Kousek nez\u00e1vislosti, bezpe\u010dn\u00fd d\u016fchodov\u00fd pl\u00e1n, odm\u011bna za celo\u017eivotn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. Politici v\u0161ak vyhl\u00e1sili v\u00e1lku majitel\u016fm dom\u016f. Ob\u010dan\u016fm t\u00e9to zem\u011b hroz\u00ed jen masivn\u00ed st\u00e1tem podporovan\u00e1 loupe\u017e.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi evropsk\u00fdmi n\u00e1rody je v N\u011bmecku vlastnictv\u00ed dom\u016f relativn\u011b \u0161patn\u00e9. Pouze asi 44 procent N\u011bmc\u016f \u017eije ve vlastn\u00edm dom\u011b. Pr\u016fm\u011br EU je 70 procent a ve v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b \u017eije ve vlastn\u00edm dom\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd (90 a\u017e 95 procent). Pro\u010d tak dramaticky zaost\u00e1v\u00e1me? Proto\u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00e1 vl\u00e1da um\u011ble rozmazluje n\u00e1jemn\u00edky cenovou regulac\u00ed a siln\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony na ochranu n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016f, zat\u00edmco stavitele i majitele dom\u016f vys\u00e1v\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo si dnes chce postavit nebo koupit d\u016fm, pot\u0159ebuje pevn\u00e9 nervy \u2013 a nabobtnal\u00fd bankovn\u00ed \u00fa\u010det. Realitn\u00ed makl\u00e9\u0159i, not\u00e1\u0159i a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jungefreiheit.de\/wirtschaft\/2026\/fuer-haeuslebauer-gibt-es-kein-entrinnen\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">naprosto nekontrolovateln\u00e1 da\u0148 z p\u0159evodu nemovitost\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> (nyn\u00ed v Severn\u00edm Por\u00fdn\u00ed-Vestf\u00e1lsku na absurdn\u00edch 6,5 procenta!) pohlt\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u00faspory je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se polo\u017e\u00ed prvn\u00ed cihla. A to nemluv\u00edme o ji\u017e tak extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00fdch cen\u00e1ch pozemk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu vl\u00e1dn\u00ed donucovac\u00ed katalog: st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stavebn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy, povinn\u00e9 zateplen\u00ed, na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o zelen\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadlech a absurdn\u00ed energetick\u00e9 normy \u010din\u00ed stavebnictv\u00ed nedostupn\u00fdm pro pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy. Politici objevili nemovitosti jako svou osobn\u00ed dojnou kr\u00e1vu, kterou nemilosrdn\u011b doj\u00ed, aby financovali sv\u00e9 zeleno-globalistick\u00e9 \u201eklimatick\u00e9 c\u00edle\u201c. Pamatujete si slib politik\u016f, \u017ee nov\u00e1 da\u0148 z nemovitosti od roku 2025 bude \u201ep\u0159\u00edjmov\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c? To byla do o\u010d\u00ed bij\u00edc\u00ed le\u017e! Pro miliony ob\u010dan\u016f se da\u0148ov\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e jednodu\u0161e zdvojn\u00e1sobila. Vl\u00e1da v\u00e1m bezosty\u0161n\u011b sah\u00e1 do kapes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ale je to mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed. Nyn\u00ed levicov\u00ed intelektu\u00e1lov\u00e9 kone\u010dn\u011b odlo\u017eili masku. Marcel Fratzscher, \u0161\u00e9f N\u011bmeck\u00e9ho institutu pro ekonomick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum (DIW), levicov\u00fd ekonom a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 politick\u00e1 osobnost, otev\u0159en\u011b vol\u00e1 po\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeit.de\/wirtschaft\/2026-03\/vermoegenssteuer-kritik-grundsteuer-immobiliensteuer-finanzpolitik\"><span dir=\"auto\">je\u0161t\u011b brut\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> . Jeho cynick\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det: D\u016fm je nepoj\u00edzdn\u00fd. Nem\u016f\u017ee ut\u00e9ct do zahrani\u010d\u00ed! Jakmile ho jednou postav\u00edte, jste v pasti a bezbrann\u00ed v\u016f\u010di nenasytn\u00e9 chuti st\u00e1tu po pen\u011bz\u00edch. Fratzscher chce dokonce zdanit fiktivn\u00ed \u201en\u00e1r\u016fsty hodnoty\u201c. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno: M\u011bli byste platit dan\u011b z \u010dist\u00e9 inflace, kterou st\u00e1t s\u00e1m zp\u016fsobil! To nejsou skute\u010dn\u00e9 zisky, ale st\u00e1t na nich stejn\u011b shrab\u00e1v\u00e1 pen\u00edze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A to nen\u00ed v\u0161echno. SPD u\u017e te\u010f bezosty\u0161n\u011b koketuje se syst\u00e9mem \u201esd\u00edlen\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee\u201c, jak\u00fd existoval po roce 1945. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee soci\u00e1ln\u00ed demokrat\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed nucenou hypot\u00e9ku na V\u00c1\u0160 d\u016fm! Vy byste pak museli st\u00e1tu platit \u00faroky a jistinu \u2013 za d\u016fm, na kter\u00e9m jste tvrd\u011b pracovali. Nav\u00edc, kdy\u017e levicov\u00ed ekonomov\u00e9 jako Fratzscher tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee jin\u00e9 zem\u011b maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dan\u011b z nemovitost\u00ed, z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b zaml\u010duj\u00ed polovinu pravdy: proto\u017ee jin\u00e9 dan\u011b jsou tam v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed! A nikdo v t\u00e9to zemi u\u017e nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee by n\u011bmeck\u00fd st\u00e1t na opl\u00e1tku nap\u0159\u00edklad sn\u00ed\u017eil da\u0148 z p\u0159\u00edjmu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bmecko se st\u00e1le v\u00edce st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1tem, kde jsou dosa\u017een\u00e9 c\u00edle a osobn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy penalizov\u00e1ny. Bez ohledu na to, kter\u00e1 strana byla u vl\u00e1dy, z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e ob\u010dan\u016f neust\u00e1le roste.
