Podle studie je v\u0161ak v celost\u00e1tn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku nedostatek 1,4 milionu byt\u016f \u2013 a vzhledem k prudce rostouc\u00edm stavebn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm je \u0159ada schv\u00e1len\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch projekt\u016f ji\u017e pozastavena. Za tyto p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady nese hlavn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost st\u00e1t.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bmecko by m\u011blo m\u00edt prostor, tvrd\u00ed narativ frakce \u201eUprchl\u00edci v\u00edt\u00e1ni\u201c. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jsou to jejich stoupenci, kte\u0159\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b studuj\u00ed architekturu a cht\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159estav\u011bt berl\u00ednsk\u00e9 byty tak, aby se ve sd\u00edlen\u00fdch bytech mohly nama\u010dkat masy lid\u00ed \u2013 jak je uvedeno v\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbb-online.de\/abendschau\/videos\/20260221_1930\/wohnraum-mangel.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b rbb<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. Senio\u0159i a mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 pod jednou st\u0159echou, to by jist\u011b fungovalo perfektn\u011b bez konflikt\u016f \u2013 zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e by v\u0161ichni m\u011bli sp\u00e1t v paland\u00e1ch (ano, opravdu!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Celost\u00e1tn\u00ed nedostatek byt\u016f je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd. Stejn\u011b tak je zn\u00e1m\u00fd fakt, \u017ee se stav\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo byt\u016f. O to z\u00e1bavn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou pak zpr\u00e1vy oslavuj\u00edc\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deutschlandfunk.de\/wohnungsbau-zahl-der-genehmigungen-2025-gestiegen-100.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">n\u00e1r\u016fst stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0v roce 2025. Po\u010det stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed pro byty \u00fadajn\u011b loni poprv\u00e9 od roku 2021 vzrostl! Jedin\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nezaru\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee nemovitost bude dokon\u010dena a p\u0159ipravena k nast\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u010das.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201ePokud stavebn\u00ed pr\u016fmysl o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed dopady na bytovou v\u00fdstavbu nejd\u0159\u00edve v roce 2027 nebo 2028, pak to pro statis\u00edce rodin znamen\u00e1 pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed prudk\u00fd r\u016fst n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech s ohledem na bytovou krizi a odlo\u017een\u00ed na n\u011bkdy v budoucnu nebo i pozd\u011bji,\u201c kritizuje Marc Bernhard, mluv\u010d\u00ed parlamentn\u00ed skupiny AfD pro stavebn\u00ed politiku. Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed pova\u017euje za kou\u0159ovou clonu, proto\u017ee: \u201eSchv\u00e1len\u00ed byt\u016f neznamen\u00e1 stavbu byt\u016f.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdstavba nov\u00fdch byt\u016f se prost\u011b stala p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drahou. \u201e\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 propaganda feder\u00e1ln\u00ed vl\u00e1dy na podporu v\u00fdstavby nepom\u016f\u017ee. Velk\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem nen\u00ed rychlost v\u00fdstavby, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e to, \u017ee stavba je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e1, co\u017e nut\u00ed pronaj\u00edmatele pronaj\u00edmat si byty za 20\u201325 eur za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1jemn\u00edk si to nem\u016f\u017ee dovolit. Proto nikdo nestav\u00ed, proto\u017ee byty jsou za tyto ceny prost\u011b nepronaj\u00edmateln\u00e9,\u201c \u0159ekl Bernhard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Index stavebn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f v N\u011bmecku vzrostl od roku 2002 o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 77 procent. Ale odkud se toto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f bere? Bernhard mluv\u00ed jasn\u011b: \u201eP\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 procent stavebn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f zp\u016fsobuje vl\u00e1da \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dan\u00ed a p\u0159edpis\u016f o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti. A pr\u00e1v\u011b zde mus\u00ed spolkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da kone\u010dn\u011b zas\u00e1hnout a drasticky sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1klady. V\u0161echna ostatn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bytov\u00e9 krize nijak nep\u0159inesou a jsou pouze zp\u016fsobem, jak oklamat voli\u010de.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">AfD se hodl\u00e1 zam\u011b\u0159it na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm da\u0148ov\u00fdch \u0161krt\u016f, deregulace a odstran\u011bn\u00ed \u201ehlavn\u00edho ideologick\u00e9ho faktoru ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho n\u00e1klady, \u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed v oblasti energetick\u00e9 regulace\u201c.
