00fdm. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se zraniteln\u00fdm v\u016f\u010di tr\u017en\u00edm sil\u00e1m, terapeutick\u00e9 ideologii, technokracii a mor\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdst\u0159elk\u016fm. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00edce mo\u017enost\u00ed, ale m\u00e9n\u011b podstaty. V\u00edce stimulace, ale m\u00e9n\u011b sm\u011bru. V\u00edce pohodl\u00ed, ale m\u00e9n\u011b spojen\u00ed se sv\u011btem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato \u00favaha se zde dot\u00fdk\u00e1 n\u011b\u010deho, co Heidegger sta\u010d\u00ed zm\u00ednit jednou \u010di dvakr\u00e1t, aby objasnil sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor. Modernita st\u00e1le v\u00edce ch\u00e1pe realitu v pojmech u\u017eite\u010dnosti, proveditelnosti a dostupnosti. Byt\u00ed se ji\u017e nejev\u00ed jako n\u011bco, co n\u00e1s p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed a k \u010demu se mus\u00edme odkazovat, ale jako materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n, vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n a vyu\u017eit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V tomto smyslu se z\u00e1padn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed stalo jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm, \u201emonorailismem\u201c technologie, mor\u00e1lky a moci. Tato jednozna\u010dnost ovliv\u0148uje nejen ekonomiku a v\u011bdu; roz\u0161i\u0159uje se i na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politiku. Ti, kdo ch\u00e1pou sv\u011bt pouze jako probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba \u0159e\u0161it pomoc\u00ed univerz\u00e1ln\u00edch model\u016f, ji\u017e nevn\u00edmaj\u00ed n\u00e1rody jako historick\u00e9 reality, ale jako p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba \u0159e\u0161it, nebo projekty transformace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Od vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnoty k vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed agresi<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed k exportu demokracie. Zejm\u00e9na Washington v posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 n\u00e1bo\u017eenskou horlivost\u00ed vytrvale tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee svoboda nen\u00ed jen formou vl\u00e1dy, ale posl\u00e1n\u00edm. Otev\u0159en\u011b se hovo\u0159ilo o \u201estrategii svobody vp\u0159ed\u201c, o reform\u011b Bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho v\u00fdchodu, o transformaci spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u00fadajn\u011b v historii zaost\u00e1valy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V praxi to jen z\u0159\u00eddka znamenalo organick\u00e9 formov\u00e1n\u00ed politick\u00e9ho lidu. Znamenalo to intervenci, dezorganizaci, ob\u010danskou v\u00e1lku, sekt\u00e1\u0159skou eskalaci, masivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edliv uprchl\u00edk\u016f a institucionalizaci chaosu. Ir\u00e1k nebyl osvobozen, ale rozbit. Libye nebyla demokratizov\u00e1na, ale demontov\u00e1na. S\u00fdrie nebyla zachr\u00e1n\u011bna, ale prom\u011bn\u011bna v z\u00e1stupn\u00e9 boji\u0161t\u011b. Afgh\u00e1nist\u00e1n byl po dvaceti letech okupace vr\u00e1cen do rukou pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u011bm sil\u00e1m, o kter\u00fdch se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo, \u017ee byly pora\u017eeny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nen\u00ed to ani n\u00e1hoda, ani s\u00e9rie ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fdch chyb. Je to struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed. Demokracie nen\u00ed software, kter\u00fd lze nainstalovat vojensky. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 d\u016fv\u011bru, mediaci, pr\u00e1vn\u00ed tradici, zvyky, loajalitu, ob\u011bti a sd\u00edlen\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9ho dobra. Kdy\u017e se tento historick\u00fd z\u00e1klad ignoruje a volby, nevl\u00e1dn\u00ed organizace a medi\u00e1ln\u00ed kampan\u011b jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za dostate\u010dn\u00e9 k legitimizaci re\u017eimu, demokracie se netvo\u0159\u00ed, ale simulace. Vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se bezduch\u00e1 administrativn\u00ed schr\u00e1nka. Jakmile okupa\u010dn\u00ed moc odejde nebo vyschne zdroj financov\u00e1n\u00ed, z\u016fstanou jen ruiny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Trag\u00e9die spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee Z\u00e1pad nad\u00e1le prezentuje tyto zn\u00e1mky ni\u010den\u00ed jako projev mor\u00e1ln\u00ed nad\u0159azenosti. Bombarduje, zat\u00edmco mluv\u00ed o pr\u00e1vech. Uvaluje sankce na cel\u00e9 populace a naz\u00fdv\u00e1 to tlakem na re\u017eimy. Ni\u010d\u00ed infrastrukturu a naz\u00fdv\u00e1 to stabilizac\u00ed. Vyzbrojuje z\u00e1stupce a naz\u00fdv\u00e1 to mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed. Pokrytectv\u00ed se stalo tak dokonal\u00fdm, \u017ee Z\u00e1pad si m\u016f\u017ee udr\u017eet svou mor\u00e1ln\u00ed pov\u011bst pouze systematick\u00fdm zatajov\u00e1n\u00edm d\u016fsledk\u016f sv\u00fdch \u010din\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">I v chladn\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e realismu se nyn\u00ed objevuje zdrcuj\u00edc\u00ed obvin\u011bn\u00ed. John Mearsheimer, kter\u00fd jist\u011b nen\u00ed mystik, ale pragmatick\u00fd myslitel o moci, ve\u0159ejn\u011b zm\u00ednil des\u00edtky milion\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed v d\u016fsledku politiky americk\u00fdch sankc\u00ed a intervenc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jen pro Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo 38 milion\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed za obdob\u00ed 1971\u20132021. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 toto \u010d\u00edslo dogmatizovat, abychom pochopili podstatu: lidsk\u00e1 cena mor\u00e1ln\u00edho imperialismu nen\u00ed okrajov\u00fdm jevem, ale jeho skute\u010dnou podstatou. I ti, kte\u0159\u00ed toto \u010d\u00edslo pova\u017euj\u00ed za p\u0159ehnan\u00e9, doch\u00e1zej\u00ed k milion\u016fm. Nejde tedy o nadbytek, ale o civiliza\u010dn\u00ed vzorec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Co je vnit\u0159n\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00e9, se st\u00e1v\u00e1 agresivn\u00edm navenek. To je mo\u017en\u00e1 nejhlub\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kon sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho Z\u00e1padu. Civilizace, kter\u00e1 u\u017e nev\u00ed, pro\u010d existuje, se st\u00e1v\u00e1 o to v\u00edce preskriptivn\u00ed ohledn\u011b toho, jak by m\u011bli \u017e\u00edt ostatn\u00ed. Proto\u017ee odm\u00edt\u00e1 vid\u011bt svou vlastn\u00ed krizi, prom\u00edt\u00e1 svou normu na zbytek sv\u011bta. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed nihilismus se tak m\u011bn\u00ed ve vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed misijn\u00ed horlivost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U\u017e nem\u016f\u017eeme p\u011bstovat smysl pro spole\u010denstv\u00ed v Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ei, Lond\u00fdn\u011b, Bruselu ani New Yorku, p\u0159esto v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eeme p\u0159etvo\u0159it cel\u00e9 regiony podle modelu pr\u00e1vn\u00edho st\u00e1tu a trhu. Vypr\u00e1zdnili jsme na\u0161i vlastn\u00ed politickou substanci, ale jinde nad\u00e1le mluv\u00edme, jako bychom zt\u011bles\u0148ovali mor\u00e1ln\u00ed vrchol lidstva.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Stavy projektu a vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e1 moc<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed k ot\u00e1zce, kter\u00e9 formy civilizace dnes nejz\u0159eteln\u011bji demonstruj\u00ed, co m\u016f\u017ee modern\u00ed, vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fd projekt vytvo\u0159it. Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a Izrael nejsou identick\u00e9 a bylo by intelektu\u00e1ln\u011b zjednodu\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed je ztoto\u017e\u0148ovat. P\u0159esto sd\u00edlej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edbuznost, kterou nelze ignorovat. Oba st\u00e1ty jasn\u011b nesou znaky ideologick\u00e9ho projektu: politicky definovan\u00e9, s ur\u010dit\u00fdm posl\u00e1n\u00edm, technologicky orientovan\u00e9 a neust\u00e1le ospravedl\u0148ovan\u00e9 apelem na v\u00fdjime\u010dnost. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech je spole\u010dnost nejen produktem pomalu konsolidovan\u00e9 historick\u00e9 kontinuity, ale tak\u00e9 formov\u00e1na kolonizac\u00ed, mobilizac\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed a viz\u00ed budoucnosti. Tam, kde hluboce zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00e1 civilizace z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 omezena trag\u00e9di\u00ed sv\u00e9ho d\u011bdictv\u00ed, projektov\u00fd st\u00e1t vn\u00edm\u00e1 historii jako mand\u00e1t. Gaza nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e vyvrcholen\u00edm tohoto tvrzen\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se politick\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d prohl\u00e1s\u00ed za mor\u00e1ln\u011b absolutn\u00edho a postav\u00ed sv\u00e9ho protivn\u00edka mimo hranice pln\u00e9 reciprocity, ni\u010den\u00ed se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u0159irozen\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ijateln\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem. Vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e1 kultura nen\u00ed jen slab\u00e1. \u010casto je v n\u00e1sil\u00ed velmi efektivn\u00ed, proto\u017ee sv\u00e9 n\u00e1sil\u00ed ji\u017e nem\u00edr\u0148uje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed formou sebeuv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed. Disponuje technologiemi, kapit\u00e1lem, propagandou, satelity, sank\u010dn\u00edmi re\u017eimy, drony a glob\u00e1ln\u00edmi m\u00e9dii. Co j\u00ed chyb\u00ed, je um\u00edrn\u011bnost. A tam, kde um\u00edrn\u011bnost chyb\u00ed, se moc st\u00e1v\u00e1 destruktivn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro Izrael je to zkr\u00e1cen\u00e1 verze. Ukazuje to tak\u00e9, jak spole\u010dnost definovan\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi obavami, p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pam\u011bt\u00ed a neust\u00e1lou mobilizac\u00ed dosp\u00edv\u00e1 k mor\u00e1ln\u00edmu zb\u00edda\u010den\u00ed. Kdy\u017e je historick\u00e1 legitimita zcela pohlcena existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed ned\u016fv\u011brou, zb\u00fdv\u00e1 politika, kter\u00e1 je jist\u011b vysoce technologick\u00e1, ale ne moudr\u00e1; mocn\u00e1, ale ne velkolep\u00e1. John Mearsheimer, nyn\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed term\u00ednu \u201egenocida\u201c v Gaze, nen\u00ed jen kontroverzn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. I tam je politick\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d siln\u011b orientov\u00e1n na abstraktn\u00ed principy, postupy, ideologickou univerzalitu a roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed modelu. Americk\u00e1 republika kdysi disponovala poz\u016fstatky lok\u00e1ln\u00ed ctnosti, n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017enosti a \u00fastavn\u00ed zdr\u017eenlivosti. Imperialistick\u00e1 f\u00e1ze v\u0161ak tato omezen\u00ed do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry smazala. Z\u016fstala civilizace, kter\u00e1 je mor\u00e1ln\u011b didaktick\u00e1 i strategicky bezohledn\u00e1: k\u00e1\u017ee pr\u00e1va a produkuje zk\u00e1zu, vyhla\u0161uje m\u00edr a vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1lku.<\/div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde le\u017e\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed pro budoucnost. \u00dapadek z\u00e1padn\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed moci automaticky neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sv\u011bt bude klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Naopak. Upadaj\u00edc\u00ed hegemonie jsou \u010dasto nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ty sebev\u011bdom\u00e9. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee jejich prim\u00e1t eroduje, se rychleji uchyluj\u00ed k sankc\u00edm, eskalaci, z\u00e1stupn\u00fdm v\u00e1lk\u00e1m a ultim\u00e1tn\u00edm demonstrac\u00edm s\u00edly. To je p\u0159esn\u011b f\u00e1ze, ve kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00edme. Sv\u011bt se st\u00e1v\u00e1 multipol\u00e1rn\u00edm, ale Z\u00e1pad se st\u00e1le chov\u00e1, jako by m\u011bl monopol na legitimitu. I kdy\u017e tedy sl\u00e1bne, m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1le hodn\u011b zni\u010dit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Sm\u011brem k realismu, kter\u00fd omezuje \u0161kody<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nutn\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br je tedy drsn\u00fd, ale jednoduch\u00fd. Z\u00e1pad se mus\u00ed vzd\u00e1t sv\u00e9 mor\u00e1ln\u00ed arogance. Mus\u00ed se p\u0159estat pova\u017eovat za ochr\u00e1nce lidstva. Mus\u00ed si kone\u010dn\u011b uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee liber\u00e1ln\u00ed sny o univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed demokratizaci se uk\u00e1zaly nejen jako naivn\u00ed, ale i smrt\u00edc\u00ed. To nevy\u017eaduje cynismus, ale znovuobjeven\u00e9 lidstv\u00ed. Ne v\u0161echny re\u017eimy se mus\u00ed st\u00e1t jako ten n\u00e1\u0161. Ne v\u0161echny civilizace cht\u011bj\u00ed na\u0161i antropologii. Ne v\u0161echny krize vy\u017eaduj\u00ed intervenci. Ne v\u0161echny nep\u0159\u00e1tele lze p\u0159evychovat. Ne abstraktn\u00ed univerzalismus, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed vnutit stejnou formu v\u0161ude, ale tragick\u00fd realismus, kter\u00fd bere v\u00e1\u017en\u011b pluralitu n\u00e1rod\u016f a historick\u00fdch forem. Ne export demokracie, ale omezen\u00ed destrukce. Ne v\u00edru v konec d\u011bjin, ale p\u0159\u00edpravu na jin\u00fd sv\u011btov\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d, kde Z\u00e1pad ji\u017e nebude diktovat katechismus lidstva.<\/div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Teprve potom bude moci znovu z\u00edskat \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9 d\u016fstojnosti. Ne sn\u011bn\u00edm o hegemonii, ale z\u0159eknut\u00edm se iluze, \u017ee by mohla znovu stvo\u0159it sebe i sv\u011bt podle jedin\u00e9ho modelu. Prvn\u00edm krokem k obnov\u011b tedy nen\u00ed triumf, ale proces demaskov\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1pad demokracii nevyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Dokud se projevuje ve sv\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 podob\u011b, vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vyko\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed, chaos a smrt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo se chce v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159echodn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b chovat hum\u00e1nn\u011b, mus\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o mor\u00e1ln\u00ed nad\u0159azenosti a v\u00edce o kontrole konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch \u0161kod. Ot\u00e1zkou u\u017e nen\u00ed, jak sv\u011bt je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce propojit se z\u00e1padem. Ot\u00e1zkou je, jak zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby upadaj\u00edc\u00ed hegemonie st\u00e1hla cel\u00e9 regiony do vlastn\u00edho rozpadu.
